In the aftermath of a magical battle against a youma... a group of girls had been secretly hidden, nearby, watching. They had just enough magical power to naturally not be excluded from any barriers and such... which meant that they got to witness it. A group of magical girls fighting.
One of which was Goldenweb Yorotsuchi. Talk of the Dark Twilight Pact happened, but when she'd been asked Yorotsuchi had apparently said it didn't actually exist. It had been a fight full of beauty and joy and honestly?
The group of five girls were jealous. Friends(And family) who had been fans of mahou shoujo content like Sailor V and various shows about Mahou Shoujo, having seen it... and loved it.
The three sisters, Gina, Kin, and Konishi Kubota began to speak first.
"...That was so cool!"
"I know right?! Gosh it'd be so cool if you were a magical girl too, big sis!"
"...I wanna be saved by a magical girl too..."
Their friend, Hiroko Umeda joins in,
"But if we were magical girls, we couldn't be saved too, right?"
The last friend, Keiko Kanno pipes up.
"Hey but what if we were villains I mean that one mahou said the Dark Twilight Pact doesn't exist... what if we become the dark twilight pact?! Not, like. To actually hurt anyone or anything. One of us can pretend to be the victim each time and then the others can be the 'attackers' so that we can be saved!"
The three sisters grin in unison.
"That sounds like a good idea!"
"I'll make sure to bring a first aid kit in case anything goes too crazy."
"I'll start searching through sketchy shops to see if I can find any fun props or anything for being the Dark Twilight Pact!"
Hiroko adds, "I think my big brother is into the occult, maybe he knows where we could find some magic stuff too..." It definitely wasn't just an excuse to get closer with her big brother. Not at all.
The eldest of the three sisters, Kin, finishes up. "Then this was the first official meeting of the Dark Twilight Pact. Let's split up and go find ways to make things fun for everyone! Three... two... one... BY THE DARKNESS OF THE DARK TWILIGHT PACT!"
The other four stare. And then shrug and call out in unison.
"BY THE DARKNESS OF THE DARK TWILIGHT PACT!"
