Profile

There's a weird sadness behind Momo Sasaki's eyes, but that doesn't make sense to anyone who knows her. She has a loving family, good grades, and is one of the popular kids. Still, sometimes she gets this faraway look like she's remembering a tragedy. That's silly, right?

Before coming to Radiant Heart Academy, Momo was a little above average. Smart, but not flaunting it, and her family is at least fairly comfortable economically. Everything was going well, until it wasn't. But that's in the past now, and no one remembers the bad thing happening except for her. Sometimes, she gets a weird look on her face if her brother is mentioned or walks by unexpectedly.

Despite all that, Momo is a cheerful and happy girl most of the time. She loves playing little pranks on her friends and loved ones, but nothing malicious. It's just a way to let off some impish energy, after all!

Thanks to her fairy worm guardian (also named Momo), she fights the Deadbeats as Cure Momotaro! Protecting everyone's motivation is a big deal to the girl. She refuses to give in or let the Deadbeats win.

No matter the cost.
