Date of Scene: | 27 March 2025 |
Location: | Nounamu Sweets |
Synopsis: | Amy and Mamoru and Chiyo and Bow talk about Chibiusa, Phantom, Emi, and dream mechanics in the back garden at Nounamu Sweets. |
Cast of Characters: | Mamoru Chiba, Bow, Chiyo Sakai, Amanda Faust |
- Mamoru Chiba has posed:
It's a gorgeous day, finals are over, and the new semester hasn't quite started yet. Less than two weeks, but still, a nice little break from school. The boys are busy, Usagi's busy and Chibiusa is with her, and Mamoru has a little bit of free time.
So he's walking from school with Amy, eyes keeping lighting on things he could get for Usagi's birthday, and then looking to the next thing -- and they're specifically on their way to Chiyo's grandpa's shop so he can at least load up on wagashi. He can't fail.
But they're also talking about dreaming, and dreaming things. "I'm still trying to parse your lucid dream within a lucid dream, but if you do the rose thing I can definitely try to help you figure out how to realize you're dreaming from inside the dream."
He pushes the door to Nounamu open and waves. "Hello I'd like to buy a lot of things!"
- Bow has posed:
Already in the shop, Bow is browing over the candies, already having secured a bag of 'Day Olds' that her grandfather generously marks down. "I'm not sure if I should ask if you're grateful that White Day has passed again for the year... seems like it would be a busy time of year." There was no candy for him this year - which makes sense, when it comes down to it.
"Alright, so, I think I want to get some dipped fruit, and maybe some of that rolled candy?" he asks as he continues to browse the shelves, just as Mamo opens the door, and Bow cheerfully adds...
"He's paying!"
- Chiyo Sakai has posed:
With school out it was hit or miss if they would be busy or packed. Being near the school meant school being in was busy after classes, but with school out? It was really anyone's guess! At least they were busy enough that Ojiisan was deftly working away at boxing up some of the nicer orders, the part-timer was tending to walk-in customers, and Chiyo was there currently serving Bow.
"It does get busy," Chiyo agrees with a solemn nod as she starts to put together everything that Bow requested on a tray. Tongs are used of course so as to preserve the rest of the items in the case until they were bought as well. "But it's also nice to not be SO busy from that. I've got a lot of other things I need to catch up on! Plus there's preparations for--"
For what goes unsaid because that's when Mamoru chooses to enter with that declaration that earns a grin. "Mamoru-san! You're going to need something special soon, right?" She could be remarking on the wedding or she could know that Usagi's birthday is coming up. Either way 'something special' is definately in order.
Ojiisan for his part looks up to give an apparently dismissive nod along with a grunt of, "Welcome. You look well fed." Good. Good. His gift of copious rice was clearly helping.
- Amanda Faust has posed:
Break from school! And they have solved... some of their problems, like Rubeus and Mistress Nine and Gaito! There are new problems like Michel, and also many old problems, but... the vacation does feel like it's coming at a time when they can like, take a breath maybe. As long as they don't think about Molly's Moms.
Amy's wearing a red color T-shirt with dark trousers and her field jacket tied around her waist in case it gets a bit colder.
"Oh it only happened like a couple of times but like. You know how sometimes you just know stuff in dreams? In my dream journal I always used to call it 'dream knowledge'. Like, 'dream knowledge told me that I'm on my way to a friend's wedding -- and also dream knowledge told me this person is my friend because this isn't anyone I know in real life."
"Anyway, a couple of times -- like, ever -- dream knowledge was like 'so you're having one of those lucid dreams you've been thinking about.' Only of course, that makes me aware I'm in a dream, right, and I know how to check that and then try to fly or something. So it's not really like... a fake lucidity, because the dream told you it's a dream so now you know."
Beat.
"...More often... Honestly? I think the most consistant method that worked for me -- and not very consistantly even then -- was just having all those dream tells on my mind a lot. So that then, like, if I look at a digital clock and see it's now 1:79 PM, I think 'waaait, clock weird, is this a dream?' rather than 'huh that was weird.' Or when the text in a book changes or something."
She scratches her head. "I guess it's not on my mind as much as when I was young. I mean the first time. Maybe it will start to be again now, as we work with Emi more. Although, for me, such lucidity usually wore off pretty quickly? Like, I'd realize I was in a dream for a moment, maybe get to make a conscious decision or two, and then get sucked back into believing the dream without realizing."
