| Synopsis: | Mou Fubuki and Princess of Sarek have a discussion about their relationship and where it's going. They make a very pretty diorama together out of ice and moonlight, and then they hold each other nicely for a bit. Now they're officially girlfriends, to the surprise of probably no one. |
| Cast of Characters: | Laisa Samuiko, Veronica Perenna |
- Laisa Samuiko has posed:
Crystal Tokyo is, without a doubt, a very desolate place.
It used to be full of life, used to be full of joy and peace. It's clear, from all of the signs of life, from the remains of this cultures existence, that people used to be happy.
All of that is gone, now.
Mou Fubuki stands on top of a structure that must have been somewhere 10 to 12 stories tall. A communal living area, judging from what she can see through the holes in the sides of the building. One third of the structure, the part facing the Malefic Black Crystal looming in the distance, is just outright gone.
At the very least, there are no Droids here. Unfortunately, there are no survivors either. At least this means the couple of sapphic artists can have some alone time, as thin a silver lining as that is.
Mou Fubuki's cold heart might cut off the warmth of her feelings, but it certainly doesn't do anything to deter the melancholic mood she feels looking over the empty barren land that used to be a park. She can see the empty holes where tree stumps used to be, the partition between where the grass grew and the dirt path set aside for strolls. The clouds overhead are seemingly impenetrable, casting this world in twilight. The brightest lights in this land are the ones they brought with them.
Yet from this angle, and from this view, there's beauty to be found between the sadness of what was lost and the memory of what was. The subtle contrast between the sky and the horizon, the way the sky line changes from ruins to flat craters in a way that gives it texture, and even the thin rays of light that occasionally dare to poke around the edges of broken buildings, as if knowing that they don't belong here and yet, in rebellion, still long to shine.
Mou Fubuki crosses her arms and frowns, her heart touched by the scenery. "Hey, maybe we should stop here for a minute. If we wear ourselves out, we wont be ready for when the next fight comes," she suggests to the Princess of Sarek. "It's... kind of pretty, isn't it? Like, in a sad way, but still."
- Veronica Perenna has posed:
Ever since Veronica had cast off Sonata Cheer during the encounter with Junichi, she stuck with her baseline form, and even if the group then had mostly split off, her and Mou Fubuki had stuck together, making progress in their trip to the crystal palace. No survivors had turned up since then, and only the melancholic beauty of the city's desolation had been the two girls' companions, sometimes granting them a glimpse of what the city had been like before now that they have the map to tell them which was what.
The Phantom Thief's ears droop a bit low at seeing some of these reminders, but her pace has remained as quick and agile as ever, leaving behind a small flower of the ones dotting Sarek with colour whenever she found the ruins of Crystal Tokyo to be too grey and lifeless, even more so if those areas used to be parks where people used to play. One day flowers will bloom again here, and the cheer of people will fill the air.
In contrast to those moments, the horizon and the light weakly piercing through the thick mantle of the grey cloud reminded that there was still beauty to be found here besides the one they brought with them, providing enrichment to her eyes and soul. Above all, she was glad she could share those moments with Mou, and when the snow angel stops on top of the structure that had been a living area, the nightly magical girl peers at her, wondering what mood she is currently in.
"We have been making a lot of progress", she agrees with the holder of her affection, sitting on the ground, her tail forming a semicircle around herself. The princess of Sarek faces the horizon and lightly pats the ground, an invitation to the winter magical girl to do the same. "I have seen a few paintings like this sometimes, when checking other artists' works. We even got stuck inside one of those, a few months ago. I would have never thought I would have been in a real apocalyptic city one day."
"It is kind of pretty though. If I ever painted a scene like this one, it would be about those rays of light managing to show up through the clouds, giving hope even where it seems scarce. And of course, you would be in it. Your presence is the best way to provide me joy, even here", she smiles candidly at Mou.
- Laisa Samuiko has posed:
Once again, Veronica's words bring a smile to Mou Fubuki's face. Always so sweet, so kind. The fact that she can manage to touch the snow angel's heart even when it's frozen solid is surely a sign of something meaningful.
