Profile
Noel is the Mermaid Princess of the Arctic Ocean, a kingdom with a vast repertoire of magical phenomena and studies recorded in its library, which has favored the young girl's learning environment, making her adept at knowing, retaining and absorbing an extensive array of knowledge She is a vivacious, generous and carefree girl who does not give too much weight to details. Noel is curious, interested in a great many things and willing to take on new challenges. She is able to work hard to realise her lofty dreams, but does not like to be bound by rules and sometimes acts on her own.
Noel has lived a calm life in the Arctic waters up until the day her kingdom was attacked and subsequently destroyed by Gaito and the Dark Lovers despite their efforts. Forced into an escape, she has traveled alone for a while until she met the mermaid princess of the North Atlantic Ocean, Rina, whose kingdom had also been destroyed, and traveled together with her for a while. At a certain point, Yuri caught up to them and Noel sacrificed herself to let Rina escape, finding herself prisoner in Gaito's palace up until her twin sister Caren freed her. Nowadays she has gone back to the Artic Ocean, helping the citizens rebuild and doing her best to safeguard them from further attacks.

- Human transformation: can adopt a human form, however putting water on her shell locket or pearl dispels this form for a time
- Mermaid transformation: can go back to her mermaid form
- Enhanced physical prowess
- Songs that repel demons, dispel hypnosis, purify evil from the heart of people, heal and act as a balm against negative feelings and weariness. Two stages of transformation, depending on the strength they need to put into her songs
