A Good Old Smash And Grab | |
---|---|
Date of Scene: | 15 December 2024 |
Location: | Four Clover Mall |
Synopsis: | Koan of the Black Moon Clan's having fun rediscovering crime when her shopping trip is interrupted by a whole host of Mahou. It's all fun and games though - at least until Amy takes on her Senshi disguise, and Koan erupts in rage. The Senshi are her enemies?! But why? |
Cast of Characters: | 280, Adrien Agreste, Koji Silvia, Takuto Tsunashi, Chrono Harlaown, Veronica Perenna, Amanda Faust |
- Koan (280) has posed:
The Black Moon Clan have spent the days since their arrival in the ancient past exploring the new era they'd arrived in. They had plans, of course - find the Rabbit, steal the Silver Crystal, destroy the roots of Crystal Tokyo -
Classic, really. It was a straightforward plan, and while they were all, of coursed, focused on researching the locations of those all-important targets, there were still... other things to do. Important things! Certainly, matters of utmost importance! Like...
A little shopping spree. Without paying. That was normal, right? Sure it was~! And if it wasn't, who cared, anyway, why shouldn't she just get to take what she wants?
That's what Koan has been thinking as she's gone on her little shopping spree in Four Clover Mall. On the far side of the mall, people might not have noticed anything, but gradually the noise has been getting louder, and louder... and the noise, of course, is the alarms.
Because she's stealing, of course. Stealing, and draining anyone who tries to stop her.
Currently, she's in a make-up store, looking over a few different shades of eyeshadow. One hand is outstretched, holding a staff member who futilely tries to claw away the hand on her throat as Koan drains away her energy.
"I know you're almost unconscious and at risk of dying, and all," Koan tsks, "But couldn't you be a little quieter? I'm trying to think here, this is an important decision!"
- Adrien Agreste has posed:
Adrien Agreste had become well enough a presence in Japan at this point that it was sometimes difficult to go out shopping without drawing a crowd. If the information network from his fanbase in Paris was good? This was professional. There were already notes on blogs about his modeling schedule, what coffee shop he liked, and of course sightings when he was out. Like today. Which is why he was more than happy to ask along a few friends to play buffer if he should get spotted.
"I'm really hoping to just get a few good gifts for Naru, and some others," he assures as they walk through the mall heading for the makeup store. "I'm not sure if she'd like perfume but I feel I ought to do something more than coffee mugs and coffee."
As luck would have it there go the alarms causing him to grind to a halt looking over at the others with him in mild distress. "Should we... uh. Do the thing?"
- Koji Silvia has posed:
When you get a bang on your wall from people who are trying to get you a little bit out of your shell and doing something not related to magic, or youma, or even anything adjacent to it, Koji Silvia was worn down a little bit by Adrien's infectious nature. Especially now that the roommate was aware of his magical identity.
However, with his hand behind his head and looking to one side as he walks along to Adrien's left and slightly back, enough to be heard and able to do... as the model put it... play bouncer for him. It does help that the half-Asian boy actually has the skills to do it, if needed. But for the moment he just looks a little bored, after going to clothing stores, shoe stores, more clothing stores, and having to give some honest opinions on dress and color choices, and the thought of going to a makeup store does make him quip, "You DO know they're going to ask you to sit and try some things on, right? I just hope they don't ask all of us."
The commotion is almost a welcome distraction, causing him to drop his arms, and add, "Let's get a good look before we all just throw on work clothes and make a bigger mess of things."
- Takuto Tsunashi has posed:
At this point, it's inevitable, isn't it? There's got to be some kind of time where Takutoo's not with either or both of Wako and Sugata, and-- apparently that time is now. With one hand in his pocket and a bang around its wrist, Takuto sticks his lollipop in his mouth and takes, out of his other pocket--
--his cellphone! Which he absolutely uses to take a picture of Koan draining somebody. He sends it and then yells out:
"APPRIVOISER!"
