Hinote Kagari read the Shed's notice board. He scowled a little at erased items- some that he wrote, but read the note left by...a horse? For another...horse?
He's sure they'd have opinions on being called horses, he thinks, but Tracy, the tiny detective chara of Hinotes, goes wide eyed. "Someone is missing! It's a kidnapping! A... Mystery!"
"Oh no..."
"CHARA CHANGE! BECOME A WORLD CLASS DETECTIVE AND SOLVE THIS CASE!" yelled Tracy, pointing at Hinote, who instantly gained his fedora and held the brim down. "Looks like the game's afoot..." he said in a gruff voice, brought on by the chara change.
Hinote found himself at the scene of the crime, the place the kidnapping took place. He didn't need his detective senses to pick up the trail. It was obvious from the start. The perpetrator had left a trail of bright feathers in their wake. Hinote carefully picks one up and places it into a plastic bag. Evidence.
Tracking the trail of feathers was easy enough. It was straight. To the point. At one point, where the trail seemed to end, it looks like someone haphazardly continued the line of feathers. D..id this youma want to be found? That didn't make sense. He bent over, using a magnifying glass to follow the feathers.
Hinote Kagari traced the feathers to the edge of a hotel. "Ah, found the perp." he says. "They're going to be in there. Let's go!" he said , removing the pistol from inside his school uniform. Tracy had to be the voice of reason. "We can't just bust in there, automatics blazing, we should go back and let everyone know where to find her!"
The Chara Change suddenly vanished, along with his fedora and pistol as he blinked and looked around as he grew annoyed. "I wish would warn me before doing that." he says. "But you're right, lets go back to The Shed..." he said to Tracy.
