Owner Pose
Ryoko Gushiken Coming to Tokyo had meant enrolling at Radiant Heart Academy, and because Ryoko was an orphan without means, that meant rooming in the dorms. She ''wanted'' a room by herself, but they ''assigned'' her to a room with a roommate. She was going to have to share her most private sanctum with some random person. She hated people.

She didn't want to be in school. She wanted to be working. She was still going to be working, of course, but she wanted to do it full time instead of having to endure other teenagers all day long, every day. Even at night. She was not happy about this at all.

But of course, all of that rage was just boiling up on the inside. She couldn't have anybody ''knowing'' she was mad. Not until she was sure she had the upper hand. So when she opens the door to her newly assigned room and steps in she has the slightest smile on her face. It's the smile she puts there to hide her resting bitch face.
Cure Princess     Hime has heard she has a roommate, and the young girl is quite flustered about that fact. She's never shared a room with anyone, and this room is also so SMALL compared to what she was used to back in the Blue Sky Kingdom. She fidgets on her bed and stares across at the empty bed and undecorated side of the room opposite of her, her cheeks pink in consternation. She wanted friends so badly, but she was so shy and awkward around them.

The girl was dressed for greeting the new roommate. She loved dressing up. Tonight she's wearing a very cute and lovely looking pale blue dress with white ribbons and buttons, and tall white socks with matching shoes. Her blue hair tumbles down her back, carefully brushed and prepared. Nearby, her fair, Ribbon, was already sprawled across her pillows and pretending to be a stuffed animal. If her roomie was a normal girl she'd never see her move or hear her words, anyways, but she wasn't sure yet.

Her side of the room was decorated in a practiced and princessly fashion, with lots of light, pastel colors and wall hangings and lace. Gauzy fabrics droop from the ceiling above her bed, making it feel more royal then it actually is. It helps her, anyways. When the door opens she stands upright and bows immediatly, her eyes squeezed shut.

"Hello, new roommate! I am Hime Shirayuki! I will be do my best to be a good roommate!!!" She shouts this in her high-pitched, youthful voice, her face redf as she overdoes it immediatly.
Ryoko Gushiken Ryoko Gushiken didn't dress to impress her roommate, she just ''always'' dresses impeccably. Today it's a hand-sewn white pantsuit with a black silk blouse unbuttoned at the top, wide collar points laid out over the black satin lapels of the jacket. Black leather stiletto heels and a thin black choker complete the outfit. Her long black hair all tumbles down over her left shoulder, and down over her left eye.

It's an entire look. Especially with her roller suitcase right behind her. Honestly, it looks like she's some young professional, not a student.

She stands inside the door, and just ''looks'' for a solid minute. First, she sees her things were delivered. The two trunks stacked neatly at the foot of her bed. Then she focuses on the rest: her dreadfully gleeful young roommate and her ''whole vibe'' on her side of the room.

She was not allowed to do a murder.

Finally, she just continued into the room, shutting the door behind her. She silently walked over to her bed, lifted her suitcase up onto it, unzipped it, and started unpacking.
Cure Princess She remains in her bowed position for a solid moment, sweat beading on her forehead as her heart pounds. Once Ryoko has moved to her side of the room and the silence has become deafening, the girl straightens and blinks a few times. She turns to follow her across the room with her eyes. She chews her lip as she takes her whole look in. Part of her wants to sprint out of the room at top speed, while another part wants to climb under her bed and hide. Still burning from her cowardice in the recent fight, however, she does neither.

"I like your outfit," the girl finally offers softly.
Ryoko Gushiken As much as Ryoko wanted to ignore the other girl, she was sure, based on that greeting, that the bluenette would persist until she at least introduced herself. So, she figured she might as well lay down some ground rules while she's at it.

The suitcase just has shoes in it. She doesn't trust her Jimmy Chus or Louboutins to just anybody. With a pair of black patent leather stiletto pumps with the telltale red sole in her hand, she turns around to finally actually regard Hime for the first time.

"I'm here to study, not make friends," she says. "I asked for a room by myself, but here we are. I'm Ryoko Gushiken, Grade 12. Leave me alone, and we'll get along just fine."
Cure Princess She swallows at that and blinks back some tears. She opens and then closes her mouth a few times, as if preparing to say something, but she doesn't know what to say.

4    From the stuffed animal on her bed comes the muffled, "Ugh. What a rude girl." The voice is high-pitched and squeaky, like it should belong to an animated character. Of course, Ribbon has no idea Ryoko is magical, and can thus hear mascots.

"O-okay. S-sorry."
Ryoko Gushiken Ryoko Gushiken has seen a lot of things in her seventeen years, but talking stuffed animals is not one of them. Not until now. It is so absurd and unexpected that she doesn't even think that she shouldn't be noticing such things.

"Excuse me? And why should anybody care about ''your'' opinion, Fluffy?" She sneers, looking directly at the mascot. She rolls her eyes and looks back to Hime. "I got assigned ''one'' roommate, and I'm pretty sure we're not supposed to have pets."

Then she gestures back toward Ribbon. "Explain!"
Cure Princess The fluffy little ladybug fairy bolts upright. "HEY! I -am- fluffy! And adorable!"

Hime's eyes widen and she glances from Ryoko to Ribbon and back. "Whoa, what? You can hear Ribbon?," she asks. At this point that fact seems to set into the fairy as well, and she flutters up into the air to circle Ryoko and get a good look.

"But...only -magical- people can hear or see mascots move..."
Ryoko Gushiken Ryoko Gushiken reflexively reaches up to smack Ribbon away. She's got fast reflexes.

That little talking stuffie said only ''magical'' people can hear or see it. Which means her cover is already partially blown, and she literally only just got here. This is why she wanted to room alone.

"Whatever," she sneers and gestures dismissively, aiming to smack Ribbon away if the fairy is still circling around her. "Just leave me alone, and we'll get along fine."
Cure Princess The fairy lets out a dismayed 'kyaaaa!' as she's swatted at. The first hit sends her flapping back, and she zooms back over to Hime's bed and scrambles under the blankets. Hime balls her fists and sticks out her bottom lip.

"HEY! The only person who gets to be mean to Ribbon is me! Apologize, meanie!"

From under the blankets comes a muffled little: "Yeah! ...Wait, what?"
Ryoko Gushiken Ryoko Gushiken lets out an exhausted sigh and then just abandons the conversation. She walks over to her wardrobe to open it up and put the pair of heels in. Then back to her suitcase for another. The best way to deal with annoying girls is to ignore them right?

An entire carry-on suitcase full of shoes is a lot of shoes for a girl staying in the dorms. She arranges them in neat little rows on the bottom of her wardrobe. If Hime or Ribbon say anything while she's doing it, she just pretends to ignore them.
Cure Princess Home stands there, fists balled, as she watches her ignore her and begin to unpack. After a few minutes she wilts a bit, though. "Let's go, Ribbon. We're gonna leave the jerk so she can be all alone and ...jerky."

Ribbon crawls out from under the blankets and flies up to perch atop Hime's head, before going limp and looking like a stuffed animal. The bluenette glares at Ryoko for a moment before she pouts and storms out!
Ryoko Gushiken Ryoko Gushiken does not exactly watch as Hime storms out and leaves, but she is very much aware of when it happens. She just goes on unpacking her things in the peace afforded her by the otherwise empty room.

If they leave her alone, they'll get along just fine.

Right?

Right?!
