Hinata Muramasa has had trouble expressing emotions ever since she was burdened with the curse of the Murasame Blade.
She's still fully capable of feeling these things; their expressions are muted, as if from a distance. Still, she can empathize and use those emotions to empower her allies in combat and notice things about others even if she doesn't show it.
Erika Shimizu: Erika, her closest friend, gets a brand new Happy Sailor Greta-san figurine, the protagonist of a new Magical Girl-style anime that somewhat resembles the blonde undead pirate. The figurine is packaged in the present wrapping alongside a model kit for a mid-century sailing ship similar to the Disaster's Wake. Both figurine and model are obviously 'pristine' versions, not the worn, broken ones that the Undead Pirate Lord represents.
Miho Inada: Although Miho isn't as well known to the diminutive samurai, she also gets a present: a book on self-care techniques and a brand new, competition-grade Nagninataken, alongside a note: Remember, your life is just as important as everyone else's. Look after yourself.
Veronica Perenna: Veronica is a kindred spirit, another Curse Hunter. She would find a present for herself left in a place where she would only look a small Tengu face card left atop the package. Inside is a list of potential sights for valuable items that match Veronica's descriptions of her 'cursed items'. The card has a simple note: I hope this helps you.
Kureha Senkenzan: A card and a small package were delivered to one of Kureha's attendants. Inside the package is a selection of sweets from local sources and a few baked items made by Hinata herself. The card reads: "I think I burned the cookies. The sweets should be good, though."
