Finally, Information Released
Date of Scene:	18 April 2024
Location:	Tsukino-Osaka Dorm
Synopsis:	Ami and Usagi hang out in the Tsukino-Osaka dorm, talking dresses, Lunas, and boys. On the one hand, Luna is probably avoiding Ami. Maybe even all of them. On the other? At least Ami isn't in love with Zoisite!

Ami Mizuno has posed:
Ami Mizuno sits on one of the fluffy pillows that was in the room with a cup of tea already in hand. There were snacks, naturally, but the majority were for Usagi since she had the far larger appetite. For the moment this was just a social visit filled with looking over photos taken from the prom to get a chance to enjoy the sight of all the various dresses, and tuxedos, and other attire. Ami wasn't really a shutter bug but she had taken quite a few more than she intended to.

"I really like the red dress that girl has. I don't recognize her though," she remarks only to pause taking a sip of her tea. It's lowered after a moment to glance around the room which seemed somehow quieter than it ought to.

"...Usagi? I've thought about it for awhile but I think I've begun to notice something. Tell me if I'm wrong, but..." She leans in a bit closer, her voice dropping just a bit. "... Is Luna avoiding me? I haven't seen her the last few times I've stopped by."

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
There are snacks and tea, and plenty of cushions for them to lounge around with. Usagi is leaning back against the couch, chomping down on cookies and ooohing and aaahing over the pretty dresses and nice suits, shaking her head over what she sees as the occasional fashion don't. It feels kind of rare for them to have time to just hang out, the two of them without anyone else, and she's enjoying it - especially since there hasn't been a single study guide in sight.

"I like it too - it's kind of low-cut, but isn't it so daring? And pretty! I love that, I wish I had that kind of, you know, talent." She's not flustered to admit it - she's not flat-chested, especially given that she's a bit chubby, but she's no where near amply blessed.

But then Ami seems... concerned, and when she leans in, Usagi does too, a frown pursing her lips - "Oh, so I'm not making it up then! I don't think she's ... avoiding you? Or... maybe she is a little? BUt she's avoiding me too, half the time, she's always going off on her own, and she just says she's working on something when I ask."

Ami Mizuno has posed:
"Yes, but I haven't seen her for quite awhile. Not since the day you asked me to keep an eye on her in my dorm." Ami frowns, clearly puzzling over the situation while she looks around the room on the off chance she'd missed a sleeping cat figure tucked somewhere dark and safe. "I wonder if I insulted her somehow? I had to leave for awhile to run an errand, and I was a bit ill when I came back. By the time I had my hives taken care of she had already left."

A soft 'hum' comes as she considers this with a slow shake of her head. "Yes, you're right she is often busy. There's not really anything to be busy with right now though, is there?" Another shake of her head comes. "It's just very curious."

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
"She's a cat. What does she even have to be busy with? She doesn't even do my ho - I mean, help me with my homework," phew, avoided that like a pro, no way Ami will know she's asked Luna to do her homework for her!! "But she's like, working on something, or so she says. She still lives here, but she runs off a lot... hmmmm."

Usagi frowns, brushing crumbs off her cheek. "There's no way you offended her, Ami-chan, she lives with me, and I'm like, me, and you're you. If I haven't scared her off, there's no way you could. Maybe... we should follow her, like you and Makochan did that last time Mamochan and I took a date to Penguin Park?" %

Ami Mizuno has posed:
Ami Mizuno raised her teacup for another sip. The assurances from Usagi were helpful, though she did worry a bit still. There was more to Luna than she let on after all. Wasn't she the one that found Usagi, and helped her become Sailor Moon in the first place? Of course there was more to her.

A little embarassed squeak breaks from her when Usagi reminds her of their little friendly 'stalking' on the pairs' date at the park. Pinkening she lowers the cup to murmer, "We were just concerned--You two never seem to have a date that goes without interruption!" Really that was it, just concern, not at all being nosey! Maybe a little nosey.

"That may not be a terrible idea though. I could at least give her a new collar perhaps with a GPS tracker in it so that we can see what she's up to. Maybe she's trying to find the missing Sailor Scout though? Or chatting with any of the other magical types that are in the area. There's certainly a lot of fairies and 'charas' around the school."

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
Usagi snatches another cookie, taking a bite thoughtfully. "See, normally I'd say you're just making excuses for following after us, but Valentine's Day was a disaster and my birthday was kind of a disaster, remember the cake youma? And our last three dates all had something go wrong, so, the universe really does seem to want us to, you know, save room for Jesus-san. And I don't even believe in his god!"