"You're cute," says Mou. She's not looking at Sarek directly, instead looking out at the horizon, but she's enjoying her presence all the same. "They say that having affection for someone can make them seem cuter and prettier in your eyes, and if I were in any other situation I might suspect myself of bias..." She reaches up to tap her finger on the Rime Rosary. "... but I can turn those feelings off, and even now I can tell. You are just objectively cute, and very pretty. I could see myself really falling for you. If I'm being honest, it's a little scary, because I'm not used to being so vulnerable."
She turns towards Sarek with a soft smile, and her parka swooshes slightly around her as she moves. Taking a step or two away from the ledge, Mou Fubuki finds an empty spot on the roof and extends her arms. A pair of icy wings grows from her back as she channels her magic, weighing her down and rooting her in position, but also enabling her to draw upon more of her curse. Snow and cold fills the area in front of her, packing and melting together into solid blocks of ice. It's an imitation of the landscape around them, an expression of Mou's skill and magic.Once she lays down her foundation, she pulls the futuristic holographic tablet map out of her pouch to use as reference material, and starts trying to reform or recreate what she thinks the buildings used to look like.
"I wonder... if it was like this? Or..." she muses out loud, trying to fill in the blanks of her knowledge through extrapolation and imagination, as swirls of snow and ice modify the sculpture in an almost reverse-apocalypse.
Glancing sideways at Veronica, she clears her throat and says, "I think Amy raised an excellent point, back in the subway station. Our relationship may be starting in strange circumstances, but... I think we should consider putting a name to it, and I'd like to discuss it with you privately before just deciding what to tell others."
The snow angel leans her head back and closes her eyes. "I have a lot of... opinions about relationships. Especially based on a number of... unhealthy ones i've seen. Admittedly, there was a time when I had decided I wanted nothing to do with love or romance, but I think what we have is... different." She crosses her arms and opens her eyes again, looking at Veronica more directly. "I think that the chemistry we have is something healthy, and I think that we can be good for each other."
Feeling a little abashed, she glances off to the side. "That's... admittedly putting it a bit clinically... I'd probably phrase it very differently if I weren't in henshin, but... you know what I'm saying right? We support each other. We're clearly very big fans of each other."
- Veronica Perenna has posed:
A happy blush shows up on Sarek's face at the compliment, and she has the temptation to reach out to Mou Fubuki's hand, but the comment about not being used to feeling so vulnerable makes her wait. She may share having a not so flattering view of their respective family with Laisa, but she hasn't had to deal with a supernatural reason for a drive to excel being imposed on you. At her guess, the Rosary hasn't simply been a curse for her, but just as much a refuge, and she doesn't want Laisa to feel like she has to break out of it all at once.
When the ice magic of the other girl starts showing itself across the construction, Veronica watches silently, letting her focus on the work she is undergoing while mulling on what the other girl has just told her. She knows what her feelings are on the matter, even if she doesn't have that icy lucidity on them, and even the complicated matters of her family's fiery curse doesn't change them any, but she cannot hide to herself that she is worried for Laisa, for the consequences mostly turning her feelings on and off would have for her.
If this is making her stressed...
"I think that's very faithful", she breaks the silence once the reproduction of the city is completed. "I think that's the park we passed by earlier, right?", she puts to the test her assessment by trying to use it as a map. She really does not think that's wrong, though. "I have an idea", she holds her cane by the end, and the sphere of light on the cat shines with a moonlit white, and Veronica starts leaping and dancing torwards all the angles of the giant diorama, leaving behind a misty trail of white light, setting gently between the ice angles and buildings, shining off of it with reflections that connect every crystal Mou Fubuki has made.
Once she has finished with her impromtu coreography, she takes her place next to Mou Fubuki, assembling the moonlit thief's reply for her. "I actually didn't know what to think when I first met you. First there was the matter of the flame twins' curse, and then the painting to put back to safety. Every time it didn't seem like the right time to do anything. But I am glad you caught up to me that night, and honestly, yeah, I really, really, like you. You are so considerate and so pretty and so nice that I would never want to let you go, you know?", she winks.
"So, I would switch to calling you my girlfriend with the same ease you slide the final piece of a puzzle into place. But, I also care when you say that you are not used to feeling so vulnerable, so if you don't feel ready to take that step, then I have no problem waiting and my feelings aren't going to change, and others shouldn't have any problems either", she finally reaches for her hand.
