Born in London, England to an affluent family, Veronica received the upbringing appropriate for someone of her family's prestige. Gifted with bravado and a quick-witted and compassionate disposition, she became quite nimble of hands thanks the lessons she received in embroidery, a hobby she came to enjoy after her parents set her on it.

One day, when her parents were attending an exhibition by the painter Hallward, Veronica wandered again away from her parents right into the warehouse section of the Barbican Art Gallery, stumbling upon a painting of an elegant figure fleeing away into the night.

The painted moon shone bright when Veronica touched the painting, releasing many white rays of light away from the venue, as her touch accidentally destabilised a powerful enchantment guarding evil, for which Veronica was bound to the artwork, holding her life-force hostage, but at the same time endowing her with supernatural abilities.

Now the Princess of Sarek must recover all the lost energy that got bound to several precious objects located in Tokyo, Japan to restore the seal.
