(Hopefully) This Will Probably End Up Our Problem

Location:	Radiant Heart Academy
Synopsis:	Following the fight at Tokyo Dome, Sailor Moon and Norie catch up, and information is shared. Seems like this could be Obsidian's problem soon.

Norie Okana has posed:
"I hate it here." says Norie Okana. She hates it at home more. She'd rather feel like her entire being is being attacked than deal with.... home.

Let's just leave her thoughts at that. And who is she talking to?

NO ONE. She's talking to no one, she's talking to herself and she mutters. This is her own dumb fault. If she charged harder at that donut truck... maybe she's hate it less.

Now walking a path between buildings, later in the day she's walking back from a late 'club' meeting or a late 'class' or... okay screw it, she was off feeding in the city and she hates she can't do it closer to home anymore.

She keeps her head to the ground otherwise, trying to hurry back to her dorm. There's like. Donuts there at least.

Those always... kind of help. Somewhat. Maybe.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
It's the evening after the fight at Tokyo Dome, and Sailor Moon is finally making her way back home - sans Chibiusa, who was spending the night with Mamoru. She's a little jealous of that fact, honestly, but she'd wanted at the very least to get Luna and talk to her, figure out what they should do next, and talk about... about Nemesis.

About what she had done, in the future, and hopefully wouldn't be in a position to do, now.

All of those thoughts fly away when she looks down, and sees Norie, walking towards the dorms. Did she... live in the dorms? She knows she's La Crima, she learned about that a while ago, but she'd never considered... huh.

"Hey," she calls down and leaps from the rooftop, to the shadow of a tree. "Thank you for helping us, earlier today. You really didn't have to, so it means a lot that you did."

Norie Okana has posed:
Norie Okana lives in the dorms for. Reasons. Reasons that probably won't come up tonight. Maybe.

She grumbles. Why does she has to walk to the dorms again? Right because duskporting takes the same amount of time now. Ugh.

She's about to hurry up past a tree when a shadow appears over her and she turns around to...

"Pfffbbbtttt---Sailor Moon, I'm not doing anything wrong. Go bothe---" before she can finish Sailor Moon. Thanks her?

She relaxes on her hackles a little and grumbles.

"Well. They made my corn dog angry." she insists. "-and besides. What did they even want? There wasn't a youma or anything to drain energy. They didn't even look like one of ours." Ours? Obsidians. Clearly.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
The relaxing hackles has Sailor Moon smiling a little. She can't blame her for being cautious - Sailor Moon would certain be if La Crima approached Usagi Tsukino!

"Yeah, I'm not surprised," no she does not know why the corndog can feel anger but you know what, she's going with it. "They tick me off too. But... honestly I think they just wanted to cause trouble, this time. Usually... usually they're out to get someone in particular, because they hate her, but this time? Sore losers, I guess."

She's glad they didn't look like Obsidian's because -

"I'm pretty sure they're not with Obsidian. I mean, they've never mentioned it, anyway. But if you've never seen them either... guess there's someone new on you guys' territory, huh?"

Norie Okana has posed:
Norie Okana considers this. Corn dogs can get angry if their owners can. Or maybe someone just doesn't wanna admit they we're angry for other reasons. Blame the corn dog.

"Eh? So they're looking for someone? Are they trying to lure them out with big dumb attacks because their team lost? My team lost. I didn't... destroy things over it." she stews angrily.

Her corn dog is angry again, even if it doesn't exist anymore.

"This isn't how Obsidian operates, it's DUMB. Riventon found out I tried to kill that girl and he got so angry with me and gave me a big dumb lecture!" she says lifting her arms helplessly into the air.

"What do you know?" she finally asks. "Pretend I'm going to tattle to someone higher up." she says. "Cuz I'm gonna." she says.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
What does she want Obsidian to know? What is Obsidian probably going to find out anyway? Sailor Moon considers for a long moment before deciding.

"My team lost too, and I didn't complain either. I mean, technically I was just there by coincidence, but still!"

This, she is totally in agreement with Norie about. They were losers and - oh, okay, she is not going to openly say that Riventon did a good job lecturing Norie about trying to kill someone (she hates that she can think of three people that qualify), but she is thinking it. Maybe she'll send him a fruit basket emoji about it.

"They're after a little girl," she says finally. "They want to kill her and they're not afraid to come after anyone else if it gets them what they want. They're picking fights in public and destroying things - museums, the Tokyo Dome like today - and I don't think they're going to stop until someone makes them. And I don't know if Obsidian wants it to be us who has to protect the city. Not if they want to look tough."

Norie Okana has posed:
Norie Okana blinks a little and squints, and finally places her hands on her hips and leans forward. "Why do they wanna kill a little girl!? Is she even a magical girl!? Isn't she just going to run away from the explosions!?" she sputters out.

"Is that what's been going on? Just these people destroying things? That's really dumb. I'm going to tell Riventon, probably. He'll probably have more questions for you."

"So like if he suddenly appears in front of you don't shoot first. Please." she says bluntly. "Riventon probably has dark energy things to say at these people like German words that launch energy." she says.

"-and maybe someone higher up might give enough for a darn."

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
"She's not a magical girl yet," is how Sailor Moon decides to answer that question. "And the thing is - this time I think it was about baseball, but usually it's about her. They blow up things trying to kill her. So if Obsidian wants to handle them, we're in favor of it."

Very in favor of it.

"Teaming up was nice, wasn't it?" It was nice! She thinks. "Yeah, I won't shoot him - I try not to anyway, I'm engaged to his brother, after all."

She's pretty sure La Crima knows about that. He was Hematite, he was involved.

"If they want to blow them up, I won't get in teh way. At all."