The pout is back, though devouring the rest of the cookie helps to dispell it.

"I think stalking her a little is fair game, because she does it to us all the time. She likes to roam around the campus and keep an eye on us when we're in class - she's super glad Rei-chan goes to our school, because now she doesn't have to go all the way to TA to keep an eye on Rei-chan too." Silly, overly-concerned cat who really didn't seem that buys... "Plus, given that Adora-chan's flying horse got kidnapped, it's not like, totally unlikely that something bad could happen. Could be a good idea to have a way to find her, besides the communicator."

A pause.

"Is it a bad thing I keep forgetting we're missing one of us? It's just... it almost feels like everyone's already here. And I know she does talk to Bonito, Daifuku-chan's guardian spirit. She makes fun of him for being bad at speaking cat."

Ami Mizuno has posed:
Ami Mizuno actually laughs at the thought of Luna complaining about someone else's guardian not being able to speak feline. Somehow it just was an amusing thought seeing how cross the cat could sometimes be. Before she responds though she reaches for one of the cookies as well to take a far more delicate nibble than Usagi. It's not even that she's hungry so much as she decided if she didn't snag one now, none would be left soon in the first place. Sometimes the best way to call dibs is to take a bite. Usually.

"Oh, you're right. I'd forgotten about the alicorn being kidnapped. That's a very good reason to keep a further eye on Luna then, most definitely. Even if she is out there talking to Bonito." A solemn nod comes, and she declares, "I'll work on a new collar then, or a charm for it at least. It would be a good idea in case something happens to her."

Her expression does soften a bit at the mention of the other sailor scout. Reaching out she pats Usagi's hand gently. "There's been so much going on it's easy to lose track of things sometimes. What I've learned from Setsuna and Michiru though is that they weren't ones you knew very well back then to begin with. If it's the same with the missing scout, then perhaps that's why it's so easy to forget. Those of us you knew well are here already."

A breif pause comes before she adds, "That's not to say you shouldn't get to know them now of course. I think they'd very much like that."

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
It's true, Usagi does respect the dibs of a bitten cookie. When food has been claimed, it is claimed! As long as she doesn't forget. But to make sure, and to soothe her gradually parching throat, she pours herself some tea, taking a long sip.

"See? We can always find reasons to invade each other's privacy! It's the privilege of youth, you know?"

It is, and as usual, she feels absolutely no shame about it. A long sip of tea, followed by a dunk of her cookie (horrible etiquette for tea), and she continues, "We're worried about her. She'll understand, if she catches us, and if she doesn't, she'll never know! Plus, who doesn't like cute new accessories?"

Clearly, Luna would forgive them, and she would also enjoy the stuff, right. WHo doesn't like stuff.

"...maybe," she has to admit. "I don't remember another one, you know? But that doesn't mean there wasn't one. So... you're right there. But I wonder what kind of Senshi they were, if I didn't know them. I get the idea that she's... dangerous...?"

Ami Mizuno has posed:
"It's hard to say. The Outer Senshi do seem to be a bit more in touch with their powers than we were when we first started out," Ami reasons thoughtfully. "It's quite possible that this one is as well. Though I really can't imagine that anyone would be more powerful than Sailor Pluto or you, Usagi. You're both really rather formidable you realize."

Sitting back she takes another nip of her cookie only to wash it down with tea. "At least with finals over with I can relax for a bit to focus on other things. Plus prom is over," she adds with a gesture to the photos they had been regarding. "That was fun, but it did take away from my study time. I'm glad I helped to Mamoru's boys set up for the school year as well. Working on a little project like this is just what I need, I think." Nevermind there's no mention of her own date. That was being glossed over juuust a bit.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
"They had different... jobs, compared to the rest of you. I mean, you all protected me, but the Outers protected, everything, right? They were practically legends, I don't remember meeting them... very often."

She'd have to search her memory to be sure, and she doesn't think... she doesn't think she'll be able to do that without going full Princess. And it would be kind of awkward to do that here.

"Yeah, and we're finally going to be high schoolers! Me and Mamochan will be highschool sweethearts, you know?" Her eyes sparkle with excitement at the very thought. And then she pauses, considering, and looks at Ami. "And you and Tadase-kun too?"

Please? Not Zoisite?

Ami Mizuno has posed:
"That's true. They had to be further away so it makes sense that you didn't get to know them as well. I don't think I knew them well either, before," Ami has to admit as she gets a far off look on her face trying to recall. There wasn't much *to* recall for her though. Some part of her mind simply refused to remember much other than the fleeting glimpses and the surety she felt when she was Sailor Mercury.