Question now answered, she looks around and smiles at other friends and waves, "Heya, Sakai-san! Heya, Bow!"
- Mamoru Chiba has posed:
Mamoru snorts, then waves a hand around. "Sure sure. Hi Bow-kun, haven't seen you in literally one million years. Hi Chiyo-chan! I saw your boyfriend last week, he got-- oh, hi! Yes," he says to Ojiisan, laughing. "Thank you for the rice!"
Swerve.
He's still thinking about what Amy said, and he rubs at his chin. "This is where I think the memory palace will help. If you're used to organizing thoughts with like-- internal proprioception? It's easier to access memories from dreams. It's also easier to remember dreams."
He bounces on his heels a little, fluffy hair falling a little into his face before he pushes it away from his glasses. "Chiyo-chan, when are you off work?"
- Bow has posed:
"I know. Life kinda grabbed me after the whole Spirit Ember thing and I've been busy." Bow admits, a guilty glance towards the ground, taking a moment to recoup himself and puts on his usual smile. "I was just picking up some things to take back to the dorm room to have while studying. Seems to be a good time to get in some makeup work, and I'm way behind in history and geography."
"Hey, Amy." he greets the girl. "You look nice today. Hope things are going well!"
But then Bow heards Mamoru ask when Chiyo's off, and he steps back a little so the pair of them can converse. "And don't worry, I'll pay for my supply. Was just teasing."
- Chiyo Sakai has posed:
"Hello, Amy-chan," Chiyo responds with a flash of a grin toward her. The treats that Bow ordered are finished being picked up so that she can slide the tray over to him. Of course it can be all set up for take out, easily so, but for now it's all there and ready to be eaten if he wants.
Another tray is picked up to begin putting some of 'the usual' items that Mamoru liked on it when he speaks up about her boyfriend. This causes her head to jerk upright staring at him with eyes wide and worried. The question of when she's off, though?
Ojiisan answers that with a gruff, "I keep telling her I don't need her help around here. Go, be young!" He declares with a flap of his hand shooing them along before setting back to his work.
"I guess... Right now." Chiyo flashes another smile as she clears her throat. "Why don't we go sit in the garden out back while we snack? It'll be nice and quiet out there." Perfect for mahou talk at least. She's already reaching back to undo her apron. "Just call me if you need, Ojiisan. I mean it!" Again she grins adding quieter, "Shall we?" With a gesture to the back door.
- Amanda Faust has posed:
Amy looks back to Mamoru, "But won't I like, fill it up? Or does it turn out that with a memory palace you can just keep adding more and it sorta works?"
You look nice today. Amy looks a bit surprised but also smiles and maybe her face is just a little bit warmer and internally she is both eeee someone thinks I look nice??? and also it was a guy are there social ramifications I needs to be like, tracking?
"Thank youuu!" she glances him over before reciprocating. She's not sure if she's evaluating as well, but she does at least not want to automatically reciprocate with zero sincerity if he, like, obviously had a super rough day and looks awful or something. "You too! Umm, as well as they can be, I just learned from Emi about some dream stuff."
Jii-san gets a brief wave too, "Heya, Sakai-san's grandpa!" And she nods in agreement when he shoos, "Be young while you can, there will be time for adulting whether we like it or not later."
Passing the counter, she asks, "I guess I'll try a half-dozen of what's most popular? Some to take home... Sorry for not knowing more about Japanese sweets..."
And she follows the others to the garden once that's been collected and paid for.
- Mamoru Chiba has posed:
"Pfft," Mamoru says to Bow over his shoulder, stepping a half-step back to open Bow back up to conversation. "Faster if I get everything," he tells the archer, then indeed just hands over his card to the part-timer.
Then, oh then, he is steering Bow to come with them out the back, and Mamoru's got his whole tray. (He picks up an unfolded box to fold to put his things in as they go.)
"Don't feel bad," the prince says to Bow, "because I've been catastrophically busy myself." It's not until they're out of earshot of Chiyo's grandpa and the part timer and the other customers in the shop that he adds helpfully, "Trying to keep the assassins away from our daughter mostly. And Chiyo-chan-- I'm sorry, he's brainwashed again, but that usually doesn't take too much to undo if it's magic. He doesn't remember having broken free of it in the first place so we'll have to beat him up first probably."
