Profile

In her youth, Precia was an important Mid-childan researcher who specialized in mana theory, teleportation and mass-waste disposal. It was from these sources she learned to command mass quantities of magical energy. At some point she had a daughter name 'Alicia' who died from an unknown disease. Her death drove her mad, leading to her becoming the cold, sometimes mad woman, she is now. Currently on the run from Mid-Childan authorities, she crashed onto Earth along with the Jewel Seeds she collected, powerful artifacts she believes holds the key to bringing her daughter back. She has sent out her 'daughter', Fate, to collect them on Earth as she schemes and plots in the meantime for Obsidian as a Director.

They encounter Nanoha, Guardian Sukiyaki and The Red Princess as opponents! Riventon seals the Jewel Seed (Number IX - 9!) and gets some alone time with it before it gets into Precia's clutches.