He lifts off the floor, surrounded by a nimbus of bright bright bright multicolored light and sparkles as he turns into an outline of a boy that definitely has a full-length henshin sequence oh my-- "Dashing Entrance! Gingaaaa BISHOUNEN!" he yells with a flare of his coat's skirt behind him as he spins and flips back his head to show the golden star of hair highlighting--
At any rate he rockets off to slide-skate at Koan, fists first.
- Chrono Harlaown has posed:
Chrono Harlaown didn't mind the socializing thing. At least, when it was done with good purpose. Helping his roommate prepare to give a gift to his romantic partner? That seemed fine. also, lets be honest. If Adrien was trying to hide behind Chrono, the sight of that would be hilarious.
"Perfume is a common enough gift, but I know she does enjoy coffee. Perhaps you could get her something to help with her studies?" Ever the diligent one and...
And then there were alarms. He stopped in mid stride, before taking off towards it. "You should get some cover," he told Adrien. "I'll investigate and handle it. It's probably just a nromal shoplifter."
In this city? HA! He pulled out his card, disappearing in a flash, the Enforcer running off a moment later, staff in hand. Of course the TSAB Enforcer couldn't just let this slide... And a few moments later... Nope. Definitely magic. Worse, they had a hostage. Time to deal with that, how to be subtle about-- Oh, that'll work.
<<Stinger Snipe!>>
A small blue ball of magic would launch out from his device, curving around before trying to SLAM into Koan's arm, to try and make her release the civilian... So he could snag them and place them down, safely, out of harm's reach.
"I am Time Space Administrative Bureau Enforcer, Chrono Harlaown," Chrono said before turning to face the woman. "Cease your criminal activities or your violent actions will be suppressed via force. Surrender, and you will be permitted to recount your story before the proper authorities."
- Veronica Perenna has posed:
Veronica wasn't really sure Norie needed her gloves anymore, not with that crystal heart on campus, but if nothing else she would have figured the vampire would have appreciated a new fancy pair for Christmas, or maybe she could have gone with painting her something. Maybe a landscape, or Norie with a few of her pets (even if Veronica doesn't really know what they look like, but she can always imagine).
Not to mention all the other christmas gifts she has to take care of, which brings the brunette to today, when she has run short on paints and threads alike. Alas, but at least Erika and Hinata should appreciate their own portraits.
She wasn't all that far from where Koan was demonstrating her weird purchase ethics, close enough to feel the crawling sensation of dark energy. Tossing her calling card into the air, the magical item floats around her, twinkling moonlight following it while she transforms.
The Phantom Thief quickly approaches, moonlight preceding her, aimed at the arm holding the shop clerk. "Quite rude to assume that people are fine with giving anything, isn't it?", she remarks.
- Amanda Faust has posed:
Life isn't like her manga. Amy may have to just go to a clothing store on her own instead of getting invited with the girls like she's hoping.
It still feels a little weird, though. Yeah, she's been inside briefly, but it's still sort of... an unfamiliar place. A place she's not sure she fits in. And it's easy to fall into feeling like everyone else can tell you maybe don't fit in.
Amy is standing in front of a women's clothing store thinking about this, when a gaggle of boys goes by. A gaggle of familiar boys! She turns, to see them headed towards... the makeup store? Well, Adrian's a model, he probably needs some for best results in photoshoots, right? And he might have a skincare routine. Koji's comment only sends her mind further from arriving at the possibility that they're getting presents for girlfriends.
Before she can think further, an alarm goes off.
It's probably just a shoplifter, right?
...Yeah, they wish. Amy sees a scene out of a damn anime, letting the others distract with their entrance while she henshins. And... okay, everyone else is taking action, and Amy's not going to fire into that mess. She'll stay back for a few seconds and see how their attacks work out before launching her own.
Hey, maybe this enemy has super-fast reflexes and will block shots with the hostage, or they have an ally who's going to attack... yeah. The others already leapt in, she'll see how it goes first.
- Koan (280) has posed:
Koan decides that she really likes the idea of a navy-blue eyeshadow, and is reaching for it when there's suddenly a voice, yelling out, and someone boldly declaring themselves the galaxy's pretty boy -
And then he punches her - or, well, punches her bag, as she leaps away and is surprised to find him meeting her speed with his own.
