Hello, Darkness

Location:	Dorms
Synopsis:	Natsu and Jin have a reunion after years of being apart. They each have their own darkness inside of them now, but only one of them plans to inflict that darkness on others.

Natsu Oukanno has posed:
    The boys' droms on RHA campus. Some might say they are lightly populated compared to the girls' dorms, but that's probably just perceptual bias. Natsu has, despite many requests, not gotten Kano as his room mate. Until very recently, he didn't even have a dorm of his own. But, here he is. It was just easier to do certain things with private space of his own, instead of sharing the house with his parents.

    Like plotting to take over the world, or whatever. He is still moving his stuff in a little bit at a time, but one half of the room is already amassing lots of manga on a bookshelf, anime dvds and blu-rays, fantasy novels and historical fiction where the villains win or are the lead characters, posters for monster/slasher movies, and assorted other nerd junk.

    He keeps his kendo gear in his half of he closet. Again, not that he has anyone else living in the other half.

    UNTIL THIS VERY EVENING.

    The red-haired boy is sitting at a small foldable desk with a lamp, some books, paper, pens, and a couple journals. None of it looks like homework.

Jin Kishimura has posed:
    Having finally arrived, Jin was tired, he was escorted to the boys dorm of RHA, his hood up on his head as he walked through the halls, a small smile on his face as he looked at things in wonder. His golden eyes taking in everything as he is escorted to the room he was supposed to be staying in. He knocks and his escort leaves and Jin opens the door. Snow white tresses fall from under his hood as he steps in wiht a backpack slung behind him. "Hello." he says in a low tone not sure if anyone was in right now or if he was intruding. With being in a dorm, he's used to this sort of living due to the orphanage he was in, upon seeing someone, with red hair, "Hello, I'm Jin Kishimura and you are?" he asks.

Natsu Oukanno has posed:
    Natsu turns when he hears a knock at the door. Huh? Why would someone be knocking on his door? He's, like, super quiet. He frowns as he turns in his chair and gets to his feet. He's wearing a plain black t-shirt and pants, black socks with 'Villain' in red across the tops of the feet, and he seems quite surprised/annoyed when, while he is half-way to the door, said door just... Opens. "Uh... Hey?" he starts, even more annoyed at this rudeness, especially when the person who comes through the door isn't Kano, the only person he would have expected.

    But then he pauses, blinks. Jin Kishimura? That name rings a bell. Where has he heard it before? "Natsu Oukanno." He stuffs his hands in his pockets instead of offering one to shake. Can't shake hands if they're in his pockets! Sterling logic there.

    After another pause, he asks, "Have we met?"

Jin Kishimura has posed:
    Jin looks around the room; it's a pretty decent size room and he looks to the boy walking over to him and he sees the hands go into his pockets. Jin just waves seeing as this person doesn't want to shake hands. 'Ok.' he thinks to himself and he sees teh shirt that says 'Villian' he quirks a brow. "Hi Natsu Oukanno." he says as he hears the name and his head quirks to the side, he blinks a few times, "I don't know...maybe?" he asks as he looks to Natsu.

Does Jin know this person, though as he starts to think back, he winces a little and reaches up to rub the side of his head. Maybe not, who knows, though the name seems familiar. He does smile a bit more, "We could talk and try to get to know each other, I'm just now getting here and I was told I was to be staying in this room. If not, I can go to the office to see about a new place." he says.

Natsu Oukanno has posed:
    Socializing? Ehhhhh... Not really Natsu's thing. Maybe if Kano was here... Still, he feels like he has opened up more over the past couple months... If so, it's probably because of his discovery, and the realizatiuon of a long-held wish. He smiles a bit thinking about it, though it would be easy to assume the smile is for Jin. "Ah, a new room mate? I guess they got around to my request... Too bad Kano-kun seems to be allergic to staying with me for some reason. Well, come on in." He pulls out a hand to beckon Jin in, and heads towards the door to open it, look up and down the hall, and then close and lock the door. Shoulda' been locked in the first place.

    What would he have done if someone had come in while he was using his Desu Nouttou, like Light Yagami? Not that he has one, but still...

    "Do you have any stuff you want help bringing in?" Natsu has learned the ways of the social world. People are expected to go out of their way to help others. Why such extraordinary effort is considered merely 'polite', or 'considerate', he'll never know.

