	The inside of Juuban Public Library is almost exactly what you'd expect. There are rows of shelves with a large amount of books. The library's mascot seems to be a penguin- and there are a large amount of decorations that are penguin-themed. Several pictures featuring King Penguins on the walls hang in the library here and there, as well as some of the seating areas having penguin-themed chairs to sit in and get comfortable when someone is reading. The children's area especially takes the penguin theme to a high level, with the entrance to the children's section being painted as a large penguin, the door of which is set in the penguin's stomach. The library itself is a two-story building with 4 main rooms on each level, with several smaller rooms off to the side for meetings or events. The main room has several long tables for sitting at for reading, as well as a multitude of smaller nooks to read at, which tend to have the more comfortable chairs. The largest of the side-rooms on the ground floor is reserved for the computer lab, which is lined with a decent setup of somewhat out-of-date computers for either job hunting or online research. The Public Library is kept very well stocked when it comes to its book selection. It has a large amount of the common things that would be expected of a library, manga, fiction novels, science-fiction, biographies, and several (frequently-checked-out) textbooks on various school subjects. The library also carries books on language, art, and several more obscure subjects, such as underwater basket weaving or how to make tiny boots for tiny animals. All in all, the library tends to have an inviting atmosphere. Especially in the children's section.