He grins at Amy. "Who's ever heard of a palace you can't put additions on? Or extra sub-basements, towers, extra stories added on top, non-euclidean space. It's just your mind. You arrange it how you like. Just as long as you can reach things, which you're a little short for these days..."
- Bow has posed:
Ack! Mamoru is a force of nature, and Bow just has to go along with it. "Okay, okay." he says in acceptance of the terrible fate of a friend treating him. Steered towards the back patio with the others, as he hears the news of what's happening with Chiyo's boyfriend. "It's not impossible. Adora and Catra have been beating each other up for ages and still haven't figured out... well." He pauses. Bites on his lip. Thinks about this.
"Bad example." he decides.
"Dream stuff? That sounds neat. Last time I was lucid dreaming it turned out that it was just Light Hope driving my body on a test drive, so, again, not the best example." he admits with a laugh. "But Mamoru's right! If you're in your own head, you should be able to decorate it how you want!"
- Chiyo Sakai has posed:
Down the hall and out the back door into the sunlight is where Chiyo leads them. Behind the shop was a small open 'square' of area that was clearly owned by the family for awhile. There were a few traditional mochi pounding buckets lined against the wall before it gave way to the other hobby of the family: Gardening. A small green house was in the back looking much better than the last few times they had visited. And of course there was a table with seats for taking breaks, or just enjoying the day in general. The table had an umbrella but it was currently folded shut.
Chiyo glances over her shoulder back at Mamoru with a sad smile offered up. "I know. I was there when it happened. I just hadn't heard of anyone seeing him since. I guess... It's good to hear that at least, that he's still around and mostly safe." And there was no mention of him mirroring anyone so clearly the fight was won. Right? She certainly hoped so.
Her hand lifts to gesture to the table and chairs there as she moves to take one for herself. "I'm sorry I haven't been able to help much with protecting from assassins, either. I feel so awful for that. I've got much more free time now, though!" she assures only to add a bit slyly, "... Sooo do you have pictures?" He knew what she meant.
- Amanda Faust has posed:
"Wait, you ran into Phantom?" Amy wonders, and then
while he's talking about mind palaces, and he says that, and she bursts out laughing for a few seconds. "Until you said that, it probably would've scaled with me!" But she's smiling. "But I should have conscious control over it anyway, right? And it's imaginary anyway, I can just navigate it in 3-D anyway."
She holds a finger to her chin. "I guess I'm not even limited by that. Could even add a fourth dimension of some sort. Probably best to keep it simple though, like, mind palace at day, mind palace at night, or something. I dunno if I can imagine like... a continuous fourth dimension." She furrows her brow. "I guess like. It doesn't have to be a euclidean space either. Portals to rooms that wouldn't all fit in the same building, and such. ...I'm not sure how to organize a mind palace, or if it's even a concern."
She nods to Bow. "Yeah! Although... I guess decorations are extra mental detail, when the point is being able to remember specific things, right?"
She nods sadly to Chiyo as Phantom is discussed, and then looks curious. "Hmm? Pictures of what?"
- Mamoru Chiba has posed:
"Yeah! I mean he's ... safe-ish? I guess? He's probably safer than I was in Obsidian. Anyway, Minako-san was there, and I was there, and this guy we both knew a long time ago showed up, and we got rid of the monster from the people he mirrored," Mamoru gives Chiyo a few more details, but he's not awesome at storytime when he was mostly paying attention to the fight. Then he gives her an amused look and takes out his phone, fearlessly opening it to the pictures for Chiyo.
There are a lot of pics of Chibiusa, Usagi, the Shitennou, Anko, cats here and there, interesting architecture, photos of his own notebook pages presumably to show his work to the teacher, a few snort-worthy memes... more cats...
"Don't worry about the assassins, we killed five out of eight of them that we know of, except they can probably make more assassin robots, except they haven't yet."
When Mamoru looks to Bow, then, as he takes a seat and starts folding his paper box, his eyes are alight. "Well! The more you play around with your dreams and interior decorating, the better off you are to deal with one of Emi-san's dream monsters, I'm thinking. And yeah--"
Mamoru's attention flickers to Amy, and he grins when she bursts out laughing-- grins wide. "You should definitely have conscious control over it. And yeah, I mean, I don't know what you saw in Beryl's portal when everyone was stuck in there, but you've probably seen pieces of what my own memory palace looks like..."