When the homing blade tries to strike her and the moonlight blazes, , she blazes with her own power -
"DARK FIRE !"
As she blocks the strike with a blaze of blue-green fire that consumes the stinger blade and moonlight strike but also, fortunately, drops the civilian with a thud as they crumple to the floor.
"What are you?" She asks the so-called Ginga Bishounen, and there's a delighted tone in her voice, a sparkle in her eyes. She's keeping her bulging shopping bags swinging on her arms, but her eyes are bright with excitement.
"There's no way you're one of those trashy Senshi, and yet, look at you, coming at me so fast and strong! You're absolutely dashing!"
She actually giggles, and then jumps back, standing on the receptionists stand, as she holds out a hand - not to attack, but to ask for a hold!
"Pipe down shortie," she calls to Chrono, "I'm not a part of your jurisdiction and I won't be submitting to any Tokyo authority anytime soon. Cute revolutionaries don't listen to you. Now, hold on for a minute, I want a picture of the cutie! My sisters are not going to believe I found someone almost as handsome as our commander~!"
Is she serious? Yes, yes she is serious.
The civilian she dropped is unconscious now, but at least out of harms way... this isn't her first store - this isn't her first unconscious civilian.
"Why shouldn't they give anything? I want it, after all. Or do these tyrannical corporations or whatever deserve all the uh, yens? Doll-hairs? Ugh, even those Crystal tyrants don't believe in money."
It is extremely obvious that Koan is not entirely clear on the concept of money or currency.
- Koji Silvia has posed:
Aaaand we're off!
Koji just sighs, and then watches as Takuto goes right in for the hit, and Chrono has already thrown out the usual declarations... And then he just takes off his glasses and suddenly his civilian garb just vanishes as if it was never there, instantly replaces or rather revealing that he's been walking the mall with the boy crew under Illusion! One of the big advantages, and good practice... but the glasses just become just as he brings up his hand with Hanzo resting on it and snaps.
<< PHANTOM ZONE. >>
For Adrien, a bubble of distorted light appears around him and there is a pale after-image of him running off and down the mallway in a panic with his bags! So for the cameras, it will look like he instantly just took off, and thus preserve his civilian identity, while allowing him a moment to change right there without concern for anyone connecting him to Chat Noir. As Hanzo steps out of the bubble, he says over his shoulder, "Let's go, Plagg!"
Now that he can calmly walk forwards, the ninja-dressed magical boy doesn't get directly into the fray, instead keeping an eye out for others or summoned Kindas to start causing issues and distractions as he adds his own voice into the mix, "Navy Blue? With your skintone... tsk... evil's supposed to have taste."
- Adrien Agreste has posed:
Adrien Agreste gives a quick nod to Koji's suggestion even though it seems Chrono is quite fine with running off to transform himself. This leaves the blonde model there a moment looking vaguely amused because he clearly hears Takuto yell out his attack and sees the blue-and-red streak of the Galactic Prettyboy go by.
"I think we can guess what type of robbery it is." A small sigh, though he does already start glancing around out of habit looking for a good place to hide. When you were used to dodging behind things to transform, well, it was came natural to do so.
The few bags he has are quickly dropped in favor of using the cover Koji provides to transform himself. "Plagg, Claws out!"
Cat Noir soon leaps into view jauntily carrying his staff over his shoulder. "I think a good magenta would bring out your eyes!" He suggests playfully. "Although I'm partial to green myself."
- Takuto Tsunashi has posed:
Oh Takuto is absolutely the galaxy's prettyboy-- and he hisses when he misses her, swirling on his back foot to keep facing Koan... and there are a lot of other mahoujin in the store all of a sudden, and Koan is... taking a picture?"
He takes his own phone back out and takes a picture of Koan taking a picture of him, then winks at her. "I'm in a committed relationship, but flattery can be fun!"
As long as it's not out loud behind him in class.
"What's your name? I like your hair!"
- Chrono Harlaown has posed:
"Hard way it is. Good to see you again," Chrono said, giving a small nod to the bishounen. Welp, it wasn't like they didn't ever NOT pick the painful way. So it wasn't like he had to do this every time... but well...
