	The Karaage Fried Chicken spot has retained a distinct familiarity with its past as a former KFC, while embracing a more modern, Japanese-inspired vibe. The entrance still carries the classic glass doors, but they've been updated with frosted patterns of kanji and artful chicken designs. The original KFC red-and-white color scheme has given way to a softer palette of earthy tones---muted browns, slate grays, and warm yellows, creating a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere. Inside, the layout is mostly unchanged. The counter where orders are taken and food is served still runs along the far side, but it's been redone with polished wood and black granite, lending it a more rustic yet contemporary look. Behind the counter, a row of gleaming stainless steel fryers hums with activity, where the scent of freshly fried karaage wafts through the air, mixing with subtle notes of soy, garlic, and ginger. The seating area, formerly a grid of plastic booths and cold tiles, now features minimalist wooden tables with sleek black chairs. Low-hanging pendant lights with soft, amber hues cast a warm glow over diners. In one corner, there's a communal table styled after a traditional Japanese izakaya setup, complete with tatami mat accents and a few decorative sake bottles for flair.
