School is out, and most clubs are meeting in earnest. That includes the Cooking Club, a place for those who love to make fine cuisine, or even just want to learn. It's their last meeting before winter break, so they're having themselves a festive, relaxed afternoon, for everyone who's not already taken off early. Pretty much everyone who's going to be there, is there.
As a result, everyone is a bit taken by surprise when the door creaks open, and a pair of crimson eyes peek in.
It takes several seconds, but conversation dies out as more people realize, not only is someone at the door, but it's a face none of them expected to see. A few people who recognize her even mutter, "Is that... Senkenzan?" "What's Senkenzan doing here?" "Doesn't she avoid everyone...?" "Oh no, are we about to get chewed out-?"
Long practice keeps Kureha's expression neutral. It's sorely tempting to mutter, 'I can hear you, you know,' but the princess of the Chikafuji family simply pushes herself to step into the room fully, folding her hands in front of herself politely and giving a bow. "Good afternoon. I... I was wondering if you are willing to teach someone to cook. I have never done so before. I wish to learn everything involved."
