| The mansion is in a forested part of Tokyo, on top of a mountain, and takes a train ride to get out there. Was this mountain and forest and mansion always part of Tokyo? There's no records to say it wasn't, so the answer is probably a solid "Maybe". It can't even be seen from the road, due to the dense foliage, but there's a winding strip of newish pavement leading through the forest, and up to the mansion plaza's edge. Inside, the mansion is a mix between living space, recreation center, and cathedral-esque open spaces with vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows, and marble floors so pristine one can see their reflection in them.
And then there's the parts that are grungy, dingy, always dimly lit even in daytime, and the windows seem to look out on a constant twilight of shifting blues, reds, and purples. It might not entirely be part of Earth, strictly speaking. It is here that magic flows most steadily, and research materials, constellation maps, and other equipment of an Astrologist can be found. Starlight View Mansion is connected to The Dusk Zone through the Dusk Boundary. | ||||