He shakes his head. "The only things in it that should change are what you put in it and lock away, adding time that passes while you're out, or a different configuration at different times of day, you're defeating the purpose of remembering where you put everything, where everything was when you last left it."
- Bow has posed:
As Mamoru brings Bow up to speed on things, he considers. "I don't remember. Were any of you present when Hawkmoth Akumatized Adora and she became a scary skeletal Horde soldier thing?" he asks the trio. He's pretty sure Amy was there, but can't call it one hundred percent. "Glimmer was pissed."
But then Mamoru is showing pictures and Bow leans over to look over Chiyo's shoulder since he's tall enough to do so to look at the picture.
The talk of the dreams goes a little over his head, though he does manage to admit, "I dream of home alot. The forests and all. I mean... Earth is great." he makes sure to say this while looking at Mamoru, but then back down to the phone. "But this is usually the time of year I'd visit my dads. I didn't even realize I'd been on Earth for a year until I recalled what day White Day fell on."
- Chiyo Sakai has posed:
Chiyo Sakai listens to the conversation while slowly nodding at mention of Phantom, and the fight, and mirroring. She knew he would be at it again after what had happened. When, she didn't know. "He was showing the powers off to Entrapta for her research, and had reached out to someone he was still in contact with at Mirage to demonstrate. He was supposed to be mirrored and I was going to destroy the Kindabad that would emerge. Except-- Something took over the mirroring and told him it was time for him to come back to the fold." That explains that, at least.
Mamoru's offering the phone out however, which causes her smile to brighten as she takes it to begin scrolling through the pictures with a warm expression. "Pictures of my neice!" She explains to Amy simply, before pausing to glance up thoughtfully. "Cousin, rather, but. Still!" Back to the pictures she goes for now while giving half an ear to the conversation about dreams. She does shift a bit so that bow can easily see the pictures she's looking at. Mostly the ones of a young pink haired girl.
- Amanda Faust has posed:
Don't worry about the assassins. "I mean... I guess they could like, clone Rubeus..." Amy considers, "but he'd probably be less experienced or weaker or something... otherwise wouldn't they have just made an army of the sisters..."
She nods at Bow. "Yeah. I didn't realize she was powerless without Hawkmoth until after. I hope we can work something out for her."
She nods to Bow. "Hyeah, time goes by like crazy, huh? Hard to believe it's been 20 months since my life completely changed. Although... that's not the same as being stuck in a foreign world. Are you, uh... Aside from stuff and people you miss... d'you like it here?"
She nods to Chiyo at the explanation of how things went wrong with Philip, and that she's eager to see her cousin's kid. Smiling when she sees Chiyo smiling at pictures.
Mamoru mentions Beryl's portal and not knowing what she saw. "The gardens inside the moon palace. Some Earth Kingdom streets -- each night, or whenever I got tired, anyway -- I found some empty inn room to sleep in. I mostly wandered around Golden Kingdom settlements talking to people and being weirded out by the whole 'everyone acts like NPCs in an Elder Scrolls game if I'm not constantly interacting with them' thing. At first I searched for a library until I found out the books were just blank or gibberish."
"I... did... see the big city and a bit of the palace before that one time we went to see where Usag-- I mean, where Princess Serenity stayed when she was visiting. Uh, other than that..." she looks a bit more somber, "the like, secret Rainbow Crystal place at the end of everything, and... the final moments of the Moon that we all saw."
She blinks. "Oh, no, I more meant... like I guess you could have... like obviously you don't limit yourself by RL time or anything. But I could see having one or more 'alternate' versions of the memory palace -- which you have some easy way of telling apart and picking -- to double or more the space. Maybe."
She stares into space. "I only got a few rooms into building one, long ago. I guess over enough years of disuse it will kinda degrade."
She taps her chin. "For a start do you think just like... build whatever as you need it, or start from like, an ideal home or structure you think would be neat or something?"
- Mamoru Chiba has posed:
Mamoru leans over to squeeze Bow's shoulder. "I'm sorry. I'm absolutely certain you'll see them again, but... I know about being homesick, and I know about being worried by what you're leaving behind. You're doing good, and we're glad to have you as long as you stay, but I get it."
He further explains to Amy, after Chiyo's mention of niece/cousin explanation, "Pix," you can hear the x, "of Chibiusa-chan. Chiyo-chan is Usako's cousin, I forget if you knew that..."
