Subject: MEMO: Furniture Reminder

On behalf of Obsidian Corp, the Human Resources Division would like to remind all employees that standard office furnishings are the property of Obsidian Corp and should not be damaged, destroyed, or removed from the premises. Likewise, we remind all staff that windows on all floors are constructed of strong, tempered glass, which cannot be broken through casual effort. Obsidian Corp prides itself on the quality of both our provided furnishings and our facilities.
On an unrelated note, the Facilities Divion has confirmed that broken glass and debris were discovered on the east side of Tower grounds at approximately XX:XX. Reports of shouting and screaming from the upper floors are of course, malicious rumors and should not be believed.
On a final note, Darien Shields of Beryl Holdings has had access revoked for all non-public floors of Obsidian Tower. If Darien Shields is located on site, please report his whereabouts to the Human Resources Division.
