Wiseman (298) has posed:
It's roughly a week after Demande and Saphir's deaths, a week of recovery, of planning, of searching, when those united to finally end the threat of the Black Moon Clan take to the skies, those unable to fly under their own power doing so with the help of Rashmi's Area Index: Flier Fin.

Their mission is deceptively simple: find and defeat Wiseman and prevent the Black Moon Clan's ship from crashing into Tokyo. 5hey couldn't know how large the ship would be until they lay eyes on it, but given the damage just fragments of the Artha was causing when it's pieces manifested and made their way to Earth, no one was interested in finding out.

The Black Moon Clan's ship is a bizarre vessel straight out of space-faring fantasy, a magitech sailing ship complete with three large, billowing sails attached to a curved, soaring fin-shaped scaffolding, the entire ship covered in sleek silver metal. There's another fin on the underside, and a third which seems to act as a rudder, with the bulk of the habitable space enclosed in clear crystal at the top, black crystal paneling interweaving with the metal that forms the sides, strong glass - or more likely, yet more clear crystal - forming windows, lights peeking out from some of them.

Finding the ship had been a matter of combining resources - Ami's visor allowing her to source a general location where the ship was descending from, Haruka's senses spread through the wind allowing her to guide them on, and Michiru's mirror honing in on not just the ultimate location, but a way to enter: a set of rooms near the back of the ship's habitable decks that had been blasted open, exposed to the elements as it was. It had been some kind of gym, though exposure to the elements and the vacuum formed from a sucking winds had thrown about the loose objects and damaged the machines. The group is able to enter and progress through the decks, looking for anything that looked like a path to an engine room, or flight controls -

until they emerge on what appears to be the bridge, the one visible from the outside. Above their heads is the clear crystal, revealing the stars and sunlight below, dampened just enough that their eyes aren't seared by chance glances. Before them, is the great computer panels and screens and am array of control and buttons and levers and a great spike of black crystal, embedded carefully amidst the lot, cords and coils and machinery entwined with it. It was almost certainly the power source for the ship.

And at those screens and monitors, having found his way here first, is Riventon.

Glimmer Brightmoon has posed:
Glimmer Brightmoon was lounging on one of the consoles, honestly bored out of her mind... only to hear the door open and... "WAHHH!" she yelled. Falling off it with a crash. Then disappearing in a pink flash, to appear by Riventon. "Riventon, they're here!"

Seems sparkles could, well, sparkle again... She wasn't all done up grim and depressing, either, today...

He hadn't so much invited her as she'd... heard him mumbling to himself and then she'd jumped in the teleport circle as he'd set it up. But she was here, too late to send her back. And now? Now she was on 'watch duty'.

She then teleported directly in their way, facing them, unsure if she was supposed to get ready for a fight or not... She didn't... really wanna go at them. They weren't actually the enemy, after all...

The ones who'd killed one of her colleagues were.

Takashi Agera has posed:
Riventon turns at Glimmer's announcement. And he raises a hand, but not to attack; there's no Dark Energy in it, no runic symbols beneath his feet. "Glimmer, everybody... please, hold up, I don't want anybody fighting in here right now..." Riventon says, uncharacteristically calm but focused. "This thing is on trajectory to slam into my hometown and I'd really rather it not. Priorities, we can kick their butts later if that's really important to them. Or if for some reason they don't share my intent of getting this damned thing away or at least temporarily operational... before it causes a bunch of damage."

Riventon looks at the heroes as they make their presence known. There's a strange mix of mundane and magical but not-black-moon tech plugged into and wired into the ship's systems, such as they were.

"Some of you seem surprised. There's a magitech spaceship from another timeline, full of valuable data, and also floating above Tokyo on a path to deorbit into it. Where else would I possibly be."

Hotaru Tomoe has posed:
Sailor Saturn had, of course, come. This was her princess. Her being there was guaranteed. The fact she was allowed to come... that was less guaranteed. To say she was excited was an understatement. She was giddy. Extremely giddy, but anxious.

And when they got to the bridge, and there was that moment, where they saw Riventon, for a few seconds the Sailor Senshi of destruction and rebirth was silent... and then...

"Tee-hee. Oh Riventon-senpai..." Saturn said before she could help herself. Of course. Where else could he be? She then looked to Moon and little Moon... Awaiting their orders.

Haruka Tenoh has posed:
When you need to find a giant evil spaceship that's floating in the sky, hidden from the view of normal vision, you can't really go wrong than to link up with the Senshi Seer and the Senshi of Sky, teamed up with the soldier of water and intelligence. In order to prevent the damned thing from colliding with Earth, they had arrived; stepping through the strange sailing-cyrstal-magic-tech spaceship in henshin is olne thing but opening the door to see Mamoru's brother-of-a-Dark-Energy-Scientist already there with a bunch of gear is another thing alltogether. For some reason, Haruka rarely has encountered Riventon. Sailor Uranus holds up a finger as he short-monologues, and sighs. "Yeah, alright. Sure. We can still do what we came here to do, right?"

Sailor Neptune folds her arms but keeps her grip on the mirror, and waits to see what everyone else will do - but she puts a hand on Saturn's shoulder and gives her Such A Look at calling him Riventon-Senpai.

Chibiusa Tsukino has posed:
The bad thing about being brainwashed into villainy is that sometimes your mind isn't really in it, so you don't actually know as much strategically important information as you'd might like to have once you get purified. At least, that was Sailor Chibimoon's experience, much to her frustration. At least she'd be able to recognize parts of the ship once she got to it? Granted, she was also used to teleporting everywhere, so navigating without that luxury was a different beast.

As she lands on the ship and passes through the gym, she comments, <<It still smells like Rubeus in here.>> Travelling through the corridors of the ship is less about trying to remember the layout and more about recalling how things feel. This way seems like it heads to the bridge, so that's where Chibiusa goes.

She hears Riventon's words and she gasps. There is no reason to disbelieve her uncle in this. "They wouldn't... No. No, actually they totally would." Chibimoon walks a few steps closer to Riventon. "You're not the people I'm mad at today, so let's just not do the dumb thing when the smart thing is so obvious."