He shakes his head. "I don't think they can make another Rubeus. There were shards of his heart crystal in the pile of ash. But-- yeah. The secret Rainbow Crystal place, okay. Shit, you saw that? Wow. Yeah on the other side of that door is where I was born, and it's a place you used to be able to dream to get to. Well, some people. Me for sure, and I think my Shitennou. But now I can't dream about it at all."
Finally, at Amy's explanation of what she meant by adding a fourth dimension, he looks startled. "Oh, you could do that! I just make it bigger. But that's a really clever way to-- in Obsidian, there's a thing called stacked space, and it sounds like this is kind of like that..."
Mamoru finishes packing the first layer of wagashi that he bought in the box, and sticks a silver crystal lollipop in his mouth, which he talks around as he works. "Start with a place you remember really, really well. A place you know so well, that twenty years later, you can still remember what corner of the room your desk was in, what posters were on the wall, what was in the dresser drawers, what your favorite blanket was. If it's a place you hate, then replace every single thing in there that you remember with something you like better. If it's a place you love, then you can just start assigning memories to objects. And then start adding more objects. Then add another place you remember. You can shift the rooms around..."
- Bow has posed:
When Mamoru squeezes his shoulder, Bow reflexively reaches up and pats the hand. "I'll get over it." he promises. "I still have this whole mystery of why we ended up here - and now why are runestones following us over as well." He grins slightly. "Being here is great. I love everything I've discovered. Glad to be something of a help." But it's not home. Just a home away from home, really.
His attention returns to the pictures as he lowers his hand. "She's adorable. Reminds me a lot of Glimmer at that age. She was always rebellious, wanting to sneak out of the castle and go on adventures or try to fight the Horde. Queen Angella would scold us so hard when we came back to the castle." He chuckles.
However, he's drawn way from those thought as Mamoru explains his situation. "Dreamless sleep? Or is just that particular dream?" he asks curiously, tilting his head in thought, even if it is out of his league.
And then the talk returns to stacked dreams - or building a dream home? He's not really sure, so he ends up asking as his brows knit close together. "Is there something attacking people in their dreams? I feel like I've missed so much!"
- Chiyo Sakai has posed:
"No one ever said you had to get over it," Chiyo speaks up with her attention dragging away from the phone to fix on Bow instead. "It's okay to miss people. To miss places. They're as much a part of who you are as anything else. It's like when I miss my grandmother. She's gone, and I miss her, and it's okay to miss her. It's okay to *feel that way.*"
"Just so long as you don't let it be the only thing you ever feel."
As for the rest of the conversation she glances between Mamoru and Amy thoughtfully. "It sounds like something that happened in that portal to the past you all went in. It's also here now?" An eyebrow lifts as she tries to guess if she'd gotten the gist of it or not. "I can't say I know much about dreams. Reshbal's curious, but more because he thinks dreams are a type of lie."
- Amanda Faust has posed:
Oh right, they got his 'heart crystal'. Amy nods. Shit, you saw that? She nods. "I followed... you. At the end of the world." He was born there? "Ohhhhhh. Huh. Neat."
Stacked space? "Like how mid-childan barriers are another copy of the space they're 'on top' of, but well... also seperate?" She nods. "I mean, I've seen the concept of alternate-versions-of-a-place in videogames a number of times... the Dark World in Zelda: Link to the Past was the first I recall, and games have had stuff like that a number of times. D&D has the plane of Shadow and later the Feywild kind of work like this, but they're also not always connected 1:1 so they can be used for fast travel and getting lost in them is... bad."
Her expression briefly pales slightly at the thought of that sort of parallel plane actually existing and getting lost in it in a place that doesn't correspond to reality she can cross back to.
And then she remembers the dreamscape -- which she hopes to go to one day -- is exactly such a place, no doubt. Yes. It will be important to have a guide.
She listens to his suggestion. and nods to Bow. "Kinda. We've been dealing with some dream monsters that Hoshino-san tipped us off to, but it turns out there's this like... whole dreamscape you can go to if you know what you're doing enough. Mamoru-kun is really good at dreams, so we've been talking about how to like... build skill. He thinks that using a memory palace is a related skill that helps, so we're discussing that.