He did have to.
"I'm afraid my jurisdiction is quite a bit further than you are familiar with, miss...?" he asked, before holding up his staff.
A moment later the world seemed to shift slightly, as if everything was going just... a bit out of reach. Civilians were popped out of the area, the non-magical kept safe and outside of her reach. "Honestly, I don't really care that much about the thefts, insofar as you don't attack people," Chrono said with a shrug. "But as you apparently can't do one without the other and are assaulting innocent civilians in your crime spree, I'm going to have to interfere."
Pause, pause, pause.
"What's wrong with navy blue?" he asked. "I've always been a bit partial to it myself."
- Amanda Faust has posed:
She dropped the civilian. That's good. She's fast. That's bad. She knows of the senshi but not anyone else. That's interesting. Navy eyeshadow apparently doesn't go with her skintone. What? No wait back up what was that previous one--
Amy transforms her clothes under the cloak to her disguise before striding forward and dramatically tossing the cloak aside and opens her mouth to announce--
Sorry, did the villain of the day just make an anticapitalist argument? What?
And now everyone is standing around talking instead of fighting, for the moment. "Uhhhh." Crystal tyrants? What? Gather information. Don't admit you don't know who she's talking about, um... "So you're not with Obsidian, then...?"
Oh right she's dressed like a senshi now. "Hey, whaddoyou mean 'trashy'?!'"
- Veronica Perenna has posed:
She can't argue that some of these corporations are out to use as many underhanded means as they can to make money, but people like that cat lady... She just brings a bad name to stealing in the name of justice.
"Shut up! Your black heart doesn't hold a milligram of justice. Don't claim that your selfish means are a repayment of the wrongs of greedy corporations, that is not the way of the Phantom Thief. You are just a petty shoplifter seeking to fill your own pocket and endangering the innocents! You can't even do the cat thing right!" Veronica stares with disdain.
A small use of her disguise magic makes her sprout up cat ears and two cat tails, just to show Koan up in every way. "See? What are those fake ears, really?", the Princess of Sarek taunts her while readying a series of strikes with her cane.
Good thing is the clerk is now out of the way thanks to the spiky guy with the temperament of ice. "The cool authorities are here!", the Princess of Sarek winks at Chrono, pun very much intended with a smile on her face.
- Koan (280) has posed:
The Ginga Bishounen understands what it means to be a true hero - in other words, he doesn't attack her while she's taking a picture, or texting her sisters afterwards. How sweet!
Koan texts We The Glamorous Chat: Sisters! I found the prettiest boy! He even calls himself Pretty Boy! (prettiestboy.jpg).
Berthier texts We The Glamorous Chat: hm, he's acceptable I suppose.
Koan texts We The Glamorous Chat: I thought you'd say that! You can have him, instead of Rubeus-sama!
"You know, loyalty is a really attractive trait. Your partner must be so happy with you," there's a wistful sigh, before she smiles cutely and says, "I'm Koan, youngest of the Spectre Sisters~! I like your hair too, that gold star really makes your lovely red hair pop -"
Right around then is when Cat Noir leaps in and Hanzo saunters over, both of them making comments on make up, and she puffs her cheeks in a pout, "I've never picked out make-up before, okay? This is my first time, and blue is so complimentary with purple! I don't know about magenta or green though, those might just be your colors - and wait a minute, none of you have those terrible little Sailor Collars, how are you -"
She might have continued, if not for the way the world goes suddenly sepia, and everything seems to shift ever so slightly. She blinks, confused.
"What on Earth... what was that? What did you do? Hey, hey, what sort of not-so-Senshi power was that?! I wasn't through picking make up and now you've made everything hideous!"
Koan glares at Chrono, clearly infuriated, but then -
Ouch, nothing is worse for the ego than a pre-teen! The Princess of Sarek's taunts have her seeing red -
"That's my hair," she says, as those terrible cat ears appear. "I'm not trying to do a cat anything, it's just cute, you little brat! And I don't care what sort of thief you think you are, I'm taking what I want, that's what I said. Why should I offer up some stupid doll-hairs and yents?!"