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
Sailor Moon has used Flier Fin before, so she'd been almost graceful in the air, following along with the group as they finally discovered the ship high in the sky, beyond the cloud barrier. Clamoring into the gym, she helps some of the others through the busted entrance.

"I thought I knew what space ships looked like," she had said as they explored, "But I didn't think about sails!"

But that's about as far as conversation goes, until they break into the ship's bridge, and she takes in the sight of everything - the sky above through crystal, the great big black crystal powering everything, Riventon, and immediately shoots Tuxedo Kamen a look that screams 'what is your brother up to now?!

Only to follow that up with an apologetic 'oh I guess he remembered his sanity cap today! Sorry!' look, when Riventon starts talking like a person with actual common sense.

"If you think you've got a shot of landing this thing, that's great," Sailor Moon says sincerely, "You won't mind letting our other geniuses help then, since we all want to stop this ship from crash landing in Tokyo and making a huge mess of our home."

Right?

Madoka Kaname has posed:
The fun thing about having a Chara Bearer, seven Chara, and a Puella Magi girlfriend is that they can all split up and explore the ship. The less fun thing is that the first two members of the Doka Family to show up at the Bridge are Homura, Brai, and literally no one else.

Homura's purple gaze glances at the two Obsidian peeps already here, takes a moment to glare at them, then walks into the bridge with a hairflip. "Whatever. If you're not in the mood to pick stupid fights, then neither am I."

Mamoru Chiba has posed:
"Personally I'm relieved, I don't want anyone mind-melding with this thing to learn to drive it in a hurry," Tuxedo Mask's voice comes from the corridor behind Chibimoon as he enters the bridge. He always loves flying. Using Flier Fin to fly into space was unutterably cool.

He holds his hands up at Sailor Moon when she comes in and glares at him, like Riventon being here is something he knew about ahead of time; he looks mildly miffed but it goes away almost instantly, especially with the apologetic look.

Hinoiri Kirara has posed:
Cure La Licorne had come, because well... the squirt was back to not being evil, and Usagi was her friend. And after missing a few apocalypses it was nice to be able to help again. And there was a ship flying over the city. Was she good with magic? Yes. Ships? Not even a bit. She didn't know anything about tech. She only knew about like... real magic stuff. BUT! You know what? You could punch tech. And she knew about motorcycles and what was a space ship if not a motorcycle but like... bigger?

... That wasn't true at all but she was a precure and precures could punch things if you got enough of them together. Of course...

"Ah dang it... Riventon..." she muttered, face palming. Of course he was here. He would be here. "Should have seen this coming..." Moon, at least, had the right idea.

... She was going to go look at that crystal. Cause the tech and device stuff was, sadly, practically another language to her. Not a lot of overlap between motorcycle and future evil space ship. But she'd helped Riventon enough in the lap she could probably at least tell if he was BSing or looking to blow them all up.

Jadeite has posed:
"But we could use it to remake Treasure Planet. Finally, a benevolent use for this Dark power," Jadeite teases, remaining at Tuxedo Mask's side. He has an ice shield already manifested that he's twirling idly, trying not to look as anxious as he feels. It all comes down to this, and maybe his friends (and his niece!!) can get a bit of peace from nonsense this year.

Minako Aino has posed:
Sailor Venus found herself gazing with wonder at the ship as they enter. For the horror that had been Nemesis, finding this ship was quite a surprise. This was rather nice honestly. If it weren't for knowing Wiseman was somewhere on here, and that it had belonged to the Black Moon Clan, she may have just thought it was another remnant of the Silver Millenia that had been randomly floating around in space.

She did know better though.

When they step out and spot Riventon of all people (along with the pink queen girl that couldn't make up her mind about which side she wanted to be on), she does tense preparing for defense if nothing else. The explanation just earns a little shrug. "We *do* all live on the same planet, it makes sense they'd want to stop it, too, I guess."

Of course he ends his little diatribe with a question of what else he would be doing. Venus glances among her friends only to look back with an eyebrow raising.

"You could be off bleaching your roots."

Kazuo Saitou has posed:
Kunzite cannot actually say his response to Jadeite out loud, because Obsidian is here and one of the rules is no giving them ideas. "I'm in favor of not distracting you too much when you're dealing with the exponentially-trapped technology," he says toward Riventon and Glimmer instead, with a brief shrug, and a nod of his head toward Moon. The other geniuses helping? Probably a good plan.

Amanda Faust has posed:
Amy is happy to accept a Flier Fin; thanks to the Ancients of another world her soul gem is near-full, but between recovering from isekai, exams, recovering from exams, and dream stuff, she hasn't had time to hunt Witches.

When the ship comes into view she is surprised. "I thought we were looking for that UFO from last year... it's an actual ship?!" Once they're inside she continues to look around wide-eyed, as despite the shape the inside is still futuristic magitech...

    Some of you seem surprised.
Amy answers honestly: "It's more 'what are the odds we picked the same time', not so much weird that you're here."

Everyone seems to be of a mind to expect Riventon is not here to cause destruction, at least, but to avert it.

"I don't suppose we could get a share of that data afterwards...?" she asks hopefully, approaching just to look at the controls and console and things in the faint hope that she might understand any of it.

Zoisite has posed:
It was only for an instance that Zoisite considered stopping to take a proper look of the ship. For all the horrors from the past couple of months, the machinations were rather interesting regardless. But such an endeavor would have to wait or never be fully accomplished--even when he wanted to do more than admire the tech.

Grief lingered like a stone in his gut.

At the bridge, arms crossed, not really surprised at Riventon's presence. Extracting information. Tongue pressed against the back of his teeth, wanting to offer his assistance in the extraction--for more than one personal reason, but... He stands next to Kunzite without another word.

Rashmi Terios has posed:
Despite the faint worry that she's going to *need* a wide-area Shield in the very near future... *Getting* everyone to this point was a perfectly acceptable use of her one Area spell boost. Doubly so, if their destination is on track for making a giant crater in the middle of Tokyo.

