General Changes Needed

Potential New Versions

Sailor Chibi Moon

After her awakening as a Sailor Guardian, Chibiusa gains her own Pink Crystal and the ability to turn into Sailor Chibi Moon. In this form her primary finisher is Pink Sugar Heart Attack, but she can also use punches and kicks that hit a lot harder than her tiny body would lead you to believe. In this form she is a fully fledged Sailor Senshi, and she can also join in for team attacks.

Pluto's Time Key

Originally belonging to Sailor Pluto, the Time Key allows Chibiusa to travel back and forth between her home timeline and the present. It's not very reliable, and really only works at plot convenient times. When she tries to use the Time Key in the wrong conditions, it can sometimes have strange effects such as turning off gravity for a moment, but the gateway to her home timeline doesn't open. The time space disturbances around the solar system probably make this a lot worse than it already is, even if she isn't ever technically leaving Earth. While in the space between timelines, the Time Key can serve as a guide to help Chibiusa get to where she needs to go, though it generally only works to help her get between her home dimension and the present.

Luna-P

Chibiusa's transforming toy. Unless Chibiusa is in henshin this device has very little in the way of attack power, but it's still magical in nature and thus can be used to get Chibiusa out of a jam. It can turn into various things like a parasol that she can use for hypnosis, a medical kit, a bottle filled with sleeping potion, a parachute or a hang glider, and other random things that are perfectly useful when it comes to escaping a tricky situation or deceiving her opponents. Sailor Chibimoon can turn it into the Pink Moon Rod, allowing it to participate in magical combat.

Wicked Lady

If Chibiusa becomes corrupted with dark energy, she turns into Wicked Lady. She uses her transforming Luna-P Ball to make whatever weapons she needs. Usually she fights with a parasol, though she might also send out a youma to do her dirty work for her. Like this, she's very much not herself at all. Whether her behavior is based upon her own deeply rooted insecurities or some other motivation depends upon the source of corruption. Wicked Lady only existed as a part of the Black Moon Clan and isn't really accessible as a henshin, but if she's infused with enough dark energy then this part of her might come out again, and if she gets youmafied or akumatized or similar then the result might still be influenced by Wicked Lady's design in some way.

Pink Sugar Heart Attack

Luna-P turns into the Pink Moon Rod, which allows Chibimoon to unleash a stream of hearts at a target. This is a purifying attack.

Abracadabra Pon

Luna-P turns into something useful. It should be something that fits a child's imagination of whatever would be needed at the time.

Moon Gorgeous Meditation

The first attack that Chibimoon shares with Sailor Moon! Unlike canon this probably needs to be something she can do solo, even if it makes for an easy team attack with Moon.