- Laisa Samuiko has posed:
To Mou Fubuki, Veronica's gentle consideration is a very welcome thing. There's a stark contrast between her family placing the weight of the world on her shoulders when she was even just barely a preteen, and the way that the Princess of Sarek is always so kind and understanding. Laisa is almost certain that her cold demeanor would put someone else off, but at the same time... maybe if such a misunderstanding arose from her curse, then that's just be a sign that they weren't right for her.
Though... if Veronica is the opposite of 'not right for her', then that kind of tells Mou something, doesn't it?
As she considers the piece of art she just made, she nods to Veronica's assessment. "That's right." Then, she watches her romantic interest dance around her art piece, adding her own moonlit contributions. With a smile, she admires their combined work. "We make beautiful art together. Your moonlight, shining on and through my ice." With a short laugh, she says, "Moonlight is especially fitting for a piece like this."
Mou Fubuki considers with some sadness that such a piece of art can't really last, but... fortunately she still has her smartphone, and she hasn't been using its battery very much since it's not like she can call anyone. She makes a video of the sculpt, slowly circling around it to capture its essence. This is likely the closest she's going to get to having a permanent record of this moment.
"Here's hoping the Veil doesn't distort the image or something," she notes, since that's a real possibility.
Now they are side by side again, and Veronica is giving her a response. When her hand is reached for, Mou looks down and accepts the unspoken offer to hold hands. She turns off her smartphone and puts it back in her side pouch, done with it for now. Maybe she'll share the video with Veronica later.
"I admit I thought you were... alright? When we first met? I kinda caught you at a bad time I guess, and honestly we weren't that close then. I admit I didn't really start to think of you in this way until you were a bit more at ease." She purses her lips together and thinks for a moment, and then closes her eyes. "I think 'girlfriends' is an honest representation of what we are. We may as well say what it is. I'd rather be sincere about it."
The snow angel shrugs, and then turns to Veronica with a smile. "There's no one else I feel this way about. I like you, and I like being liked by you. When I think of being with you, of being an item, it doesn't really scare me at all. It just feels right, and..." She clears her throat and looks a way, slightly bashful. "... If I'm being honest... If I'm being very honest... I don't think my feelings are going to change either."
"So... yeah. Let's be girlfriends. I'm alright with that if you are."
Her blush gets a little bit brighter. "... though I get the feeling, when we finally stop to rest for the day, especially if we're alone, I might end up throwing my arms around you and not really wanting to let go."
- Veronica Perenna has posed:
The transformed girl joins in the laugh when she realises what Mou Fubuki is alluding to, and she looks at the magical reconstruction amused. "You rebuilt Crystal Tokyo out of crystals, so it's doubly fitting for what it's representing." It's not going to last forever, but even so she hopes that it gets to last as long as possible. It's their first combined work, and maybe the first of a line.
"Good call", she remarks at the video. Maybe she will ask to have a copy when they are back home. "I believe it should be safe. No normal person is going to see it. And even if they do, that's what copies are for. Unless the Veil is smart enough to take all of them down." Hard to say how intricate it is at times.
Veronica was ready to be told that it would be a good thing to wait a bit more, that they just keep on as is until everything feel ready, but even so, she feels joy, a mixture of relief at Mou Fubuki's lack of stress and fear, and happiness about the affirmation of her feelings.
"Well, then", she smiles, stepping in front of her, close enough that their noses almost touch. "I am happy to be your girlfriend, Mou Fubuki. I do not think a hug is such a bad thing right now. As long as we want it to be. This is our break."
See, she is already positioned for it. All that it takes is for Mou Fubuki to go for it, and there is an impish expression of anticipation on Veronica's face as she leaves the first step to her.
- Laisa Samuiko has posed:
Crystal Tokyo out of ice crystals and moonlight. "Oh, true." Mou Fubuki places a finger on the side of her chin for a moment. "I actually like that. Maybe a fitting name would be something like... 'Crystals in Moonlight'?"
It is their first combined work, and Mou is glad to at least have some record of the piece. She doubts the Veil will ruin all copies of their art entirely, though one never knows.
"If the video turns out well, maybe we'll share a copy with Sailor Moon, or offer it as a gift to the local royals."
Mou Fubuki watches Veronica as she approaches, turning to face her entirely. The blush on her cheek gets more intense as their noses come closer, and there's a slight wait as she hears her answer. A hesitation. Mou... wanted to be honest. She wanted to be sincere, and she was, and she doesn't regret that. Yet all the same there's something that feels a bit... momentous about this. She had run from romance, as hard as she could, even using cursed magic to do so. Yet here she is...