Everyone she likes lives there, after all. Also Riventon.

"I can help too," she says, extracting a small toolcase from Nicomachea, nodding a hello to Glimmer as she approaches Riventon's other side. "Worst comes to worst, we can figure out how to point it at the sun and brick down the gas pedal."

Despite her appreciation for the workings of magitech... There is very little about *this* ship that recommends it to anyone but Riventon's use... a perfect reason to direct it sunward instead.

Ami Mizuno has posed:
She wasn't particularly used to flying. It hadn't been engaged with any particular grace but any embarrassment that might have come from her clumsy ascent was offset by the fact that this was, in point of fact, a space ship. A wealth of strange technologies that she was very interested in investigating almost immediately with the Visor shading her eyes.

Sailor Mercury also seemed to have absolutely no qualms with wandering her way directly to Riventon's side, attention firm on consoles and screens and readouts. Eyes wide.

"Have you come across anything good yet?"

The question was directed at the evil genius, evidently entirely happy to accept that he wasn't here for strictly nefarious reasons.

Nephrite has posed:
Nephrite isn't far from Riventon, arms crossed as he takes stock of what they're all dealing with-- including the malefic crystal. He still retains much of his knowledge of alchemy, despite the loss of his ability to truly delve into such things, and so the dark crystal presents a persistent kind of itch.

But, despite megitech advancements, despite other alterations and evolutions, this was a ship. And Nephrite, reaching back into antiquity, had indeed descended by a long line of sailors and wayfinders; men who studied the stars and navigated the world. Added directional complications aside, the peculiar bent of literally sailing through stars was up his alley.

"I've driven a plush limousine, at this point I figure I can drive anything..." He muses, glancing to Ami, "The interface is a little odd, but I know my way around a ship and this one appears to need only a few hands."

Haruka Tenoh has posed:
At the talk of piloting the spaceship, Sailor Uranus takes a step towards the controls, only to be grabbed by the wrist by Sailor Neptune. "Oh come on, it's a spacesh-" Sailor Uranus begins before Neptune pushses a gloved finger to the other girl's mouth.

"It's a magical vehicle, not a mechanical one, and we want it gone, not making high-speed loops around the planet to break a record or 'see what it can do'." Neptune chides.

"Wait there was a plush limo and I missed it!?" Sailor Uranus adds. "Today is a dissapointing day." she huffs.

Wiseman (298) has posed:
There's this lovely atmosphere of cooperation afoot, heroes and villains working together, uniting to save their home from the truly enormous ship slowly and steadily descending from its decaying orbit, gathering speed to crash into Tokyo, and not in the convenient bay just outside of the city.

Cure La Licorne inspects the large piece of the Black Crystal and at a glance, without tools or the magic she's more comfortable with, she can tell that this large chunk of crystal is one of, if not the power source of the ship. Energy doesn't crackle across it's surface - it's not unstable - but it's clearly being generated within and siphoned from this shard of Black Crystal. She can also tell, from her experience with gem cuts, that this was indeed a cut and shaped piece of crystal, and likely carved from a larger piece.

Amy and Nephrite, looking at the controls for the ship, can tell that these are not akin to modern controls at all, at once more advanced and more archaic - just like the ship is whimsical and older in fashion and design, the controls lack some of the sleek modernity one might expect from a 2025 ship, with crystal knobs, readouts across screens that resemble a little more like old-fashioned copies. She - but especially Nephrite - will be able to grasp that some of the controls are likely for navigating the sails - a set of three stick shifts, they have room to maneuver in the four cardinal directions as well as a diagonal for each. There's other gear for steering, and controls that indicate the ship can be sailed on autopilot or manual.

Sailor Mercury, observing the readouts, will be able to see that they indicate that the ship... has not lost power. That the crystal is perfectly capable of flight with its current power source for years to come. There is nothing on the indicators that would suggest the ship should be descending or crashing as it has been through means of mechanical failure or pilot loss.

And Riventon, plugged into the computer, is able to directly interface with the data, collecting huge amounts of raw information that he'll be able to analyze later... but he too will have the raw data to confirm in detail what Sailor Mercury is intuiting from the readouts: the ship isn't crashing. This orbital decay and collision with the planet is in fact a planned maneuver input into the computer. And once he's taken a certain amount of data -

There's a spark from the Malefic Black Crystal, as the energy output unexpectedly increases, hypercharging the ship's engines. It shakes around them as they roar into gear, stabilizing from descent into a straight path across the sky. Has Riventon done it?! Has he saved the day?!

The crystal covering the bridge darkens as energy pours across it, strengthening it from within to prevent an easy path to escape. A great surge of dark energy fills the room, announcing the presence of a cloaked figure from the rear of the bridge, taking in the group from under his hood.

"Wonderful," Wiseman says, and the ships roars to greater life, accelerating - all of them feel the slip of motion and may need to struggle to brace themselves. "A horde of little rats, come precisely on schedule, bringing with you all your precious magical baubles. You may hand them over - starting with the Silver Crystals."

Takashi Agera has posed:
"Of course these jerks purposefully turned a ship into a weapon. Why not..." he grumbles as the data makes that apparent. "Intentional descent, not accidental. This is just another attack by these bozos on our home."

And then everytrhing changes. "WHO TOUCHED IT I HAD IT ALL UNDER CONTROL?!" Riventon yells at nobody in particular as the ship suddenly roars to life. "Everything was just fine till you all showed up! You probably messed it up with your sparkle-cooties." he says, clearly frustrated at the situation.

Then, Wiseman appears, and unlike when the Mahou showed up, Riventon instantly creates a Midchildan runic circle underneath him.

"Nobody is handing anything over unless it's to me, Lazy Halloween Costume." Riventon says, stepping forward. "You're with Black Moon? I have such a bone to pick with you."

Glimmer Brightmoon has posed:
Glimmer Brightmoon sighed and lowered her hands, teleporting to and sitting on the backside of one of the consoles, away from the buttons. She was not one of the techie ones, she didn't want to damage anything.

