Hinoiri tried to get comfortable in her chair, but failed miserably. They were obviously NOT designed for creatures. Not even not designed for fairies like her, from other worlds. She doubted they were designed even for the humans of THIS world. She finally gave up and got to her feet before slowly pacing in the room.

She’d yet to have been ‘assigned’ to any of the departments, which she’d been told she would eventually. Likely another game of politics, but one she didn’t care about. If the people in Obsidian ended up hating her it was hardly her problem, she didn’t intend to be here long enough for it to be an issue. No, she had far, far bigger fish to fry.

Ew. Fish. Fried. She really hated some of the sayings these people use. She felt a little queasy at the thought. She still couldn’t get over the diets these creatures had. Sure, she’d seen what griffons and dragons ate. It wasn’t that she couldn’t eat the same. But there had been a reason she’d had most her meals AWAY from the other students.

Hinoiri shook her head. She was letting herself be distracted. Why? Because she was bored. Boredom was the mind killer. The more she allowed herself to be bored, the more her own skills would degrade. She needed to be ready to strike. She could harness dark energy now. It was time to put her newly acquired skills to the test. But where to start…

She left the small space she had kind of… taken as her own, soon returning with a map (procured from Ted). She looked over it for a few minutes before finally… placing a finger on a small area just on the outskirts of Tokyo. Camp grounds.

Perfect. Camping was already a sign of a diseased mind, who would go outside and ‘rough it’ with the birds and such… when you could stay at home and learn to harness more power for yourself? It wasn’t like they’d be NEEDING that energy, anyway…