Amy looks back to Mamoru. "So basically, the house I grew up in. To a lesser extent, my grandparents' houses or my dorm room. Or my current dorm room. Or the school. Possibly some videogame areas. Although, to think of 3D examples..."
Amy cocks her head to one side. "I know E1M1 and MAP01 like the back of my hand, I guess. Also some versions of 2fort, de_dust... Some parts of Mario 64..."
She stops staring into space and looks back to Mamoru. "Anyway, so I take geometry and layout from familiar areas and then put things that I want to remember in it. And like. Obviously I can start linking them. Just add a door in my backyard that goes to outside Peach's castle, or whatever."
Beat.
Amy turns her head towards Chiyo. "Who's Reshbal?"
- Mamoru Chiba has posed:
Is there something attacking--? "Emi-san explained it to me, but I'd only screw up repeating her explanation. But basically yeah sometimes nightmares acquire intent, I guess? Like they wake up? They were bleeding out into the waking world when they took over people's dreams, and it can still happen, there are always more," Mamoru tells Bow.
And then he turns to Chiyo and looks mildly offended. "Sometimes I have prophetic dreams. And the truth in dreams is that it's what bubbles up out of your subconscious. And I can talk to people in their dreams. Reshbal is a jerk."
Huff!
(Not a really big huff.)
He stares at Amy, and the expression on his face is *delight*. Delight. "Yes, exactly! You can even have a, sort of nexus of doors, labeled if you need them to be-- and oh, Amy-chan, you can fill books."
- Bow has posed:
The blank, perplexed look on Bow's face can speak volumes. The technical boy from the fantasy world just is not grasping it. "I'll say something if I realize someone's attacking me in my sleep!" he finally promises, a few blinks of his eyes as if trying to remember if he was attacked in his dreams.
Guess not, he finally decides.
"Anyway. I should get these back to the dorm and get back to studying. I want to avoid taking remedial courses this summer if I can help it. It was really great seeing you again. And I'll do better to keep in touch."
With that, he's getting up to leave.
- Chiyo Sakai has posed:
Chiyo Sakai flashes a smile at Bow when he mentions leaving, and she gestures toward the fence where a door lay. "You can leave that way if you don't want to go back through the shop," she offers. "It just leads out to the side of the building is all."
Back to Amy, and Mmamoru, she can only shrug a little bit. "Reshbal is my Cybody. My partner, I guess?" Her head cants to the side as she grows momentarily silent only to say, "I'm not telling him that."
A quick shake of her head comes and she smiles to the pair again. "Yeah, sorry. I get the feeling Reshbal wasn't exactly socialized a lot given the ability. He has a lot of opinions." A pause as she adds, "And really likes gossip."
- Amanda Faust has posed:
Reshbal is her mecha. "Ohhhhhhhh." Amy nods. "I mean... I guess giant robots don't really get to talk to people much, unless he can like. Go online."
Beat.
"Okay an online-only socialization sounds like a questionable idea actually but better than nothing."
Amy listens to Mamoru as he gets more enthusiastic. A nexus of doors? Amy smiles and nods, "Oh yeah, I was thinkin' of that. Like in a minecraft world. ...Well, in a modded minecraft world. When mystcraft works on that version." Eyebrows go up. "Books? Really? I've read a lot of books but I don't have an eidetic memory, I can't recall like... any of the exact pages of words, or anything."
Beat.
"Maybe you could put portals in a book, if you wanted." A linking book network is clearly the superior way to fast-travel around your minecraft world, accept no substitutions.
Bow is heading out. She waves, "Seeya around, Bow!"
Amy suddenly looks back at Mamoru. "Did you say you have prophetic dreams?!"
- Mamoru Chiba has posed:
"Later, Bow! And yeah don't hide in your room!" Mamoru calls after the archer before he looks back to Chiyo and Amy, then squiiiints at Chiyo. "Not telling who what? Also, I guess that... tracks? I know literally nothing about mecha, I wasn't a tv or videogame kid."
You're still a kid, Mamoru. (A younger kid though.)
Then he laughs. "I'm not sure I have any gossip? I don't recall off the top of my-- OH. Right. Usako and I are actually getting married on the Moon this summer, you're obviously both invited. And so is Bow but I forgot to tell him, rip."
Sidelong glance at Amy. "I did say that. I'm a psychic, I can do weird psychic things. I'm not a seer, though, you want Nephrite for that."
