School - Radiant Heart Academy
Radiant Heart Academy is an older school that sits near the middle of the four wards. It is a private school and university that most everyone attends, due to the strange amount of scholarships and strangely affordable schooling it provides. It has top notch classes and after school clubs.
In actuality, it's mysterious owner- no one actually knows personally- tends to 'know' when someone has a magical origin, either coming or active. It's unknown the purpose for this, perhaps gathering magical girls or magical boys for some future conflict? Or perhaps some attempt at nurturing young magical talents indirectly. Nobody knows except for them, and they aren't talking or appearing much in public! It's head principal is the school's public face, however, the flamboyant and kind Tsukasa Amakawa runs the school with a kind, but firm hand. The media loves him and he's never ever had any sort of controversy.
