The window's not blocked off, but it's behind Kyouka's desk chair, which turns around at the exact same speed Kyouka usually turns it around--<br><br>--and sitting in it is a dark general, smiling, holding a long-stemmed black rose carefully, like a dart.<br><br>Hematite, the bloodstone, magnetic. You don't do the sorts of things she has done and get away scot free. You always have to pay the piper. The question is whether or not the deeds are worth the cost. She thinks so.
