| One of the more popular japanese Konbini, which is located towards a cluster of retail shops and apartments, but also close to the freeway exits from the district to the rest of the country.
As is typical, you can see the gas station with 4 pumps and small garage portion on the back half of the lot, with parking for about a dozen vehicles and a row of vending machines with drinks, snacks, ramen, and even some ice cream under rain covers for people who just want to grab something and go. A small gravel strip that houses a pair of picnic tables under a bamboo shelter-roof leads you over towards the main building and more parking for the eponymous convenience store. The doors slide open smoothly and make a small chiming noise as you go inside to see the crowded but manageable rows of goods available for everything from cans of soda, to fresh-made goods like sushi, rice balls, and even an extensive display of sandwiches. The most famous, at least by billing, is the FaM-Mart karaage & spicy mayo with cabbage slaw. There are even hot stations so that you can have your dinner at one of four stools facing out to the street at the window. At the back end of the store is more things such as office and travel supplies, hat and gloves, and a large machine to dispense electronic items to replace those things that always go missing. The front counter is always manned by someone wearing the White and Purple with the FaM-Mart logo on their front, and their mascot Hanoneko the Gas Station Cat on the back.
