Even with Chrono's assurance that she had been fine from the fight at the shrine, he hadn't been able to get into contact with her. It was a perhaps stupid thing, worrying about her like that when she had so many friends looking out for her, but for some reason being unable to verify it himself directly had made for several sleepless nights.<br><br>He'd been out on patrol numerous times. He'd blown through his homework for several months in advance. He'd even done a few games of Mario Kart with his friends in Paris.<br><br>Sleep still wasn't coming. Even though he'd avoided the espresso machine as well, just in case that helped. Instead he'd been sending texts to Naru's phone daily while she was gone just to ensure she had something to come back to. Hoping her day went all right. Some cat pictures. The usual thing while trying not to completely spam her phone.<br><br>Then, finally! Finally a response! He'd flopped down on his bed texting with a wide grin of relief on his face right up until a certain text. That's where the bad idea comes in. The sleep deprived idea.<br><br>Plagg was dozing on the pillow and unaware of just what was about to occur when Adrien blurts, "Plagg, claws out!"<br><br>"Huh? Adrien w-whuuaaaaait--!" Too late Plagg was sucked into the ring and Cat Noir was lounging on the bed with one leg bent and the other draped over top. Reaching out he snags a rose from the bedside flowers that he had (hey even guys like flowers!) to chomp between his teeth and pose, holding his arm out to take a picture while winking.<br><br>Of course. He hadn't bothered to check when Chrono was going to come in before making this split second bad decision.<br> <br>