"Yeah, smart thing here is not letting the thing kill a bunch of people. Sides, these people are jerks and killed one of our colleagues, soooo... anything that messes with them is kiiiiind of permitted and even encouraged." And... well... Having recently seen who Sara could have been...

And then... Venus's comment. She blinked a few times. Then glanced to Riventon's hair. Then up towards her own. Then at Venus's.

"... W-what? Why... would we... what? Why... why would we... there are lives at stake. Why would we prioritize our hair over *stopping a ship from crashing into our city*? What kind of people do you think we *are*?!" she asked, staring at the girl like she'd lost her mind. "Besides, our hair is naturally like this." Hair flip.

And then they were moving. She eeped, teleporting behind Riventon. "I didn't touch it!" she said.

Oh... It was... Wiseman. "..." She gripped a console with one hand to hold herself steady. "... So... we're going to get to kick his butt, right?" she asked her boss, the other hand lighting up bright pink.

Kazuo Saitou has posed:
Kunzite puts out a hand to lay over Zoisite's, as he stands there close, rather than moving in --

-- and then Things are Happening, and it's not just a hand he extends. His bubble of shadows springs up around that close grouping, himself and Zoisite, Tuxedo Mask and Jadeite. Deflecting the greater darkness; helping brace against the acceleration.

He doesn't speak. He just gives Wiseman's shadowed hood the same look he did when he suggested a career change.

Zoisite has posed:
"Did you break it already?" Zoisite quips, leaning a shoulder against his boyfriend while watching the others at the consoles. He didn't sound that pressed yet, but there was a creeping sensation of urgency. Like water droplets into a cup steadily filling up.

Then the spark and sudden darkness, the revelation is Wiseman on the bridge... The hairs on the back of his neck stood on end before turning his gaze over to the villainous creature. There's very controlled anger under those green eyes.

It was just unfortunate his tongue held no proper leach in the end.

"Kiss my ass, you prune."

Mamoru Chiba has posed:
Tuxedo Mask puts a hand briefly on Jadeite's shoulder, squeezes it-- and then--

His attention turns fully onto Wiseman. "Tuxedo," he starts, then flings his glowing fist out in front of him.

"La Smoking," he continues, voice growing more strident, and then he opens that glowing hand and a growing ball of energy forms in front of it again--

--and then he yells out, the force of the laser blast enough to kick him back a half step, "Bomber!"

Haruka Tenoh has posed:
The ship roaring to life and suddenly accelerating doesn't phase Sailor Uranus at all; almost like she's used to sudden and vast increases of speed from nothing. She does, however, reach hands out on either side to steady Neptune and Saturn.

"Yeah, no." Sailor Neptune says. "But since you're so interested in our baubles... SUBMARINE REFLECTION!" she grips her mirror before turning it around and immediately firing a highly pressurized surge of angry salty seawater from it, like a pressure wash of magical ocean water, at Wiseman.

Chibiusa Tsukino has posed:
Oh, of course this was done on purpose. Orbits don't just decay without an atmosphere to get in the way. Either they parked it too close to the planet (still on purpose) or they deliberately set a course.

Look, Small Lady is from a space faring civilization. Everyone has some idea how orbital mechanics work. She also knows to stay near a bulkhead just in case--- oh there it is. She braces herself against the wall as the acceleration kicks in, gripping onto a handle so her small body doesn't get tossed around.

As for who could have possibly done this, well... there was really only one option left, wasn't there? Sailor Chibimoon's turns around to face Wiseman with a face full of grumpiness and determination. "Hey, look! It's the creepy old guy who pretended to be my grandpa and kidnapped me. You want my Crystal?"

The Pink Moon Rod appears in her hands. "Pink Sugar Heart Attack!"

Ami Mizuno has posed:
Sailor Mercury feels herself tossed back a little for the acceleration, subconsciously grabbing hold of Riventon's lab coat to steady herself. Even then, she has the audacity to scowl a little, glancing at him for a moment.

"I haven't touched anything." The Blue Senshi protested and scarcely waited a half-second before an addition. "Yet."

Once she'd found her feet again, Sailor Mercury stepped closer to the console again. She had no way of knowing how to actually control this thing. A brief flicker of gaze to Riventon, then Nephrite. And then, she fixed a glare in Wiseman's direction.

"I wouldn't even give you a cold, creep!"

Hotaru Tomoe has posed:
Sailor Saturn gave a sheepish smile to her adoptive outers when she gets the look. Oops. but when it starts to take off, she almost falls over... Only to get steadied by Uranus. Which is helpful, because she uses that steadiness to push in and go straight to try and SHANK the man with her GLAIVE! "SILENCE SHANK!" No, that is not an attack. But she's making it one.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
"You're literally the only one touching it!" Sailor Moon yells as the ship jolts forward, and she pinwheels her arms to steady herself. "What happene-"

A hoarse and craggy voice, speaking from behind them, acting like they've fallen into a trap and oh.

Oh they totally felt into a trap, didn't they? Riventon said it was descending on purpose, he just wanted to steal their crystals -

And attacks start flying towards Wiseman, and Sailor Moon's Cutie Moon Rod emerges to join them in the assault, when she considers one very important point -

"WAIT, WAIT, WE'RE STILL IN A SHIP!"

It's much too late for that.

Amanda Faust has posed:
The cultural discovery that this future ship is intentionally retro is a bit dulled by Amy's focus on not being able to figure out what most of this does, like is that a stick shift on a spaceship? That can't be right, right? Why are there three of them? Why are there six pedals if there are only four directions?!

At least there's a recognizable joystick or flight yoke. It's not completely alien!

But when it kicks into gear, Riventon didn't look like he was flying the ship or entering maneuvers... "Uhhh... What's it doing?" And Riventon's simultaneous outburst confirms he didn't do this.

