Takashi Agera is in a very full lab - high-tech (and surprisingly low-tech looking equipment) is still squished into most spaces, but his focus is on a metal table in the center of the room - upon which a fist-sized black gem sits surrounded by strange arcane and technological looking parts. Semi-digital screens float around the table, in sets of two. Each duo has two things - a short video of some attack or fight, and a bunch of strange circular glyphs that scroll by on the other.
And Takashi's is 'working to the beat' of a song in the background, looking at the information and taking a small pen that looks like a soldiering iron and touching it to various places on the bits of magical equipment. With his other hand he gestures towards a bowl on the table where several purple gems lie - perfectly polished, cut, and hand selected versions of the gems he'd found with Norie and the dogs from the Dusk Zone.
On one screen is Sailor Venus' chain wrapping around his arm.
On another screen is Nanoha's Divine Buster firing off.
A third set contains Greta Legend's weapon shifting modes.
Chrono Haralown's binds going off as his Youma-shots collide into them.
Ginga Otome's shield (as she uses it as a battering ram).
Yellow Pearl Voice's song.
And so many others flickering on screens passing by, as the memory of their combat is broken down into the strange magical script that Takashi looks at while his face is illuminated with the purple energy off the magical soldiering gear - as the bowl of crystals slowly depletes.
Eventually Takashi raises both hands and closes his eyes, and the assorted magitech parts swirl rapidly around the gem and, while sparkles of purple-black-blue electricity snap across them - before finally the swirling intensifies and the device returns to its usual standby form of a smartwatch like wristband. A single last spark erupts from it. Takashi reaches out and it shocks him. He blinks, takes it in his hand and grasps it, and this time there's no spark.
"Axion, you alright in there?"
<<Upgrading...im Gange...im Gange...Complete.>> Takashi nods and puts the device around his wrist. <<STANDBY. READY.>>
"Axion, execute." Takashi says, raising his hand to the sky. The sparks once again start to flare off the device. A familiar wall of Negative Energy erupts in front of him and Takashi pushes himself through it as he has done before - but midway through, as the Dark Energy covers his body like paint, the device suddenly sparks bright and suddenly a burst of energy knocks Takashi back into some expensive looking lab equipment, which he dents with the impact of his body. As he staggers to his feet, his Device reports. <<Incorporating Upgrades.>> "Not very well yet, huh?" Takashi asks, as the negative energy drips off him. <<Incorporating Data.>> The Dark Energy drips off as it reveals that Takashi - now Riventon - is clad in a strange outfit that looks reminiscent of his lab coat, but much more heavily armored and solid looking, surrounding him like a cloak, sectioned off. Riventon's face is no longer clouded by the Dark Energy mask, and his normally red eyes flare with a new, purple-blue Dark Energy instead. Suddenly the armored cloak flares with energy and returns to the more commonly known labcoat - albeit still looking more heavy than in the past - and Riventon raises his hand, which is crackling with that same power. Strange runes cover the outside of his Barrier Lab Coat, swirling and appearing and disappearing and changing at random.
