Cure Daybreak walks into the dorm and flops on the bed. "Ugh. I need a nap!"
"You do! You're still in your Precure form! You didn't even transform back!" Pin comments as she flops down beside the Precure.
"Yeah I know what you... OH NO!" She quickly breaks her henshin returning to being her normal everyday form. She sighs and rubs her head. "Why didn't you tell me when we were flying back? I can't walk into the dorm as a Pretty Cure. People will know who I..." She lets out a long yawn. "... am."
Pin giggles and boops the girls nose. "You have been going pretty hard lately. You know there are other Pretty Cures that can handle Terribads too. You are allowed to have a break." Pin comments as she looks at the rather exhausted girl. "Besides you are already more than half way to having your cards for your wish. Take a break!"
Mio frowns, "I suppose you're..." RING RING RING!!!! Mio's phone goes off. Finishing her thought, she speaks, "... Right." She answers the phone. "Oh hey Dad. What do you mean there is a problem? I did all the baked goods up yesterday." She pauses. "YOU GAVE THEM TO MY COUSINS? Dad those were for the bake sale tomorrow!" Mio sits up and a few tears fill her eyes. "Yes I can make more. I just needed to rest you know? I've been busy."
What follows is nothing short of a chewing out from her dad about responsibility. She doesn't try to speak up to defend herself. She simply rubs her temples as her father goes on, saying she has poor time management. That school is out right now so there shouldn't be a big deal. Finally even going as far as calling her lazy. "May I speak now?" She asks as she looks up. "Dad I've been busy. I did the work already. YOU gave the Taiyakis to my cousins. You should be the one to remake them but obviously you aren't going to do that. So I am going to take my lazy self to the Cafeteria and I am going to make more. I am going to find somewhere else to store my bake sale baked goods though. This can't happen again."
Mio hangs up and just quietly gets up and makes her way to the Cafeteria. She begins making batter for the taiyaki and preparing the filling. Pin came with her. There is a look of worry on the little fairy's face. Pin looks around to make sure no one else is in the kitchen. Seeing the coast is clear, She speaks up. "Mio-chan, you need to rest. Surely you can get help with this. You know I wouldn't butt in if I didn't think it was important but you are going too hard."
"Pin I can't just let this go. I have to make these. They are one of the best sellers. People expect them at this point and I just... I gotta do it." Mio states as she starts making the taiyakis. "Look at it this way, I only need to make 49 more."