And then Wiseman's here. Or another puppet? He feels dark... And he's asking for them to hand over their magic, like he's Riventon or something. "Are you crazy?! You know I c--" she turns towards him and starts to retort, and then her face freezes as she realizes maybe he doesn't know in which case it would not be good to tell him.

So she sidles over to Riventon and, arms at her side, twists her palm upward and curls/uncurls her fingers as if expecting to be handed something. Through clenched teeth she asks, "Iefgray eedsay." She's about to need all the magic she can get, after all.

Oh everyone is just firing attacks OK honestly smart but also she hopes the ship's bulkheads are rated for that and they don't hit the engine or something.

Hinoiri Kirara has posed:
Cure La Licorne eyed at the gemstone, a powersource, huh... interesting... That was useful. She wished she could use her actual magic. Perhaps she could figure out how to better use it, or tap into it. Pretty Cure magic wasn't quite as useful for this...

WHAT?!

Okay, but you know what Pretty Cures DID have in good supply? KICKS! And she tried to axe kick the guy from above!

Rashmi Terios has posed:
It's difficult to keep an eye on Riventon *and* suss out the inner workings of Alien Space Murder Hate Technology... And frankly only one of the two has any real chance of success. Thus it becomes a bit of a *surprise* to Rashmi when, while tracing the power conduiting, there's a *surge* of energy, the ship levels out...

...And Wiseman appears on the bridge. Heaving a heavy sigh, Rashmi climbs to her feet, and tucks her tools back into her Device. "Buddy if *this* dingus over here," she says, hiking a thumb Riventon's way, "can't get us to give up our stuff no matter how many tantrums he throws, what chance do *you* have?"

But then attacks are being flung out left and right, and she decides her help is best given to others.

    << *BONG!* >> << EXA BARRET -- BOOST UP >>

Boost wisps go a-flying, toward Nephrite, Venus, Glimmer, Homura, and Kunzite, because if there's one thing all of those people can benefit from, it's for their ranged options to be more on fire.

Minako Aino has posed:
Sailor Venus blinks in mild surprise when Glimmer actually takes her remark seriously. It was a random quip and not meant to be serious--She just wasn't one of the genuis sorts that could help figure out how to pilot a ship of this sort. "You don't bicker often, huh?"

Then the ship shakes and she slides a foot back to widen her stance so she doesn't risk falling. "What's happening!? What'd you do?"

Worry races over her features even as she snaps her head to the side attempting to look back over at the 'destination' of the ship hoping it wasn't just going faster toward the city.

Wiseman pulls her attention away immediately though. While others begin to attack as well she rises up to her full, not-very-impressive height and grasps the chain around her waist. It's drawn back and flung out glowing bright with a cry of:

"Venus Love-Me Chain!" In an attempt to trap Wiseman or... Whatever that was.

Madoka Kaname has posed:
The ship lurches. Homura grabs Brai out of the air and tosses her into her shield's pocket dimension. She gives Sailor Moon a sideways glance and says, "Trust me, the ship getting a hole in the side is the least of our problems." The person with timestop is a bit less worried about getting out in time if something goes wrong. The problem is that she's the only one who knows she has timestop.

Homura pulls out an assault rifle and starts firing at Wiseman. Even though she said she wasn't worried about damaging the ship, she's still not using explosives here yet.

Nephrite has posed:
Nephrite frowns in return to Riventon, but his gaze turns to the darkness that swept overhead, reinforcing things. That wasn't a good sign-- not for escape, and not for what might come. Jolting off into space, somewhere on-- or maybe time-- wasn't a great prospect. He was reminded of sardines in a can, and then there is Wiseman.

He looks far less impressive than Nephrite knows the old bastard truly is. Did the controls move on their own to reflect the change in power and course? Clearly Wiseman had control of the thing.

The boost from Rashmi comes forth, but Nephrite doesn't tap it yet. Instead, he turns to form a set of mudra with his hands, casting his shadow across the controls-- a testing attempt to see if he can arrest control of them, to see if Wiseman must physically move them against him to alter what the ship may do. He tries to shift things minutely.

Jadeite has posed:
Ah. No way to escape, no way forward, rats in a trap with treasure for the taking.

And since everyone's blasting at Wiseman - look, either he's actually there and Jadeite's attacks made for groups rather than single opponents won't do much, or that's an illusion and it won't do anything.

"Glory of the Snow," Jadeite casts instead, creating more ice shields and sending them to float among the accumulated mahou - so that when Wiseman inevitably starts blasting, there'll be places to duck behind.

Wiseman (298) has posed:
The bulkheads are not, in fact, rated for Sailor Senshi-class attacks to be launched at them from the inside. None of the ship is rated for that. No one ever anticipated that a magical fight would be started inside any of the ships. This isn't something any of the heroes could know in advance, of course but -

Well, Sailor Moon's warning wasn't timely, but it was apt to the situation. As attacks pour on, Wiseman rises his own dark shield, the concave service only mildly dented by Cure La Licorne's axe kick and Sailor Saturn's glaive stab, and he explodes it out, launching both girls backwards.

Sailor Neptune's high pressure water strike, Tuxedo Kamen's laser beam, and Sailor Chibimoon's hearts ray all collide on the same space, striking Wiseman and exploding in a burst of energy that tears open a hole in the bridge's exterior, air rushing in just as all the doors on the bridge - leading out to the rest of the ship - open at once, creating suction that threatens to (and perhaps succeeds in) dragging away any number of heroes, causing them to be lost in the bowels of the ship.

What happened to Wiseman, also at the center of those attacks?

Well, when the dust clears thanks to that rapid rush of smoke, his hood has been thrown back, revealing his skeletal face. No, wait, it's a skeleton face - it's a skull. There's a skeleton with hellish pits in the eyes staring at them, the jaw in a permanent skeletal grin.

"I live ever with the awareness that fools can realize they have a desire to live rather than die."

Nephrite's shadow reaches the controls, seeking to seize control of them, just as the Malefic Black Crystal's energy output peaks and sparks of black lightning fly through the air, a danger to anyone still close to the panels. The ship surges forward, speed picking up, and then - well. They're on the bridge. There's a hole in the bridge. They can see the sky.