    "Ne... Didn't we go to elementary school together?" he asks, wracking his memory for that thing that's tickling the back of his consciousness. "You, me, and Kano? Kano Watanabe?"

Jin Kishimura has posed:
    Thinking the smile is to him, 'Good. He's not a jerk. Don't need another bully.' he thinks to himself. Mike blinks for a moment and jumps a little when beckoned into the room. "Who's Kano?" he asks. "Is he a friend of yours?" he asks as he looks to Natsu, "I have heard of people being allergic to other people, it's kinda odd, but it does happen." he says kinda rambling a little bit. He feels his glasses dipping down a little and he pushes them up his nose.

    "No, this is all I have." he says as he shows his backpack. There is a trace of worry, "I will not be in your way." he smiles. As he speaks there is no weakness in his voice slight timid but there is a deep resonance of someone who's found their confidence.

Natsu Oukanno has posed:
    'No answer about us in school, huh... Must be a different guy then.' Natsu thinks. 'Or, he doesn't want to talk about it.'

    "I'm pretty easy to room with, I assume. I don't think I've ever stayed in the same room as someone before... Like, other than, like, as a kid." Well, time to figure out if this is going to be someone who Natsu can talk to or yet another person who is no more than a stranger.

    Speaking in a very nonchalant tone, like this is just a casual inquiry and nothing special at all, but with so much effort put into seeming not to care about it that it wraps back around and turns into intense interest, "Oh, by the way, how do you feel about, like, villains and stuff? Monsters, bad guys, Demon Kings... Overlords... You know?" Very smooth. He'll never suspect anything.

Jin Kishimura has posed:
    Jin looks around the room and he sees the beds, but he was asked something and he looks to Natsu, "Ummm....sorry." he says. He thinks for a moment, and he looks more closely at Natsu, "I did know a few guys with your name and Kano's." he rubs the back of his head as he studies him. He points, "HEY!" he exclaims then covers his mouth and stops poining, "Sorry, sorry." he says to Natsu.

"Ummm....I'm used to having room mates, and not having them as well as people taking my stuff. But I wouldn't advise it now." he says as he hugs his backpack t him a bit more. Jin's not used to making friends, though he did make one at the orphange or well the guy helped him, is this going to be the same? He doesn't know.

As Natsu asks him if he likes villians and Jin looks up to regard Natsu. He shakes his head, "I'm not, sorry." he says. He's met plenty of villians, and bullies. "Why do you ask me?" he asks.

Natsu Oukanno has posed:
    "Oh, no reason. I just find them interesting as literary characters," is Natsu's canned, well-rehearsed response, which conveys nothing of worth. Well, it was a longshot to think this would be a kindred spirit. But who even is? Even Kano doesn't truly grasp how magnificent villains are. With a smile, he says, "Well, make yourself at home. That half of the room is yours, same for the closet space. We have a shared bathroom, but that shouldn't be an issue, it sounds like. I'm not a clean freak, but let's not give the RAs any reason to gripe at us, ne? Leaving food out or in the trash is a no-go. An ant infestation is a great way to get us both kicked out."

    Natsu then goes back to his desk, seating himself. "Yeah. I think we were friends in elementary school. But that was a long time ago. Still, good to see you again, Kishimura-san." And with that, he focuses himself back on his work, though makes sure to close any books and put away any content that might suggest anything even vaguely questionable.

    The greatest weapon of an Overlord is anonymity.

Jin Kishimura has posed:
    "Ah ok." he says. Jin thinks, "Some villains have some cool abilities but then some of their logic is flawed." he comments. Jin shrugs a little, "People can like who they like I guess." he says. Jin didn't like villains and to hear it mentioned something within him reaches for him and he nods his head to Natsu, "Thank you." he says to him. It takes him a moment before he is able to get his thoughts together. "Me either, but if things get too bad I will clean up, so don't worry about it, but I don't pick up guys drawers, you pick those up yourself." he tells him.

    When it was told that they used to be friends, he smiles. "I really do think i remmeber you and Kano." he laughs. "Well it's good to see you as well, it was a long time ago but maybe now we can start anew." he states as he looks to Natsu. Jin walks over to the bed, and he places his backpack on it and he climbs into the bed and lays down. It doesn't take him long and he's out cold. He holds his backpack close to him as he sleeps.
