	The Pearl Pier is a beachside hotel located in the Yumegahama Ward. It is owned by an elderly woman known as Madame Taki, an eccentric individual that is never seen without her crystal ball and is always dressed like a fortune teller. However, Nikora Nanami, the hotel's manager, is a resourceful young woman, whose commitment keeps the hotel operating smoothly. The Pearl Pier's immaculate white exterior strikes a contrast with the smooth, dark stones of the path leading to its large double doors that coupled with the soft murmur of the waves guides guests inside. The hotel is situated across two stories: the ground floor has the reception, a kitchen, and a dining area, along with a few staff rooms on the left side. The upper floor is instead completely dedicated to guest rooms. The interior dining area is bathed in natural light and adorned with potted plants that embellish the creamy yellow walls. Three French doors open to a fenced backyard designed for al fresco dining, featuring tables positioned between two yellow couches and shaded by a large umbrella. During the dining hours, the soft clinking of cutlery and the murmur of pleasant conversations create a pleasant hum that confer a lively atmosphere to the tables. The kitchen, discreetly separated from the dining area and accessed by an open entrance, features a large rectangular island counter at its center. The island counter has multiple drawers on its longer sides and dishcloths neatly hung from handles on the shorter sides, above which a large lamp provides illumination. The walls are painted a warm yellow and are lined with modern appliances: a refrigerator, a built-in oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a cooktop with a ventilation system while various pans, in different shapes and sizes, are stylishly displayed hanging from the walls.