They can all see the moment when the sky becomes something other than blue, becomes the black of space and the brightness of stars, and then begins to warp, energy pouring around them, deep red and striking violet and pure white, as the ship speeds faster than light itself can travel.

"You've signed on for the quite the voyage, children. As you've rejected peaceful death, let's give you hell."

Black lightning lances through the ship, bouncing and reflecting off every metallic and crystalline surface, near impossible to avoid. Jadeite has offered shields - these crack after a first blow, but avoiding a first blow is all to helpful in a battle.

Chibiusa Tsukino has posed:
Somewhere else on the ship, a tiny grey kitten plods through the corridors, hunkering down as the ship lurches around, rolling out of control. Poor Diana is having a rough time, just barely holding on as intense suction threatens to pull her out, but she does hold on!

Chibimoon did not hunker down, and was in fact on her feet when the suction began. As she sees the vacuum of space, she shouts a warning that probably isn't needed, but... "Nobody drop hen-- ah!" Her warning is cut off as she's slammed into a frozen shield, which is actually a good thing because the alternative was an actual wall. She clings to the shield which soon cracks and breaks under the intense assault coming at them, brought down to her knees by the sheer pain coming her way...

... but she refuses to fail. Not this time. Small Lady is a Sailor Senshi, and she didn't come all this way just to let everyone down! Getting back to one knee, she raises her rod at the hooded figure, firing another sparkly pink heartbeam at Wiseman.

Wiseman (298) has posed:
Sailor Venus' Love Me Chain grasps Wiseman around - it makes his cloak grip tight to his bones, and he looks down at it in annoyance.

"Your predecessor was once wise enough to attempt to garrote me with this. You should have done better."

And then he yanks it forward, pulling Sailor Venus into the path of Homura's rifle shots in an effort to deter her from firing.

Ami Mizuno has posed:
It was fortunate that Sailor Mercury was doing little more than musing over the consoles for the moment, because the instant pressure began to change within the bridge her Visor took note. Quick to react, the Senshi spun partially with a deep breath and lifting arms.

A wave of water drew up around her, formed from her own magic, before hands thrust forward. Propelled toward the great hole in the bridge where it would flatten and expand. Surprisingly, there was more water involved than there appeared to be, compressed and pressurised under Mercury's power, to lend it extra strength, and ultimately snap-freezing over the gap.

It was one thing for the external pressure of the sky to be coming in at them. It was going to be a whole other once their air started going out. Perhaps she could plug that for them.

Zoisite has posed:
The explosion causes Zoisite to shriek, wrapping his arms around Kunzite's middle as the rush of strong pressurized air starts to blast through, trying to violently whoosh them out.

This is when he spots the golden chain of Venus get yanked, her body flying across the room. Shit!

Split second, no thoughts, feet already off the ground as he teleported quickly to grab and disappear again with the sailor in a burst of pink cherry petals.

They were now both behind Kunzite's shield, Zoisite looking over Venus quickly to make sure none of the bullets got her. "Are you okay?!"

Madoka Kaname has posed:
Somewhere else on the ship, Madoka and several minidokas just got sucked out into the atmosphere. Fortunately, Chara and Goddesses have one thing in common: They can both fly. Unfortunately, this means that Madoka has Left Existence, leaving her Hope Aura behind as it washes over the ship.

Homura feels her girlfriend's presence like a soft hug on her soul. There's something fitting about seeing a girl get defied when you already worship the ground she walks on. That gentle touch of mercy is enough to get Homura to hold fire the moment Venus starts getting used as a human shield, her darling's influence making her a bit less cynical and cold than the bitter Puella would otherwise be.

Undodgable lighting arcs all around them, but Homura dodges it anyways, flickering in and out of existence as Wiseman's assault lashes out against the group. Only now she isn't alone, as Hope Concept has sent her an angel, a Familiar, the spear-wielding armored Chamuel about the same size as a mahoujin. The Puella and the Familiar reappear behind Wiseman, lashing out at him with golf club and spear alike.

Takashi Agera has posed:
Riventon reaches out and steadies Sailor Mercury with his hand on her back, and then uses his other hand to create a triangular runic barrier between himself, Glimmer, and Mercury to protect the three of them from the sparks coming off the console, the black electrcity crackling against the Belkan shield. He's able to help keep Mercury upright through the shift, too, and now there's a skeleton and a vast disription of locality and people being launched through the ship. <<TIME-SPACE INSTABILITY DETECTED.>> Riventon's device warns everyone, loudly, in Midchildan/English. "

Riventon looks at Glimmer. "Since you can teleport, could you check through the ship and make sure everybody's okay? I don't want to hear people whining if someone gets lost between dimensions and you're one of the better suited to do search and rescue in a strange place. And be careful, please. I'll be the one whining if you get lost."

He steps between Mercury and the attacks, picking up what she's doing with the water. <WEITWEITE SCHUTZ.> (Wide Area Protection) Riventon's Device calls as a dome-shaped shield covers the two of them, so she can continue to do so, though every time one of Wiseman's attacks hits the watercolor energy dome it's clear he's having to put effort in to maintain the barrier. "Quick thinking." he says, which is a high compliment from the egotist scientist.

Hinoiri Kirara has posed:
Cure La Licorne was repelled by the dark and grim hooded figure... and unfortunately? All the doors opening moments later sent her careening back, into the bowels of the ship and hitting three or four walls on the way out.

And they'd hear some rather angry, indignant yells... And some rather angry *bangs* and *thumps* on the way out.

Rashmi Terios has posed:
With the bridge vented to the rest of the ship (is a field holding the air in somehow? Questions for later) Rashmi has to work hard to stay where she is, fighting the pull of wind to keep herself stationary. Jadeite's ice shield helps a great deal, giving her something to cling to, and take cover behind. That it soon crumbles to allow more dark lightning through... well, that's just what happens in fights like this. Likewise, the painful bolts that skitter and scorch across her Barrier Jacket.