No, that's not quite right. What Laisa ran from, that was something false, born out of expectations and pride. This, whatever it becomes, is an expression of real feelings. She decides, in this moment, that the thing facing her now and the thing she was afraid of are two very separate things, and the relationship she's entering now is something worth pursuing, not something to be fled.
Mou Fubuki takes one more glance at their shared sculpture and decides, for the moment, that it's still cold enough to last a long while even without her magic to sustain it. So she leans forward wraps her arms around her girlfriend, and drops her henshin so that she can feel the moment.
Pressing her cheek against Sarek's, Laisa whispers, "I'm honored to be your girlfriend. I'm happy to be yours." Then she turns her head to give the Veronica's cheek a kiss. With a smile she says, "Ice cold me is right though, you really are adorable."
- Veronica Perenna has posed:
'Crystals in Moonlight'... Veronica makes it roll on her tongue for a moment. Of course it is very fitting, but it has also has a good sound to it, she feels like. "That's a great choice", she tells Mou Fubuki, getting a sudden desire to share their works. But her girlfriend beats her to the punch, and her smile gets wider. "I bet they will love it. The local royals too. I am sure they would find a way to keep your crystals forever." Really nothing you can do to keep her mist of light from dispersing, though. But at least the part that required the most work will be preserved.
Veronica watches Mou Fubuki patiently, her heart beating rhythmically while she loses herself in the crystal pools of the other girl's eyes. She really has the prettiest eyes. She sees that hesitation, but she remains still, unflinching, almost as if somebody had granted colour to one of Mou Fubuki's statues. Her own eyes respond with a gleam of pure happiness when she hears the ice magical girl's words, and she wraps her arms in turn, clinging tightly and enjoying the personal closeness they share right now.
"We make for a really cute couple then", she murmurs to her only even though they are alone, and her heartbeat accellerates when she receives that kiss. Would Laisa be able to feel it, she wonders? "Ice cold you really has a crystal clear view of the situation", she says in response, and despite the wordplay, there is no hint of humour to her voice, just admiration and warmth for the person she is sharing an embrace with.
She kisses her cheek back, and she lingers a bit on that moment, really wanting to take her time to let all her affection and her feelings seep into Laisa's skin, and her arms moves to the back of her head, caressing it softly. "You could really say we have been blessed with the perfect quiet, I am glad you decided to stop here, and I love you so much."
- Laisa Samuiko has posed:
"I might have to remake parts of it," admits Mou, "But I'd be happy to, if that's something they wanted."
Holding Veronica is... nice. Actually, really, very nice. Such a sweet and cute girlfriend she has. So kind, and gentle, and considerate. Laisa takes some time savoring the moment, the softness of Sarek's clothes and skin, and the closeness of their embrace. The smell of her girlfriend mixed with the... well, maybe best not focus on that.
This is someone who cares about her. Someone who, by her own admission, loves her in a sincere way. Laisa's heart starts racing the moment she hears that word in specific, and if her face wasn't already red it certainly would be now, but after hearing it spoken out loud she decides that she's actually fine with it.
"I love you, too. Thank you... for talking this out with me. I'm glad we both want the same thing here. It really means so much to me, that you're here with me, being this close to me, sharing this moment. Your arms feel really nice. I could stay in them forever."
Laisa stays there, lingering in the hug for what is probably only a few seconds but feels like to her a good minute or two. Just enjoying Veronica's presence. Then, for a moment, she frowns, before pulling back slightly to kiss her girlfriend's lips.
"I... if we're getting serious, I should warn you. I've told you about my family's curse. I think I also mentioned that it affects our love lives. Once my relatives hear about us being together, they might try to curse you, too."
Her hands go to Sarek's shoulders, as Laisa looks her in the eyes. "I'm not... that worried, I'll admit. You're magical, and you can take care of yourself. I have faith in you, and even if they did manage to curse you, I know I can break that curse." She points to her Rime Rosary again, saying, "In fact, it's my specialty. But... the fact remains, if I didn't think you could keep yourself safe, I'm not sure I'd have allowed myself to develop feelings for you."
