Norie Okana Norie Okana wanted to go to a new place, so she went up the elevator and arrived at the rooftop, partly open air ramen restaurant, Okujoo Ramen. She walked in, looking at the open half of the store and walking into the store to order herself the biggest bowl of ramen she can, and then sits at one of the open air tables to drum along the table with her fingers.

It was getting cooler and cooler out, surely this was a chilly evening, but the ramen would change that heavily soon--- never mind that cold doesn't bother her very much. She sighs and lays her head down a moment along the table and sighs a little. There's few people on the outside section due to the chilliness, which she takes as a plus at the moment, as she huffs and looks back up.

"I dunno. Maybe it's me." she says quietly. "I mean it has to be really..." she says softly.
Minako Aino A bars day of...well, she'd like to say heroics, but honestly it was more like attempted study. Frankly, for Minako Aino? She'd prefer demons, ghosts, youma and whatever else those evil butterflies were over this next test, but here she is.

Having broken for a meal she was headed into the Ramen shop, her hair restrained with its normal red bow as she made her approach to the promise of good scents and better tastes.
Norie Okana Norie Okana's eyes follow Minako Aino as she enters and she continues talking to herself the whole while, quieter. "Yeah, it's gotta be my fault. Who would like anyone that can't...can't laugh or smile..." she says quietly under her breath.

She stands up and walks past Minako to pick up her assembled ramen tray and then stops and looks at Minako. "You look. uh. T..tired." she says softly. "Why don't you come sit with me."

"I could uh. Honestly. Use the company." she says softer, still. Her tone a little stilted.
Minako Aino Ordinarily that might be taken as an insult...but it was kinda correct at the moment. With the lack of sleep and brain power, she comes towards the stands and starts the food gathering. "Sure," she offers at the invitation, ramen achieved and turning with her own tray. "I could too, if you don't mind a little complaining...or the chance I might fall asleep in my food."
Norie Okana Norie Okana says. "Please don't fall asleep in the ramen, I'm sure that leads to burns if it's still too hot." she says as she walks back to her table and sits down and starts eating her soup, as she closes her eyes. "I don't mind listening to complaining." she says quietly.

"Anything to get my mind off what it's on." she says softly. She tilts her head. "Why complain? Long, hard day...?" she asks.

"Or is it something else?" she asks, leaning forward a bit as she eats her ramen. Mmmm. Noodles.
Minako Aino "Fair," Minako muses as she sits down, fishing out the first of her noodles to slurp up and then grinning a little. "Trying to balance a life with...well, study. Some people make it look way more easy than it seems for the rest of us."

Another slurp, she tilts her head, considering for a moment. "What about you? You look like you were feeling a little down...even if you're super confident, inviting people to your table!"
Norie Okana Norie Okana looks down into her soup bowl, and sees a reflection. She sighs a little. "My name is Norie Okana." she says quietly. "I'm sorry that sounds rough. Do you need help? I'm not well versed but I like reading..." she says as she eats another big spoonful of the good stuff. The ramen in front of her that's the size of her head.

"Oh I.. I... uhm..." she says. "---pr..pretend someone has a condition.. th..that stops them from being able to smile or laugh..." she says quietly.

"W...wouldn't that make them...un...un-dateable...?" she asks, nervously drumming a hand on the table. "I mean...like..." she trails off on that thought as she huffs.
Minako Aino "Only if you can extend time," Minako muses before gesturing to herself. "Minako Aino," she offers in introduction returned.

She's actually in the middle of her next mouthful when the next question comes and well...it's like a hit of energy. She -was- the self-appointed goddess of love after all, and the universe had made her the guardian of love and beauty so...she'd happily give advice even when her own relationships were complicated at best.

"No!" she laughs, shaking her head. "I mean, some people love the stoic, mysterious or spooky sorts."
Norie Okana Norie Okana sighs. "No, time control isn't in my purview of things I can do." she says dryly. She looks down at her bowl and listens to what Minako has to say. She sighs a little and sips another spoonful of Ramen. She closes her eyes and sighs a bit longingly. "I think those people are kinda rare. You know?" she says quietly. "People usually want someone who's bright and kind and can smile on command or laugh and I can't do some of that but not all. W..where that's concerned." she says quietly. "Because of my condition."

"And I admit."

"It kinda hurts to hear others talk about their boyfriends and girlfriends, knowing I'll probably... not meet someone like that." she says.
Minako Aino "I know what that can be like," Minako offers lightly, a little whistful sigh. "Matters of the heart are hard. Sometimes you meet someone and it's magic...but sometimes you don't know if they like you, or they might already like someone else...or you don't know if your life lets you have someone to be like that with..."

She trails off, back to a reassuring smile and a little hand squeeze offered in reassurance. "But you'll meet someone one day, or one evening. The moonlight can be a messenger of love after all!"
Norie Okana Norie Okana sighs a little. "I mean. You're right. Probably. I just wish I could convince my brain. My feelings of that." she says quietly. She sighs and goes after noodles now, rather than a mix of broth and noodles and never mind the egg floating around, it's gone now.

She then winces when Minako touches her hand- and wether she wants it or not, there's a spark of dark energy crackle at the spot of touching and a sudden energy drain. She has to tug her hand back quickly and she mutters. "S-s-s-sorry! I didn't attack you just now, it..it was part of my condition, I'm sorry." she mutters as she holds her hand at the wrist and places them onto her lap suddenly.

"S-sorry. I should be wearing my gloves. But it feels. Debilitating. and... weird. To be wearing gloves all the time..." she says quietly.

"I'm sorry." she says more clearly, hoping the girl doesn't run away...

And hoping she doesn't get banned from a restaurant for ''attacking someone''.