But no mahou ever won a fight by letting a little thing like pain keep them down.

    << *BONG!* >> << SOLAR BLADE -- GLACE SHIFT >>

Eight golden Barrets resolve into being around her, extending and morphing into golden, hilted blades... that *CRACK* into ice-covered swords, then spear toward Wiseman.

A modification of Rashmi's shield-breaker spell, these Barrets are designed to pierce defences, then explode into a shotgun blast of icy shards, clinging to Rashmi's foe, perhaps weighing him down, even if just a little.

Minako Aino has posed:
The Love-Me Chain grabs it's target tight. It was meant to prevent him from leaving so that the attacks of the others would be easier to land, as she knew from experience that many of the Black Moon Clan simply *would not hold still* in the first place.

However-- The sudden suction of space throws her balance off completely making it entirely too easy for Wiseman to yank her across the room. A scream breaks from her as she finds herself not only off her feet but headed straight for the line of fire that Homura was laying down. Immediately the chain breaks free of her hand so she can attempt to recover.

It's a good thing she does let go, too. Before she can flip around to brace herself against the oncoming danger she's caught by the familiar flowery teleport of Zoisite.

Back behind the shield she grips tight around Zoisite, squeezing hard as her face buries against his shoulder just a moment. Just a moment, so that she can feel the world not flying around her any longer, and she can suck in a deep breath.

Still almost shaking from adrenaline she gives a firm nod and releases her friend to step back. "Yes, thanks. That was close. Is everyone else--?" Already her eyes are seeking out the status of everything around her if she can.

Mamoru Chiba has posed:
"Death Phantom! Shut--" Tuxedo Mask says as he finishes letting fly the laser, and the "UP!!!" is lost in the explosion. Oops.

Half the people present get blown right out the doors and bulkheads of the bridge, and Mamoru, behind a Glory of the Snow shield that snaps after braving black lightning, and a Kunzite shield that doesn't-- he grabs hold of bulkhead and stays put until Mercury plugs the gap, at which point he scrambles over to where Chibimoon is, cape up, that in and of itself is a shield.

"Sorry for the lack of dignity, Sailor Chibimoon!" he calls over the sound of attacks, and scoops the youngest Senshi up in one arm with his cape around her, hearts and pink candy-lookin lasers still firing off -- and with a little glow of effort, those hearts get a little boost from a golden buff.

This leaves the side without cape without cape, though, and the lightning does get them one more time before Mamoru gets them both behind Kunzite's shield. And he asks Zoisite helplessly, "Why is he a skeleton?"

Kazuo Saitou has posed:
Kunzite's shield has several advantages. One, it's protection against the lightning, at least for right now, though the hiss of Kunzite's breath as the black lightning strikes his shadows and melds into them is perhaps uncomfortably familiar for Zoisite. Two, it maintains atmosphere steadily, at least sufficient for mahou metabolisms. Three, it's independently mobile, which in this case means it is not getting blown anywhere by the wind before Mercury can fix that problem.

His hands curl; Rashmi's boost has been received, but he can't use it yet. Not with this.

At least the level of emotion needed to change that isn't hard to manage, here. Even beyond Wiseman's taunts and attacks -- Not hard to manage. Not with the reasons Zoisite wanted that data. Not with the bleak certainty that after Saphir's change of heart, any data about him is also likely to be a trap.

Glimmer Brightmoon has posed:
Glimmer Brightmoon had to grip the console with BOTH hands when the area got vented, before Riventon gave her directions... Then nodded. "On it. I'll make sure everyone's okay. Make sure you turn him into a pile of wrinkly old dust for Sara." Then glanced over towards the cloaked figure.

"... He's actually a skeleton. You know what? It's too easy. I'm not even going to take the swing." She flipped him the bird, let go of the console and then disappeared in a flash of pink sparkles.

Haruka Tenoh has posed:
Sailor Uranus and Neptune stand tall and stare down Wiseman after Neptune's attack; Neptune is just a little bit further up which means she's a little closer to wiseman - the suction of the air doesn't pull her away at first, until an errant electrical blast - perhaps from Wiseman or the Consoles - strikes her and she shrieks and follows some others into being forced back into the ship. Uranus has reached out to grab and secure Saturn, which means Neptune isn't secured once the attack hits. "NEPTUNE!" Uranus cries, and there's a moment of sheer panic in her eyes - but then it turns to white hot rage. Somewhere in her mind she knows Neptune will be okay, she has to be okay, but... if she's not okay, mourning is for later. For now? It's dealing with whatever plan this jerk has and crushing his bony fingers one-by-one.

She curls her hand into a fist. One of the bolts hits her and it clearly hurts, leaving a jagged line down one of her gloves, pushes her back, but she just keeps focused on him, keeps fixated on him, feels that anger burning inside her. Neptune was alive. And even if she wasn't, Uranus wasn't going to disgrace her by not doing her Duty in the face of the situation.

She keeps those angry eyes on wiseman as she throws her hand into the air and collects the energy of the Solar Wind into an orange orb. Of course, then she realizes she's in a spaceship - so she probably can't rip up the floor. New plan. She grips the gem of collected energy in her hand, the orange light leaking out bewtween the fingers of a reclosed fist, and rushes at Wiseman. "WORLD... SHAKING... PUNCH!" she yells as she rushes forward to place money (and fist) where her callout is.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
"I'm not worried about us so much as - AH!"

Sailor Moon doesn't get the chance to explain that she was worried about the ship exploding more than she was about them being sucked away, because there's well - an explosion.

The bulkheads are torn apart, doors slam open, and there's a strong current of air that throws Sailor Moon - never exactly steady on her feet - into the air, where she's struck by one, two, three bolts of black lightning and goes careening through one of those opened doors before Sailor Mercury can cut off the source of the vacuum.

She shrieks as she goes, slamming into walls down the way much as Cure La Licorne has, and her voice, thinning and growing distance calls, "I'll be back!"

