Hinote Kagari's Sheet
Background
Hinote Kagari was born to his father- Kinzo Kagari- a traditional theater actor, and his mother, Yuko Kagari- a police woman. He took after his father at an earlier age than his mother, wanting to act, playing pretend a lot and dressing up in his father's old clothes. As he grew up, and attended school, he joined the school's drama club- and easily fit in with the rest of the children.
Of course, his mother had her own input into his life, instilling a sense of justice, it's why His favorite stories, the ones he saw his father act in the most, were ones involving brash heroes in fedoras and trench coats invoking themselves with femme fatales for romantic endings- where the villains got their just desserts, and when he finally got the chance to act on an actual stage in school, he hoped that he, too, could act the leading hero- dispensing make believe justice. Sadly, he was constantly overlooked again, and again throughout his recent school years in favor of roles that put him on the opposite end of the story as the conniving scheming villain.
Regardless, his passion for acting, and hope he would someday be the leading man outshone his disappointment, and he continued to study, practice and play the best villains he could play- his father was of course, always proud of him regardless of the role he was acting in.
Things would had been fairly quiet for Hinote where it not for a strange egg marked with a magnifying glass appearing in his bed one evening.
Personality
Hinote is a bright boy with a cheery personality. He always looks on the brighter side of life rather than the bad side. Detention? More time to study. No Money to Go to a Movie? Watching people in the park can be just as entertaining if you're willing to say hello once in a while! He's willing to share his sunny personality with others, sometimes in dramatic fashions-- he loves making a spectacle of himself when he has a message to share- he knows how to sing, after all, thanks to Drama Club dealings- and he'll sing his heart out about his ideals. It's hard to get Hinote down into despair, and it would take something like the idea of losing a parent to even begin to send him down that road- the casual bad things of life don't beat down on him /easily/, but everyone has a breaking point- Hinote's is just high. If enough bad things happen, he might get mopey. He's generally helpful and likes to help people. He hates seeing people treated like the despots in his play treat people. It's one thing to act the role on stage, it's another to actually be a jerk.
He loves to act, and pretend a lot, sometimes falling into elaborate fantasy sequences in is head where he's a prince, a hero, the brave detective saving the love interest. This is why of course, he's in the Drama Club. He also likes reading American detective noir stories- a thing many may find odd and weird, but he doesn't care what other people thinks. Sometimes he wonders if he'll become a detective in law enforcement like his mother, or perhaps the exciting life of a private investigator.
He someday hopes to be much like his father, acting out heroic roles on stage. He wants to wear the costumes and the stage props and battle in tremendous fight scenes on stage while singing his heart out in musical numbers. Until then, he's content with the roles he's having to play, he knows if he waits, and keeps at it, they'll need an understudy EVENTUALLY and then will be his chance to play the hero!
Mostly the Drama Club members he acts with are his friends, he meets up with them occasionally for outside outings such as seeing movies or going to the local theme park to hang out. He's recently been living his dream as a detective with the help of his Chara 'Tracy', solving magical mysteries and discovering the magical world around him.

Powers
Hinote's Heart egg has a magnifying glass on it, and is black and white. Inside is Tracy, the Guardian Chara that represents Hinote's current hopes and dreams. Tracy is a brash, dramatic chara. He self narrates like an old black and white noir movie. He does this out loud, where everyone can hear. He's dressed in a yellow trench coat and fedora with a white band about it. He 'smokes' lollipops.
Tracy can Chara Change with Hinote, as most Charas can with their owners. Usually, if there's whispers of a mystery afoot, Tracy will initiate the change purposefully. When Chara change he gets two things. A suddenly appearing grey fedora and access to a pretty powerful squirt gun. (It can knock people over usually.). Hinote will self narrate when Chara changed. When Chara Changed he'll also have heightened senses, to help investigate with. (Think like, Detective Vision from the Batman Arkham series of video games, WITHOUT the see through walls ability. Think magical Mind Palace like thing.). Noir detective Powers, basically.
Hinote and Tracy can also Character Transform. Hinote turns into 'Pulp Noir'. Pulp Noir wears a long flowy dramatic trench coat, a fedora, a black domino mask and holster with a water pistol in it. He'll have all his Chara Change abilities but a little stronger, along with the ability to throw a pretty powerful punch/fight bar-room brawl style. His water gun also gets more powerful able to actually fight with it, knock multiple people over and actually make Youma 'ouch' with it. His gun, while character transformed, can also shoot magic beams. A change made because people kept no selling the water guns as... water guns. He's also able to pull various noir-related guns out. Primarily a strong revolver, a tommy gun, and of course his BLAZING SEMI-AUTOMATIC .45's.
He also has the following named attacks with the following effects.
A Shot In The Dark: A powerful magical beam shot from a revolver. Stronger than a regular shot.
The Big Goodbye: a haymaker punch forward into a target! Does more damage to barriers/breaks weaker barriers.
Ace in the Hole: Multiple, low power shots from a semi-automatic pistol. Homing Effect. Quantity over Quality, etc.