The mention of being high schoolers does earn a proud smile from her however. "Yes! I studied so hard to ensure I would place well for high school. Only a few more years until I can get into a good university!" Of course that was still her goal.

The smile falters a bit as she blushes looking hesitant with the question. "Tadase-kun and I? Oh. I don't know about that." The cookie is quickly tucked away with one last bite.

"Zoi," Not Zoisite. 'Zoi'. A nickname. "And I spoke about that. Just because we went to the dance doesn't mean we're *in* a relationship. There's nothing definite yet. I suppose I should make a decision on that soon." Ami looks again to Usagi with a soft smile. "You seem very concerned about this, Usagi-chan."

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
Zoi. Zoi. That's a nickname. An intimate one! A shortening of his name without even a single honorific!

Forget the mysteries of the Outer Senshi and their long-lost old lives, this is the real problem, love lives! The love lives of all her closest friends!

The ones who might end up with Zoisite and he's just so annoying!!!

"Well, as a girl in love, I think love is what everyone deserves to have, you know? Everyone should have a beautiful, wonderful high school romance that makes them happy, with a sweet, totally nice guy who definitely... is really nice?"

She doesn't actually know Tadase-kun very well, but he was nice! And it's not that she doesn't know Zoisite, it's just... it's just... unexamined feelings!

Ami Mizuno has posed:
Ami Mizuno smiles a bit at the thought. Her head tips to the side as her hand raises to cup her own cheek with a bit of a sigh. "He is nice, I just get so stressed out when it comes to things like relationships. Zoi even took me out to a spa to help me calm down. It was rather nice," she admits with a sigh as she recalls the massage. THAT got the tension in her neck from constantly arching down to read books to finally relax.

"We may try a hotspring next, or maybe even a cruise. I'm not certain. As for Tadase-kun..." The hand falls away from her cheek to drop back to her teacup.

"I guess I'm relaxing around him more? I just don't feel *that* relaxed yet. I feel as if I'm leading him on somehow."

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
"He took you out to a spa?" Her voice definitely doesn't crack or squeak at that. "And that was nice? And... yeah, one dance doesn't have to mean a relationship..."

Her will is dying. Not to fight this. To live. Through this. But Ami0chan was going to spas and sighing and smiling about Zoisite and...

She grimaces.

"And you trust him? Zoisite, I mean, not Tadase-kun, there's no reason not to trust Tadase-kun."

Scrubbing her face.

"Do you not like him?"

Ami Mizuno has posed:
Ami Mizuno smiles warmly at Usagi. "Well of course I trust him. We have quite the history together after all." Her voice is bright, cheerful, and assured about the entire situation. The topic switches to Tadase again causing her to blink a bit.

"Well he's nice enough. He had to use his Chara to ask me to the dance though. I guess that makes him a bit more timid than I'd really like, but the Chara is a part of him the way he's described his powers. A portion of his personality he hopes comes to the forefront."

For a long moment Ami pauses to stare at Usagi as she tries to piece together this odd line of questioning. The teacup is placed down on the table, and she leans in toward Usagi.

"You keep asking me about romance, then Tadase and Zoisite." It seems to suddenly click. Her hands smack down on the table as she LEANS in closer to Usagi.

"H-hang on! You don't think I have a crush on *Zoisite* do you!? Usagi-chan! He likes boys!"

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
"He does?!"

The tension pops like a burst balloon, Usagi flopping over like a limp meringue. She brings her teacup to her lips for a much needed drink.

"Oh, thank goodness, I was really not ready to go that far. I mean, I love you and support you in everything you do! I'm just glad Zoisite isn't, you know, going to be one of them?"

A little crude, but she's not trying to be, she's just filled with relief.

"I mean, you're really close! And you went to a spa! Together!"

Ami Mizuno has posed:
"Well of course we're close." Ami can't help but smile at the apparent relief from poor Usagi. Who knows what kind of thoughts were racing through her mind if she was thinking the wrong things. "We did have a very close relationship in our past lives. I remembered a bit about it, but not much. He remembers though."

"We got along well, so we ended up being friends and I was his..." Her head tips upward thoughtfully. "I believe the term nowadays is 'beard'? I pretended to be his other half so that he could be free to live his life how he wanted."

Smiling softly she continues, "He likes to relax, and I need to relax more, so he took me to the spa to thank me for helping get him up to date with classes. He's just easy for me to relax around since I know he's safe."