With a frown, she looks down and away, still keeping her arms around her darling. "I just... want to make that clear. Being close to me means making enemies with my family. I'd understand if that's a dealbreaker." Her frown gains a little bit of a twist to it. "Ironically, the reason they'd go after you, is because they'd probably approve of our being a couple."
- Veronica Perenna has posed:
"You know, you should congratulate yourself as well", Veronica points out, holding onto that contact like a person lost at sea who had finally found a raft. "After all, it's you who took the first step. Where would we be without you?", she sways gently in that embrace. She has her own guess to that, but that's a boring answer that doesn't fit in the moment.
"I am glad to be talking about things with you. You could pick the most boring subject and make it interesting", she replies. Her closeness and the fact she is so eagerly open to that sincerity fills her with such vitality, that everything would feel different when the moment to let go comes. "But the fact you have laid out what you feel? This is special to me", she rubs her back slowly.
She kisses back when Laisa does, and when it ends, she speaks with a crystalline timbre. "You should probably know you are very kissable. Very much so", before she falls into a quiet lull listening to her.
"If you told me that the curse would get me for sure if I keep being with you, I would still think I would lose out by being away. As thing stands?" she leaves a second of silence before putting the words out. "I think that not much would change. I can be very slippery if I want to be. And if being magical alone makes it harder, then nothing to worry about."
She lets a blink pass with a thoughtful expression, a bit surprised that the curse acts best when they are accepting. But it's a family curse, so it's actually rather logical when you think about it. "Your family can be as hard as to deal with as they want to. Though, I should let you know... My family is troublesome in a more boring way. They need everything to be up to their standards. It's a lot of complaining."
She laughs quietly, and she shakes her head playfully. "They are just worried about losing face, all the time. And the fact I have always a habit of disappearing after the next interesting thing only makes them more worried. But at least your family would be up to their standards." Little wonder, that, really.
Her eyes locks onto her softly. "I suggest we don't worry about our families, and just focus on what we mean to each other."
- Laisa Samuiko has posed:
Where would they be if Laisa had said nothing? If she hadn't decided to be direct in that moment, and speak plainly about how she felt? "I'd probably still be admiring you, just from a distance instead of..." she gives Veronica a squeeze and whispers into her ear, "... up close."
Just because it's a boring answer doesn't mean Laisa can't try to make the delivery interesting.
Sarek's compliments hit a bit harder now that her heart isn't frozen over, and oh geeze does it hit her hard that she's currently in the arms of an amazing young woman who loves her and... her heart is just racing for a moment. She can hear it.
"Well, baring my heart to you has worked out so far," she admits, a little breathlessly. "Thank you... for accepting my feelings. You really have been such a wonderful girlfriend, even if we haven't been calling each other that until now." Yeah, she's feeling very much overwhelmed. At least it's a good feeling.
As Laisa hears that her girlfriend isn't that concerned, she smiles. "I would feel negligent if I didn't warn you about it, but... honestly? I feel the same way. Our love is our own, and it doesn't matter what they think of it one way or another. I'm just... so happy, to be with you here, in this moment."
Laisa could actually stay like this for a while longer, though she knows they'll have to move on sooner or later. Nothing in this dismal ruined world has really found them yet, and they remain well hidden from the ground level. For the time being, they have this moment to enjoy their closeness. "Eventually, I'll have to become the snow angel again, but... if I'm being very honest, even in that form I still love you."
The purple haired girl snuggles against her favorite kitty-eared phantom thief, and just lets the reality of this moment sink in. They've gotten farther than she thought they might in this span of time, but... she can't help but feel like this is about where they should be.
- Veronica Perenna has posed:
There is a slight shiver when Laisa reaches up to whisper into her ear, part of it due to how unexpected it was, and part of it as a consequence of the message she gave. That's on her, really. They have always been playfully teasing each other, she should have seen it coming.
"Studying my weak points before going in for the kill", she smirks amused. "You would have probably been very effective. Though, I much prefer the way things actually went", she looks at her adoringly. She just basks in the silence, with how close they are feeling and hearing both of their beating hearts.
Their surrounding scenario really stresses how lucky she has been, having such a wonderful person at her side, and that holds love for her so candidly. She holds her closer in her arms, and nods in agreement at her opinion on their families. "I am really, really happy as well."
Her hand massages Laisa's back again while she talks about having to go back to being the snow angel, and hearing that declaration of love her heart skips a beat. She is always so charming and adorable.
