Haruto Sano is a boy who dreams of bringing happiness to those around him. He was born into a typical family with an office worker father and a stay-at-home mom. Spending time in the summer with his grandparents on a countryside farm, he developed a love for the outdoors and homemade ice cream. Haruto has seen first-hand how much a smile and some ice cream can brighten the face of a crying child. He has always been an empathetic child, worried about others, and doing what he can to brighten their day. He's also energetic, active, and outgoing. He is a hard worker, too. Over the last few summers, he did chores to save up for his own pedal cart, and now he spends his free time going around and selling his homemade ice cream. Even though it is a business, he'll still give away his ice cream for free to a sad face.
