(PHONE) Coco Kiumi texts: Hi, Madoka! How are you?

(PHONE) Madoka Kaname texts: I'm okay! How about you?

(PHONE) Coco Kiumi texts: I am well! I didn't expect Utau to show up there. Since last time she was backed by her own agency.

(PHONE) Madoka Kaname texts: Yeah. It seemed like Utau was mostly acting on her own this time, though Sunbreaker was clearly with her.

(PHONE) Madoka Kaname texts: I feel bad for Ikuto and Utau. Their family situation must be pretty rough.

(PHONE) Coco Kiumi texts: Oh, they are family? That can't be good at all. That must be turning their lives upside down, I hope not.

(PHONE) Madoka Kaname texts: Yeah, Ikuto and Utau are brother and sister. I don't really know the details, but you can tell that they're worried about each other.

(PHONE) Coco Kiumi texts: That seems so... I wonder if Ikuto would accept some help with his sister.

(PHONE) Madoka Kaname texts: He might. I think Tadase would know about that, too.

(PHONE) Coco Kiumi texts: Oh, right. I will be sure to ask him later. I wanted to check up with him too. But Utau's music style is so much more chilling than what I know.

(PHONE) Coco Kiumi texts: The dark music I know I know just hurts you, it doesn't corrupts dreams.

(PHONE) Madoka Kaname texts: Well, I thought I saw her attacking with bats.

(PHONE) Madoka Kaname texts: I think the way she summons bats is kinda similar to how Gretchen summons Familiars.

(PHONE) Coco Kiumi texts: Does that mean Gretchen and Utau use the same Chara magic?

(PHONE) Madoka Kaname texts: Well, I think I've only ever seen her fight like twice. She's largely unknown to me. I don't know if it's completely the same but there are some similarities.

(PHONE) Madoka Kaname texts: I'm pretty sure she's different than the person who corrupted Gretchen, at least.

(PHONE) Coco Kiumi texts: Oh, how is Gretchen doing? She didn't seem to do well with Utau's song either.

(PHONE) Madoka Kaname texts: She's doing okay now. She likes to maintain a specific balance of darkness, otherwise she'll go crazy like the other X-Chara we saw.

(PHONE) Madoka Kaname texts: Thanks for warning her before singing, by the way. She appreciated that.

(PHONE) Coco Kiumi texts: No problem. I should see if I can get extra sturdy headphones manufactured for her size. That should help if we happen to be in the same relative area.

(PHONE) Madoka Kaname texts: :O Would that work? It might help if we have to go against Easter more in the future.

(PHONE) Coco Kiumi texts: Only enough for friendly fire, I think. Things start getting more complicated if the other one is focused on you.

(PHONE) Madoka Kaname texts: Oh, I see. Well, she always has ways of escaping if she needs to. I don't think anyone has managed to get into her Labyrinth without her invitation, but I also don't know if anyone's tried.

(PHONE) Madoka Kaname texts: I'm sure she'd really like headphones if they came from someone who understood song magic, though.

(PHONE) Coco Kiumi texts: I will try to get them done soon. And on that matter, you should beware of the Black Beauty Sisters. They are the ones whose song hurts. There is also Yuri of the Dark Lovers who piano playing can induce a soporific or brainwashing hipnosis, depending on how much it gets to you.

(PHONE) Madoka Kaname texts: Black Beauty Sisters... are they like Sara?

(PHONE) Coco Kiumi texts: The Black Beauty Sisters aren't part of us. They are water demons that are for the time being selling their services to Gaito. Sara's dark song stems from her broken heart, while the Black Beauty Sisters just infuse dark energy into their voice.

(PHONE) Madoka Kaname texts: Oh I see. You really know a lot about song magic users, huh? I guess that only makes sense.

(PHONE) Coco Kiumi texts: Only the ones from under the sea. Mermaids going dark if their feelings turn to hatred, deep sadness like one caused by a heartbreak or despair isn't unheard of. As for the Sisters, I have had the displeasure of running into them a lot.

(PHONE) Coco Kiumi texts: I am pretty sure theirs is a stage name.

(PHONE) Madoka Kaname texts: I see. Aside from you, I think only Utau and Sara are the ones I've met who can use song magic. There might be some Witches who sing, but it's not the same because they're probably using Witch Marks.

(PHONE) Coco Kiumi texts: Witches who sing? Do they speak our language then?

(PHONE) Madoka Kaname texts: Well, it depends. Sometimes when a person is Witch Marked, it will sound like the Witch is speaking to them in their language. Other times the Witch might be making like... 'la la la' noises.
