Focus
Veronica's power derives from the magical painting of the Phantom Thief, which was used to suppress 4 demons and has cursed her by tying her lifeforce to itself after she accidentally weakened the seal. This also granted her magical powers, her henshin item being a calling card with her insignia, her top hat and her cane.
Style
In her form as the Princess of Sarek, Veronica wears a blue tailored suit with a top hat of the same colour. A white band circles her hat, partially covered by a light blue ribbon.
Moving to her neck, she has put a blue choker decorated by a light blue ribbon there, and on her feet, blue boots rise up to just under her knees.
Under the suit the Princess of Sarek dons a white waistcoat, and a white bi-layered skirt with ruffles flows down from her waist. She also carries around a dark ebony cane with an elegant cat motif for its handle.
Unlike her civilian form, her ears are now feline ones on top of her head, and she has a cat tail directly coming out of her skirt with a blue ribbon at the tip adorned by white fabric below it. Ears and tail are covered by pale blonde fur, the same colour as her hair, which is styled as a long braid reaching down to her legs.
Powers
Enhanced physical performance
Much like all others magical warriors, her strength, resilience and agility all get enhanced to levels exceeding normal human capabilities, allowing her to fight by punching and kicking her opponents.
Sarek
The doorway to the secret island can be opened by anyone tapping on the frame of multiple paintings in a 3-2-3-1-2 order of taps. It leads to the realm’s beach, and further exploration will lead to a cave filled with glowing crystals breaking through the surface of an underwater lake. At its center there is a tiny patch of land on which a willow grows, somehow both living tree and house.
Ethereal
She can become ethereal for a limited time, allowing her to go through things unseen.
Masque Chatoyant
She can change her own form and clothes. Other people's form requires OOC consent, and she can't become anything removed from a humanoid form (an animal). Giving herself wings doesn't allow flight.
Clothing and accessories can provide some utility besides appearance; for example, a winter coat can protect against cold, and a firesuit can protect against mundane fire (but offers absolutely no protection against magical fire).
Plus, given Veronica's "magician thief" identity, this can conjure all the tools a stage magician would use in their job, but they have absolutely no magical effects.
For example, she can appear to "conjure" fire, but while visually impressive 1) this is mediated by a tool, and 2) it would have no more effect on a magical warrior than a lit match bought at the market would. That is to say, none at all. Similarly, as far as protection goes, any balloon, curtain or any other object might as well be thin air and offer no resistance.
If she were on the collision course of a blast of dark energy, even if there are a bunch of balloons she personally conjured in the way, she would still take the full impact. Differently, her Prismatic Wall would defend her there.
The addition/removal of bags, pouches, pockets, etc... allows for adjusting their contents' location when the clothes are changed. She could choose to move phone, stage tools, energy bars, and anything she brought alongside to a purse she just conjured, or be sent to her pocket from a small bag she just dismissed.
This last feature has a couple of corner-case interactions with her henshin:
When transforming or detransforming, objects she chooses to keep on her don't have to be in-hand and can be placed anywhere on her person (such as playing cards in her sleeves; similarly she could put her magical calling cards there).
When changing costumes while already in henshin, bags/pouches/pockets and their contents can be sent to wherever her civilian possessions go to while she's in henshin, if they are something that could normally disappear in henshin, and then can't be retrieved until she is no longer transformed.
The spirit of this feature is the narrative convenience of not having stuff in pockets and bags suddenly fall at her side whenever she uses Masque Chatoyant. The above points are a guideline for how that "actually works" if there's suddenly a question, but clothing-and-bags-contents-shuffling is never meant to allow her to solve a narratively-important problem that the transfer of people's possessions to the invisibile space they usually go to upon henshin wouldn't already solve.
Calling cards
The Princess of Sarek has in her arsenal magic calling cards that will always find their way to the targets of her heists. The calling cards have the powers to mildly confuse others, and for civilians an urge to leave the place due to a sense of foreboding danger.
Prismatic Wall
Generates a protective barrier of moonlight, like a prism.
Lunar Glare
Can temporarily blind an enemy.
Uncloaking Shimmers
A mist of twinkling moonlight spreads around the environment revealing what is concealed.
Transient Lunar Flare
A beam of moonlight that strikes the enemy.
Moonlight Masquerade
Illusionary water covers the ground, and a moon shines bright under the enemy. An enormous version of the hat of the Phantom Thief emerges from the ground. Whoever it passes through gets purified, and if they are a magical creation/a youma, parts of them disappear like somebody disassembled a toy.
Ring of Fire
One of her relics that holds the essence of flame, which manifests as the Seven-hued Flame, a rainbow stream.
Cat Language
Her experience as a cat has left her with the affinity to understand them, and learn how they speak with an appropriate teacher.
Emery/Coralie (Jobs 781 and 875)
The fairy of Sarek previously served as the selector of the Princess of Sarek, but now that task is left to the painting. She was the companion of the original Princess of Sarek in the 1800s, and misses her dearly. Now, she observes the new Princess of Sarek, in preparation to judge her, hiding as Emery.
She is a cat fairy that is normally indistinguishable from Russian Blue cats, can talk and remember things from her original run as the fairy of a magical girl. On certain occasions (in important scenes), she takes a special form, pictured below. She has the power to detect the relics of Sarek.

Lune de Mer (Job 823)
The Princess of Sarek's dark energy clone, to be used in a specific plot. Made by the Princess of Sarek's enemies, she has the following abilities.
Enhanced physical performance
Much like all others magical warriors, her strength, resilience and agility all get enhanced to levels exceeding normal human capabilities, allowing her to fight by punching and kicking her opponents.
Sea Moon Masquerade
Creates bodies of water (approx. 50 square meters in area and 2 meters deep) throughout the city. These serve as terrain manipulation, as obstacles (forcing traversal by leaping) or as cover escape routes. There is a reflection of a full moon in them regardless of time of day or moon phase, but it's purely an illusion.
Tidebound Grace
She can walk on water and breathe in it.
Moon Tendrils
Summons jellyfish formed from moonlight. These entities drain energy upon contact.
Prismatic Wall
Generates a protective barrier of moonlight, like a prism.
Lunar Glare
Can temporarily blind an enemy.
Transient Lunar Flare
A beam of moonlight that strikes the enemy.
Masque Lunaire
She can change her appearance and clothes at will but, with her heart closed, can’t copy another person’s exact form. Transformations stay basically humanoid and biological, but when it comes to wings, their addition doesn’t grant flight.
