Usagi Tsukino The meeting Hannah had called ended on a grim note - at least for Usagi. There were other conversations being had, lighter ones, sharing information on subjects Usagi didn't understand, but all she can think about now is the hatred and pain in Hannah-chan's voice as she spoke of her uncle, the way she so obviously needed allies, needed support, the ''story'' she'd told them all -

Well, that, and Sailor Pluto's voice, soft and reasonable and saying, ''this is war to the knife''.

They leave together, or rather, Usagi plans it so that they leave together, trailing at Pluto's heels, silent until they're a few buildings away from the hotel, and then bursting out, in a whisper that barely counts as a whisper, "You can't think killing is a good idea!"
Setsuna Meiou Pluto finds herself rather lost in thought as she walks. She's getting the vague impression that everyone's foes are, perhaps, co-operating on at least some very basic level. Which is a feeling she DOES NOT like. She'd FAR rather they be at each other's throats more. Still, she long ago realized that, as a great poet once said, 'You can't always get what you want...but if you try sometimes, you might find you get what you need.'

Thus, she's genuinely surprised by Sailor Moon's low declaration.

She pauses, turns with a scowl on her face directed at Moon...which lasts for maybe half a second before it softens.

In the back of her mind, she hears herself saying again, "...they're so YOUNG."

She sighs, then says, "...okay, obviously we have to talk...but this isn't the place."

She looks around, "I have a somewhere we can sit down and talk, but you should probably switch to your full Senshi form if we're going to be roof running."
Usagi Tsukino Her usual uniform is hidden by the magic of her disguise pen, and the pink dress dug out from her closet is not nearly as reassuring as the armor of her fuku - not that Usagi thinks she ''needs'' armor, not from Sailor Pluto, but when she whirls on her, that scowl on her face -

She's a coward by nature. Her shoulders hunch, a little, at that fierce look, and her chin juts out, stubborn. "Lead the way. No one will remember my face, but I'll switch back."

That, at least, is something to be grateful for - no one who ''doesn't'' know her secret can pick her out of a crowd. Still though, as soon as they pass one, she sidesteps into the first little gap between buildings and drops her disguise, her proper fuku proudly on display.
Setsuna Meiou The trip Pluto takes Moon on isn't a terribly long one, time-wise. When one has the ability to casually leap several stories from a standing start, many options open up. Like train riding, which Pluto does, actually riding the Chuo East Line a fair distance and just leaping up and over the few points where the train goes under a pass of some kind.

There IS an amusing point right at the beginning just before the hop onto the train where Pluto lands just short of the tracks on a roof and scowls down at the tracks, tapping her foot impatiently. As the train pulls up, Pluto shakes her head and says just loud enough to be overheard, "...sixty eight seconds late...they're slipping."

Eventually, At one of the stops about fifteen or so minutes from the rough center of the city, she turns and leaps off to the north, moving slow enough for the younger Senshi to keep up as they move into a part of town that might be called 'upscale'.

'Swank' also might come to mind.

The residences here are less 'houses' and more 'mansions'...and Pluto carefully picks her way across several rooftops to land in the spacious yard of one of them.

Passing under some trees, Pluto lets her transformation revert in a minor burst of the impression of ribbons and 'cosmic nonsense', leaving Setsuna Meiou...who apparently was dressed WAAAY down before she transformed...her outfit consists solely of a ludicrously oversized black t-shirt (which, to be fair, comes almost all the way down to her knees, so is practially a dress by itself) with the words 'You Never Forget Your First Doctor' written across the top...but instead of something medical, right below it is a picture of a blue wooden boxlike structure with the words 'POLICE CALL BOX' written in white letters across the top.

She opens a door, leading the other woman inside, through a corridor (which strangely has some arrows printed on A4 copy paper that are a fair match in color for what's called 'dishwater blonde').

Finally, she enters a large kitchen with a central 'island' that apparently doubles as kitchen seating, with several stools around it (also strangely, there's a butcher's block that is visibly cracked). Setsuna waves towards one of the chairs, "What do you want to drink? I've got most kinds of tea, coffee, and I'm pretty sure there are some bottles of ramune in the fridge."
Usagi Tsukino It's a bit of a chase, following after Pluto. Sure, Moon can run around and leap tall buildings and all of that, but she's not - good at it. Or rather, she's very clumsy, even as she does it, stumbling hops as she lands on roofs, pinwheeling her arms as she rides the train (wondering how Pluto knew exactly how late it was, when she didn't even have a watch - did she have a watch?!), and then falling off the train onto her face, as they leap off.

It's totally fine. She's fine.

She catches up, anyway. It's fine!

Eventually, they're in a neighborhood that's as fancy as the hotel they've left behind, and Moon tentatively lands in the yard of a house big enough that it must be a mansion. (A mansion! A mansion!)

"Where - " but then Pluto detransforms. So. Is this ''her'' house?!

Moon follows suit, and she's not dressed down, only because she's still in her school uniform - she'd not bothered to change, since she was going to be in henshin, and she feels totally underdressed for this fancy building...

But she follows her, turning her head this way and that, staring all around - "Ah, ramune is nice? Um. Setsuna-san... is this your house?"

Stupid question, but it has to be asked.
Setsuna Meiou Setsuna absently puts the electric kettle on to heat some water, then reaches into one cabinet to get a mug, another to get a rack of tea bags, and a third to get a few packs of something. Those get deposited on the counter...where one package can be read to say 'LORNA DOONE' on the side in english, and the other proclaims that it contains something called 'JAMMY DODGERS', also in english. She then reaches into her fridge, rummages around for a moment and finds a couple of bottles of Ramune she deposits in front of Usagi, one original flavor, one cherry flavor, "That's what the papers I signed for tell me. Came with some cars, too. Apparently, they're all collectibles...not that I really get the concept of 'collecting' cars."

She shrugs, "Eat, drink. Apparently you have serious things on your mind. Let's hear it."

There's no rancor or aggression in her tone...it's more of one asking a colleague to lay out an argument.
Usagi Tsukino Usagi stares at the packages, not totally sure what they are, curious about the names - but there's a lot of kitchen to look around too. The house is - Usagi grew up in a very nice house, but this is a mansion, and she lived in a house. This? Maybe house is the wrong word.

And then there's the ramune, and she takes the original flavor and gets it open.

As soon as permission is granted though? She's digging into one of the snacks, and then - it's ''cookies''. Oh, those are brightening the mood! She digs in, enjoying the buttery cookie and jammy dilling.

And then, once half a package of cookies are downed, she says, "Hannah-chan can't kill her own uncle!"
Setsuna Meiou Setsuna sets herself some green tea to steep, and grabs herself a lorna doone while she waits, "Oh, I think you'll find she absolutely can."

She shrugs, "The man has not only committed High Treason, which almost everyplace I know of considers an automatic death sentence, on a more personal level the man has killed both her parents, probably a lot of other family members...and has apparently nearly killed Hannah herself. Twice, it seems."

She finishes one of the small cookies and absently checks her tea before deciding it needs a minute or two more to steep, "Frankly, at this point I think you'd be pretty hard-pressed to convince Hannah NOT to kill him at the very first opportunity she gets."
