Characters who fall under the Neutral Faction are those who have allegiance to neither Obsidian nor the varying bands of heroic magical teens. Neutral characters are out for themselves, whatever that means to them. They don't want to end the world but they don't necessarily care about saving it, either.
They do what they want, man.
