Pikarigaoka Ward
{{Location | locationimage = Pikarigaoaka Ward.png | alignment = Neutral | groups = Civilians | type = Public Space | map = Pikarigaoaka Ward | description = Pikarigaoaka is a main true suburb of Tokyo. It's main feature is verdant fields and small wooded areas dotted within. Very few businesses exist in this area, and those that are tend to be old fashioned, traditional Japanese places-- shrines, flower shops and old style candy stores and old style family convenience stores.
The most dominating features are houses for those whose families can afford to either commute into the more crowded city districts or work in the small suburb itself. Secondly, are the many large parks that exist in the ward. Containing trees to relax in the shade in, ponds to fish in during the spring and summer or to skate on in the winter and places to picnic or jog.
Pikarigaoaka tends to be safe and quiet most of the time- though this doesn't stop the occasional youma in the darker parts of the woods or forest surrounding the ward from sometimes wandering into the city.