And things might have progressed that way for some time, if not for Amy's dramatic un-cloaking, revealing her Sailor Suit Costume. There's a Sailor collar, the bow, the skirt, even an insufferable mark on her forehead -
Koan, has a mark on her forehead too. It's a black crescent moon, points downwards. As she stares at Amy, her eyebrows rise, nearly meeting those points, as she takes in the look, and then she stiffens and throws her bags through a dark portal, where they disappear.
Clearly, she's getting serious now.
"So there's another of you nameless Senshi here," she says, as all the amusement leaves her face, as she goes still and cold. "A pity."
And then she lunges for Amy, faster than anyone would have expected, closing the distance between them in a lightning flash, hand lunging forward, nails like talons baring down, and there's a flicker of light in the center of her palm.
"DARK FIRE !"
The fire rushes forward in an effort to ensnare and consume Amy in one fell swoop. It's blistering hot, and what flame doesn't strike Amy will instantly melt or ignite anything else in it's path - make up containers, shelves, all of it.
"DIE!"
- Takuto Tsunashi has posed:
"TAU GALAXY BEAM!" yells Takuto all of a sudden, shouting over the end of the 'dark fire' attack, eyes wide as he staggers back and then slams his fists together in front of him, aiming them at Koan. A brilliant blue-white energy beam blossoms from his joined fists and shoots forward. "That behavior is not cute, Koan of the Spectre Sisters!"
- Koji Silvia has posed:
"I guess the saying was right. Nature DOES abhor a vacuum."
<< SPEED BOOST. >>
With his reflexes enhanced by magic, one of the few he can do compared to some of the others, the black flames seem to slow down a bit to his perception and allow Hanzo to act. Instead of throwing another spell, he rotates his Device 180 on his wrist and whips his arm like it's casting on the pier in summer.
The ring-end of the Kunai launches outwards with a braided rope extending as it flies. Normally, Hanzo uses this for his nightly spidermanning around the city on patrol, but here instead he doesn't make to impale the side of a building. As if flies past Amy, he twists and jerks his arm, causing it to swing back inwards and become like a certain archaeologist's whip, wrapping quickly around the Puella's waist, and the young man turns and pulls hard, retracting the line at the same time to zip her out of the way of the blast...
But being an unpracticed move, Amy would be heading right FOR HIM...
- Chrono Harlaown has posed:
Chrono Harlaown cocked an eye at the woman. Well, if she was going to banter with them, that was fine. But if they weren't connected with Obsidian... oh dear. Did that mean another group was trying to weasel in on Obsidian's turf? That... is going to be quite the interesting development.
But so long as she wasn't attacking people anymore, he didn't see much reason to interfere. It was their world, not his. And it was for them to deal with this as they felt they should.
Except now she's going at Amy. He barely moved, merely leaning his staff forward. As the woman rushed, binds would materialize under her steps, magical ribbons reaching up to snag her. They wouldn't stop her, though. Not at that force, or at her level. But they would, hopefully, slow her down long enough for the others to react.
- Amanda Faust has posed:
"Nameless?" Amy quietly echoes. If nameless senshi are a thing, that kind of saves her some trouble if she ever has to name her disguise...
And with the woman looking right at her, Amy sees the caste mark(?!) on Koan's forehead, and tries to remember which Abyssal caste is a downward-pointed crescent moon--
--And then suddenly she's lunging--
Ah, Dusk or Day caste then...
--and Amy barely even steps back before Koji YOINKS her out of the way with speed to match the assassin. Pure surprise on her face, she barely has time to put her hands and feet forward and try to soften the impact against him -- and then leaps off him like a cat as her instincts scream keep moving, speed is life! at her!
Those flames felt that hot from that distance... Amy is reminded of the two Witches that burned her and the German Puella Magi back at the train station. An unpleasant experience she'd rather not relive.
"Who the heck are you?!" Sailor ?? shouts, landing in a crouch and then suddenly she's holding a magical girl's recoilless rifle -- it's gray and has the outline of a military weapon but also small gems here and there on it -- which is firing an 84mm anti-tank round at Koan, set to airburst if it misses but probably still burning a hole through a shelf.