"I wasn't doubting it. You are always so sincere, it would be dumb of me to. Even if the rosary is making you act coldly, I will always know what you mean by it", she promises earnestly.
"There was something I was considering. Do you find getting matching clothes fun?" she drops in. "Would you find it a fun date if we matched hair and eye colour?"
- Laisa Samuiko has posed:
Laisa giggles and smirks up at Veronica. "Well, maybe. I think past a certain point I'd have to make some kind of move. Unless, at some point, the huntress became the hunted?" The sculptor thinks to herself, two love interests trying to get the other to confess might make for a cute anime, but it'd be hard for a relationship like that to actually get anywhere. "All kidding aside, I'm also glad, because that means I get to be in your arms right now~."
The purple haired girl sighs happily as her back is massaged, and she rests her head on Veronica's shoulders. Her smile is wide as she says, "Thank you, for always being so understanding."
When Sarek mentions matching clothes, Laisa hms as she considers for a moment, then looks up to her catgirlfriend. Matching clothes? Hm. Wait, Matching eye and hair color? Laisa giggles. "That might actually be pretty fun. I have to admit I never expected to date someone so versatile. We should absolutely do that sometime!" After a pause she thinks out loud, "I guess I'm going to need to pick out some date clothes, too. That'll likely have to wait until we get back, but... maybe we could go shopping?"
If nothing else, she could get Veronica's feedback while picking out clothes, Laisa thinks.
- Veronica Perenna has posed:
Does Laisa mean herself as the huntress, in their little game of chase that takes new forms and new teases the more time they spend with each other? That's a thing she wouldn't mind at all, being the one to pull her under a current of love like Laisa has been doing up to now. And once she is hers, she will tell her again just how much she means to her.
Veronica giggles when Laisa reacts enthusiastically about her proposal, and with her head on her shoulder, she feels her happy blush intensifying all the more, and this time her tail joins in making slow and deliberate movements, swishing happily. Betrayed by her own body... But it's really a good thing that Laisa can see her words are more than just that.
"Shopping with you sounds fun. And that's already a date, you know?", she points out with a wink. Her mind is already a step ahead on both of them, imagining the outfits that best compliment Laisa's beauty. And maybe Laisa picks out hers? "I will mark my calendar for that as well."
- Laisa Samuiko has posed:
Peeking over Veronica's shoulder, Laisa notices the tail swishing back and forth and makes an adoring 'aww' noise. That cat tail of hers really does look cute. While Veronica's disguise magic carries with it a lot of possibilities, Laisa would be lying if she said she didn't like her default henshin as well. Ahh, she's so lucky.
One of her arms unwraps around Veronica, as Laisa reaches for the tip of the tail, stroking it gently with one finger, and scratching it softly near the blue ribbon. "Do you like that? Having your tail played with, I mean," she asks as she traces her finger across it. "I mean... if you hate it, I'll stop, but..." Her red eyes look up at the Princess, looking for a reaction.
When Veronica points out that going shopping is a date too, Laisa giggles and smiles. "It totally should be! We could go to the mall, shop for clothes, stop by the food court, maybe go watch a movie~." The thought of that is actually pretty exciting.
Laisa looks past the horizon, holds into Veronica for an extra moment or two, and then sighs. "We should probably get moving again soon." She glances down at the sculpture, which is now starting to melt just a little. Reluctantly, she pulls away, but only so that her wrists are resting on the painter's hips. "Thank you... for having this chat with me, and for officially being my girlfriend."
- Veronica Perenna has posed:
Veronica sighs with a knowing smile when she hears Laisa's adoring aww. Good to know the snow angel's opinion of it, even if she would have never thought it was going to come up like that. A bit unexpected, but she wouldn't have it any other way with Laisa.
Who then does something even more unanticipated, and Veronica's happy blush becomes an embarassed one, never having imagined it becoming part of the attention Laisa gives her. And her eyes open wide when it actually starts feeling pretty nice.
"It wasn't something I would have ever expected, but yeah, it does feel nice", she admits with a smile, mentally chiding herself for the delayed answer softly.
"Aww, is it time already?", Veronica replies lightly, just listening to Laisa's prospects. "They same time flies when you have fun, but you have made it really fast", she squeezes her girlfriend one last time before giving her more space, and one hand caresses her cheek. "Thank you too."
