Healing: Hotaru can heal many wounds with just a touch, healing scrapes, cuts, minor wounds. This is not light energy based and works on other living creatures. This does not heal youma, however, only affecting creatures that can heal naturally.
Device: Hotaru uses a magical device to fight, taking on the form of 'Magical Girl Firefly'. Like this, she has fairly standard magic, flight, magical beams, increased durability and strength.
Mistress 9: Hotaru's other persona, in many cases Mistress 9 is suppressed. However, when Hotaru is hurt too much or gives in, Mistress 9 can be released. In that situation, she takes on the form of an older Hotaru. Like this, she is far, far more powerful than Magical Girl Firefly, but also less controlled and more destructive. She will rarely acknowledge any aside from Professor Tomoe as being her ally and will at best ignore others of Obsidian, at worst treat them as enemies or 'acceptable losses'. However, her destructive nature can often cause her to overuse her abilities, allowing Homura to regain control. Mistress 9's primary method of attack is dark crystal blasts and manipulation of her hair.
Sailor Saturn: Sailor Saturn is the senshi of Death and Rebirth. She wields the Silence Glaive. This allows her to create a wall of silence, a near impenetrable barrier. as well as launch incredibly destructive, if exhausting, blasts. This also has the ability to, in theory, destroy the universe and reset it... which will never be relevant, aside from as a bluff or a plot thing. For obvious reasons.
Memory: Hotaru has an incredibly strong memory, able to memorize entire books with ease.
Visions: Hotaru has visions, in the form of dreams, of impending disasters. If/when her true powers awaken, she will be able to show them as illusions to others. Currently, she just sees them as ominous nightmares.