And then she leaps off to the side -- towards Koji -- and dashes, trying to move in an arc around Koan and make it harder to do another charge attack. "'Spectre Sisters'?! Why do you have it out for the Senshi, I don't know you!"
Telepathy, meanwhile, alerts the others: << Those flames are hot! Don't let her touch you! Thanks Hanzo! >>
- Veronica Perenna has posed:
"You have never heard about Phantom Thieves?" the Princess of Sarek saying, making a note that her taunts her striking a nerve. "Guess it's time to give you an important lesson then. Alright, don't hold your breath, this brat is going to teach you everything", she sticks her tongue out.
She would have continued with the banter, but what Koan tries next is instead going after the nameless Senshi with that devastating dark fire, and Veronica has to watch it destroying the products of the shop, though at least the ninja comes in clutch on saving the other magical girl.
Well then, she thinks displeased. "Lesson number 1: threatening people's lives and livelihoods makes you a monster!", the Princess of Sarek tells Koan, throwing a calling card spinning at her. "Uncloaking Shimmer!, she declares, the card releasing a mist of light at her face, its magical properties less important than the annoyance it would Koan, hopefully distracting her while Veronica strikes her with a few hits of her cane.
- Koan (280) has posed:
Binds appear, strange ribbons of magic that snatch at her, not nearly enough to stop Koan, but startling enough - and sticky enough - that Tau Galaxy Beam flying from Ginga Bishounen's fists is able to strike her at an angle - she goes flying off-course, but corrects herself with a neat flip and glowers in his direction, wincing every so slightly as she touches her side, where her shirt is torn, her skin bruised. In an instant, her clothes change - her civilian attire of black halter top and long white skirt vanished, replaced by her usual look - cable-knit pink-and-purple bodysuit with fluffy purple skirt, a large jewel at the center of her forehead, above the Black Moon sigil.
"The Sailor Senshi are what aren't cute, Ginga Bishounen," Koan snaps, but she's glaring wrathfully at Amy, whose been launched towards Hanzo. The flames that missed Amy are burning through a shelf of make-up, releasing foul scents into the air as the make-up components and their plastic and paper housings begin to burn, the shelf begins to melt and warp. "Those tyrants who demand to be worshipped like gods, she's probably one of the reasons we never heard about you, or the rest of these boys or that irritating little child."
There's a way she says boys, that isn't hateful but puzzled - the Senshi she knows of are all beautiful young women after all. The Princess of Sarek isn't recognizable, but she's somewhat understandable, in that paradigm. The boys are baffling.
"I already introduced myself, you arrogant bitch," Koan snarls, lip pulled back, teeth bared, hateful. "All you need to know is that we won't stand for it!"
The anti-tank round fires. Koan tilts her head and it flies past her, exploding harmlessly. She doesn't even flee.
And when the mists of light come, she closes her eyes, expecting it to be some sort of chemical warfare and reaches out - snagging the Princess of Sarek's cane in a crush grip and dragging it up into the air. If Princess of Sarek doesn't let go, she'll be launched with the cane, because Koan chucks it across the room.
"I was declared a monster for existing," Koan says coldly, "By the Senshi and their wretched Queen. Your lessons weren't asked for."
And then she raises both hands to the group, and there's that flicker of light again, before she launches her attack once more -
"DARK FIRE !"
And this time, the flames roar out in a billowing wave that roars towards all of them, leaving very few places to escape. The fire is strong enough to burn through defensive barriers, to singe clothes, and it devours the oxygen in the room, leaving them gasping for air -
But when they've survived the flames, they'll find that their creator is gone. Teleported out in the midst of the chaos.
- Chrono Harlaown has posed:
"Existence is never a crime," Chrono said. "Even in situations where that existence may have negative effects, it can never be permitted by any means to be a crime. I don't know the full details of your grievence with a queen, but as far as I have been led to believe, there is no queen here, and if there were such an entity would be no queen of mine or many of ours. I don't suppose you would be willing to file a report with the TSAB on this matter, so I can better understand how to help the members of your organization?" Chrono asked.
