(PHONE) Hinoiri Kirara texts to Catra: Hey. So, Catra. Your name back home was Catra, right?
(PHONE) Catra texts to Hinoiri Kirara: Always has been, I've never seen any reason to change it.
(PHONE) Hinoiri Kirara texts to Catra: And Adora turns into Shera... right?
(PHONE) Catra texts to Hinoiri Kirara: Yes. I can see where this is going and it doesn't work that way. I was Catra long before she ever found that dumb sword.
(PHONE) Hinoiri Kirara texts to Catra: Oh? So she wasn't just utterly obsessed with you and so when she transformed, she became, effectively, the 'generic girl' version of your name?
(PHONE) Hinoiri Kirara texts to Catra: ... Cause otherwise... her name is 'Girl-cheer'. And like. I guess 'Cat-cheer' isn't much better. But meh, not like you named yourselves or anything.
(PHONE) Catra texts to Hinoiri Kirara: ...I... have absolutely no idea why she turns into an eight foot tall goodie two-shoes named She-Ra, but I gotta ask, what is the point to this??
(PHONE) Hinoiri Kirara texts to Catra: Well, two reasons. I thought 'She-ra' is a really stupid name. Like. Dang. So dumb. 'Girl-cheer'. Who calls themselves that?
(PHONE) Hinoiri Kirara texts to Catra: So I wanted to know why someone would willingly call themselves that. But when I realized it was basically just naming herself after you, it made sense. It's almost cute, in a creepy stalker way.
(PHONE) Catra texts to Hinoiri Kirara: That's Adora in a nutshell for you.
(PHONE) Hinoiri Kirara texts to Catra: The second reason... is... wellllll... I was going over some project work, it made me think of home, you know? Like... in my third year at the school, back home? I took advanced adhesive summoning. Useful for things like furniture construction and the like. And you see, it has a really rich and interesting history. About 300 years ago, a unicorn by the name of Sutikkifufu made this glue by mixing dragon eggshells with abyssian saliva. Gross, but well. It made him a legend. The adhesive went for centuries as the most powerful adhesive known to pony-kind. Like... one small smattering of the stuff could hold up a 400lb boulder. Impressive, right?
(PHONE) Hinoiri Kirara texts to Catra: Now, thanks to coming here, I've found out it's the second clingiest thing in existence, after your 8-foot tall ex. 😛 Thanks for sating my curiousity, night night.
(PHONE) Catra texts to Hinoiri Kirara: ...I've really never spent that much time thinking about glue, but if it can hold that much weight, yes that's impressive, but-- I see what you did there. Out. Now. Front door.
