A star fell the night that Beryl perished.

It had roamed the cosmos for untold, a stone encased in iron and rare elements, carrying the memories of countless epochs. As it plummeted through Earth's atmosphere, its fiery descent illuminated the night sky, shedding its outer load in a blaze of light. Finally, after untold years, it had found the one it was looking for.

The impact was immense, shaking the ground as the star slammed into the earth. The once-impenetrable iron shell shattered and fell away, revealing the stone within, etched with cracks and filled with the memories of ages long past.

By morning, a group of searchers, drawn by the blazing light and the tremors, arrived at the crash site. They found remnants of the iron shell, scattered and scorched, but the stone at the heart of the fallen star was gone. All that remained were trace elements of iron and a faint, otherworldly aura lingering in the air.

The stone had vanished, but it hadn't disappeared. It had a mission, a purpose that transcended the mere act of falling from the sky. It was searching for someone, a person who could heal its fractured state and unlock the secrets it held within.