Norie Okana has posed:
Norie Okana finds this confusing. Some group operating in their city literarily blowing places up chasing after some girl. Why? Why are they chasing this girl. She doesn't ask this question because she feels there's a certain evasiveness to these answers. She doesn't care, in so far as what she is getting is fact.

"Huh?" Teaming up was nice? She can't remember the last time she felt nice. Well. She can. It makes her hate Hinoiri that little much more. "I'm not sure." she says quietly. "If it felt nice. But it felt nice not to be attacked..."

The wince of being lightning suplexed into the ground makes her wince. "...well attacked on purpose." she says bluntly.

She does know about that! She knows Mamoru was Hematite at least. "Wait."

"Do you want them. Stopped or..."

"Stopped?" but she makes giant air quotes with her hands.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
A little wince. "Sorry. I don't mean to rub it in your face, or anything... and I'm sorry you ended up getting taken down with Jupiter-chan, that looked rough."

Sometimes Makoto is so cool -

Do you want them stopped or stopped. And Sailor Moon stops. And waits. And says -

"I'd love it if stopping them meant we could all just... go our separates and there's no more blowing things up or fighting or trying to kill and rob a little girl I care about."

A pause.

"But if it came down to it... if it was her or them?" She stubbornly sets her jaw. "I don't regret that I picked Mamoru over Eudial. I won't... I won't regret if it if it comes to that again."

She'd cried about it, when they made it home. Eudial's death, because even if she was a horrible person, she was a person, and it was Usagi's fault she was gone. But she doesn't regret doing everything she could to save Mamoru... and she would do the same for Chibiusa.

"So you know. I can't judge you, if you end up stopping them, instead of just stopping them." And she uses the finger quotes too.

Norie Okana has posed:
Norie Okana listens. "Oh. Like. I can judge you in turn?" she says. "So you want them gone. Okay." she says, neutrally. "You prefer if that meant them leaving. But if it came down to it..."

She doesn't finish that. But it helps later. If Riventon gets angry at her, she can just say your future Sister in Law told me I could!

"Eh it's fine. Not like that could kill me. I'm basically only able to be put down by that...light magic...stuff." she doesn't have the better scientific name for it.

"Do those jerks operate off dark energy?" she asks. "Maybe I can out dark them..." she says. "Somehow..." she seems to think on this a little.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
"I mean, I think you get to judge me! Whether I like, you know, believe in the judgement is, I guess it's up to me, but yea, you know? I want them to leave. But I'm going to keep fighting them and if it comes down to it?" She lifts her head, jaw set. "I'll do it. I'm just saying because I'm willing to do it... means I won't get mad at you, if someone else does it."

They haven't said the words out loud, yet. As if saying it would change the pattern of things.

And maybe she'll regret this. Saying there are lives she values less. But she's a girl before she's a hero, she's a friend, before she's a hero, and now? Now, even though she's still a teenager, even though it's years before she's ready, she's a mother before she's a hero, and she's not ready to be a mom, but she is ready to do whatever it takes to protect Chibiusa.

"Yeah, I didn't want to... pew pew purify laser when you were right there. Seemed like a rude way to go about these, you know? You were helping us." Yes, she had made sure not to laser fire towards La Crima. "I think so - I mean, she flipped out and put us in that vision world when I purified her, so and they tried to corrupt someone last week, so - "

Norie Okana has posed:
Norie Okana kind of rub s the back of her neck. Now it's awkward. So she got a thank you. And Information to bring to Riventon. But what else do you say to a hero you're usually fighting without it getting awkward.

"Erm. Thank you for not trying to kill me?" she finally decides.

Yes. Thank you! For not killing me! Thank yous are important. She knows that much. Not having feelings doesn't mean she hasn't forgotten manners. They're just. Weird.

"I should... um.. I should get back. Veronica-chan might get worried if I'm super late." she says. "And I could use a donut." she says.

"I'll tell Riventon these things I've heard. He'll probably know what to do about it." she says. "Uhm."

"Actually. Where did these jerks come from anyways? The Dusk Zone? Some other world?" she asks. Because she knows a Wolf from literal Storybook world. She's wondering!

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
"You're welcome! I really don't want to do that, you know? I mean, not ever, but especially not with you." It would be a tragedy, and also so many of her friends would never, ever speak to her again, probably.

Best for both of them that it not get to a point of 'probably going to kill'.

"Oh, right - I should let you go, I should, also get to where I was going." She is definitely going to go around the dorms the back way, now! And - Veronica? Oh, is Norie Veronica's roommate? Good to know. Very, very good to know, all things considered.

"Thanks. He might hear about them from Mamochan, but - oh right. Ugh, they're um, from... well, maybe from that place they made us envision? Otherwise, they're from Tokyo." Just. You know. In a thousand-ish years.

Norie Okana has posed:
Norie Okana blinks a little. "So they're shitty magical criminals." she says, bluntly. "Wonderful. If Riventon knows already I'll ask what he intends to do about it anyways. This'll probably end up being our problem." she doesn't speculate on the 'our' there, but she probably means Riventon's subgroup. Whatever, whoever that is.

"Yeah I need to go. Thank you again." she says as she starts walking away. Slowly at first. Slowly....

OKAY it's clear she's being cautious to not make any sudden moves until she relaxes some distance away and starts back on her way to the dorm.

Yeah she needs a donut now.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
"That's exactly what they are," Sailor Moon nods, and the - she's going, and acknowledging this is their problem, which is good for them, and - oh she's going slowly.

Wait, is this because Sailor Moon is just awkwardly watching her go? Oh that makes sense. Oh, jeez, okay, time to go -

And then, she hops up onto a roof, and starts heading in the opposite direction of the dorms. Usagi Tsukino will make her own way back later!
