| Sitting in the middle of Penguin Park is Penguin Playground, paying homage to the region with a giant penguin-shaped slide. While the park itself is incredibly large, the playground is much smaller, though still of size that thirty or so children can play together at any one time.
In addition to the giant penguin-shaped slide, there is also the typical playground equipment such as swings, monkey bars, a jungle gym, along with other items with a penguin theme to it, such as the bouncing penguin seesaws and a igloo play area with connecting tunnels. All around the outer edge of the playground are picnic tables and benches for parents and guardians, too-cool-for-the-playground older siblings, and tuckered out visitors of all ages to relax on. Large trees cast plenty of shade over these tables and benches. | ||||

It's really nice when a plan works out perfectly. |
