Spirit Ember
In the early days of Etheria, the First Ones discovered the power of the runestones, magical artifacts tied to Princesses and their elemental powers. One such runestone, the Spirit Ember, granted its wielder control over fire, but in a tragic experiment, the First Ones partially severed the link between the Ember and its Princess. As a result, the Ember's uncontrolled power consumed the Princess, leading to the cataclysmic eruption of Mount Candila. The Spirit Ember was thought lost to time, buried beneath the mountain's fiery wrath.
In the present day, the Spirit Ember has reawakened and followed the same ley lines that Catra, Adora, and their friends traveled between Etheria and Earth. It crashes into Mount Takao, near Tokyo, turning the once peaceful mountain into an active volcano. The Spirit Ember's energy is threatening to destroy the city, and time is running out to bring it under control.