Well... he trusted Sailor Moon and the Sailor Senshi... but that didn't mean he wouldn't listen to the grievences of this young woman. And while he didn't, currently, trust her... it didn't mean he wouldn't keep an open mind. After all, when justice is denied and the innocent have nobody else to turn to, then they have been failed in a way he could never do anything but resist.
Of course, then she tried to light him and the others up. He held up his hands and formed a circular shield in front of himself, midchildian runes appearing around him and--
Oh. Oh wow. That? That was dangerous. He pulled back, forming more shields before, finally, from in front of him a large wall of ice rose up, enveloping him in the cold to shield him from the destruction. Sure, not being able to breathe sucked, but third degree burns would suck much worse than a bit of light asphixiation... And...
... Well... he suspected the answer he'd receive later, if Koan ever did answer, was going to be a firm 'no'.
- Amanda Faust has posed:
The Sailor Senshi -- and by implication Amy here and now -- aren't cute?! Amy looks even more shocked at that than at the villain being anti-corporate! And maybe a little offended!
The accusation of tyranny so casually flung at the Sailor Senshi is also shocking, but somehow less so. Accusing the heroes of being the real villains is normal villain talk, albeit not one she's seen the local Dark Generals use much yet.
The tone that suggests she finds it weird that boys are magical makes her a little self-conscious... No villain has called her a bitch yet though! She looks a mix of surprised, puzzled, and pleased; it hits in a kind of affirming way!
But uh. She's not comfortable with the insinuation that she (or the actual Senshi) are demanding to be seen as goddesses. "Hey. Hey! I don't want to be worshipped! If anything, people objectifying me and people like me is super weird!" Amy may have wandered a bit off-topic from what Koan was talking about, though...
Declared a monster for existing--
Eight months ago (or 14,000 years ago)
The time travelers just finished off the monster rampaging through a Golden Kingdom street, but the people they saved aren't thankful, but angry.
"This is our world! It isn't yours! We don't want your kind here!"
"You Moon Witches - it's your fault!"
Now
Amy feels a chill run through her. "Wai--" She holds out her hand in a 'stop' gesture, but before she can ask for any more explanations, she has to hit the deck, her outfit covered in pink sparkles--
When the flames pass, she looks around, wearing a pink firefighting outfit just oversized enough to add to the gap moe, including a mask. She pushes up onto her hands and knees, looking around a bit more before standing up and running over to others. "Are you okay?!"
- Takuto Tsunashi has posed:
There's rapidly less air to breathe, and the heat is atrocious, and the fumes from all the burning chemicals are toxic, and the Galactic Pretty Boy cannot make this worse, so he does his best to make it better--
--Hanzo! Hanzo was the one closest and not near the exit, and there's a pile of burning cosmetics shifting slowly off a shelf in his direction, and Takuto skims along the floor and scoops the Koji up in his arms, flying the two of them out of the store and up into the empty mall to slow down. Then Takuto sets Koji down and-- everyone else is making it out-- and he turns to Koji and says, with a conspiratorial sort of sidelong look, "Yikes."
- Koji Silvia has posed:
As Hanzo was about to do some rapid mental math and probably make a very cool breakthrough on how to use his magical set...
He's in Takuto's arms, up in the air, and his hair and scarf are streaming slightly, the pair of them nothing but cast shadows of flowing clothes and other slow-motion elegance against the natural moonlight that comes through a massive skylight that wasn't there before...
No really, it wasn't. EDITOR, DO YOUR JOB!
Timely intervention by the writer means that the version of this where there's yaoi sparkly-eyes going back and forth between the two magical boys is not present, and as Galactic Pretty Boy sets Hanzo back down on his feet out of the way of the fire... the ninja mahou just looks sort of embarrassed, and mumbles out, "...thanks..."
- Veronica Perenna has posed:
There is a lot of concerning things that Koan is saying, some things which would bring her to try and stop Koan so she can clarify what she means and why she has gone through. If she is coming from a place of pain, healing that pain would be better both for her and the people she is hurting with her lashing out.