Amanda Faust has posed:
Holes are blown in the ship and Amy expects it to start depressurizing given the altitude -- Pink sparkles quickly wash over the Puella Magi, leaving her in her 'super armor' with helmet over Chalcopyrite's sailor fuku instead of the bodysuit -- but as Amy's watching to make sure no one gets sucked out of the ship, she doesn't see the lightning at the console until it's too late. "Aaagh!" She doubles over, and then kicks away from the controls, diving to the floor.

    "What you offer isn't life."

And then the light around them changes, and Amy, on hands and knees on the deck, turns her head towards the hole in the bridge and sees the dark blue of thinning atmosphere give way to the black of space and her eyes go wide.

It can't be... there's a whole lot that should be different if the air is gone, maybe there's some kind of magical field holding some in the ship? Or... something? She can only stare in wonder as the ship activates some kind of magical warp system centuries beyond her ken and starts doing something so impossible she's not even sure what it is it's impossibly doing.

Among the impossible things is Wiseman's voice still carrying. Rocket Sailor Chalcopyrite stands and lifts a fist in front of her, turning to face him. "You think we haven't fought through hell before?!"

Jadeite's shield blocks the lightning and her face pales. If not for that she'd have been zapped for talking.

She's on the move, speeding herself around with sparing, brief use of small explosions or flight thrust to dodge further lightning, as she cycles through less-than-artillery attacks to try and keep Wiseman guessing. Gyrojet rocket-bullets. Anti-tank shells. Regular explosives. Small rockets that may or may not airburst, small solid cannonballs, small explosively formed penetrators, and when she passes by closely, conjured-and-instantly-detonated explosions.

She tries to see if there's some sort of attack his defenses seem better or worse against, at least.

She does smile when she sees Mercury sealing the hole in the ship. Great idea!

Nephrite has posed:
"I can definitely sail this thing, but that bastard's got the throttle--" He could intuit the controls once he took possession of them-- that was one thing, and a good sign-- but that crystal was a problem. Both the power source and apparently the active hyperdrive, and it was still under Wiseman's control.

Unfortunately. Hell was breaking loose. The shadow's hold ont he panel grounded him enough not to be swept up in pressure changes and away, but the lightning was a different matter.

Alas, he was vulnerable while utilising his shadow and nobody moved to intervene for him in the chaos. Lanced by black lightning, Nephrite's sway over things falters. More than that, he's thoroughly siezed, electric darkness burning through him.

Jadeite has posed:
Jadeite ices one foot so that he won't get knocked from out of the shield area - while he's within the swirling shadow shield, he'll be relatively safe, and he and the Shitennou can concentrate on keeping Mamoru and the others safe. He keeps on sending out ice shields for the others - they may only take one hit, but one hit will be enough in this battle!! He keeps a few rotating the Shitennou team, trying to keep some of the pressure off of Kunzite.

And as Mercury covers the hole in the ship with ice - Jadeite twists around to summon more ice to bolster her shield, seal off teh bulkheads -

Shit. There goes Sailor Moon. "She'll be back," he repeats, to reassure himself as much as the others.

Hotaru Tomoe has posed:
Sailor Saturn was knocked back, nooooo! The debut of silence shiv was a failure! Worse, all of the doors opened almost dragged her out of the fight... only for Uranus to grab and stabilize her.

In time to see her mama... And one of her princesses... go flying out the door.

And Saturn saw red.

Her grip on the glaive tightened. She turned to Wiseman with such burning anger and hatred, like she had never felt in her entire life.

She stepped in, and her glaive was a blur, spinning, whirling in every direction, as its wielder seemed almost as fast. Despite the fact it was almost twice her height and the are was so cramped, she seemed to be in almost perfect control, the glaive no one centimeter out of place, a constantly striking flurry of blade hammering every time that abomination lifted a hand or head towards the others. Not to cut him down, but to deflect, distract, disparage him from launching strikes back at the others.

Wiseman (298) has posed:
"Suffocating in the depths of space when your energy runs out would be such a way to go," Wiseman notes, as the sucking vacuum of space threatens their lives. He might have continued to monologue, but in that moment, Homura appears, and shatters his skull into so many fragments under the blow of her mighty golf club.

The bag of bones that is Wiseman crumples to the ground, but the black lightning continues to strike. He's down. He's down?

He's... down. Well, that was certainly anticlimactic! The ship might be wildly careening through dimensional space, as Riventon's device decreed, but at least they can try to solve that problem, with the enemy defeated, right?

Right. There's a moment to breathe, probably a moment to chatter -

And then Wiseman reconstructs himself, skeletal jaws open in a bored yawn, and if Homura is still in range, she'll either be sent flying by a rapidly expanding shield of darkness or have to timestop herself away.

"Mm, that was rather pedestrian. Not particularly exciting, I have to say. I believe you humans would call that 'mid effort'?" Wiseman sounds truly bored, and the next set of attacks to strike are Sailor Chibimoon's heart blasts in conjunction with Sailor Uranus' World Shaking Punch -

And again they kill him.

Ribs crumble under Chibimoon's assault, and skull craters under Uranus' fist, and again he rises, his shield making the effort to throw Uranus back.

Sailor Saturn swoops in, striking relentlessly with her grave, cleaving through bone with it's sharp edge and the force she's putting behind it, and Wiseman just... yawns.

"You may be the soldier of Death and Rebirth, but I am Death and Beyond Death. You cannot kill me in a way that matters." Is he quoting a meme? No, it's just that ham game recognizes ham game. Still - Saturn ensures that he cannot deflect before Amy's flurry of cannons, rocket bullets, anti-tank shells and more hit, splintering him into mere pieces of bone - and breaking open more bulkheads, exposing yet more vacuum, air sucking itself away as the light bleeds space away, leaving them in a psychedelic spectrum of red-violet-white-violet-red-YELLOW-violet-white-violet-red-NAVY-white as the stars vanish and they travel into a dimension beyond space, tearing into a storm in time itself.

Wiseman reassembles himself. Again.

Wiseman (298) has posed:
Rashmi's glace-shifted swords strike home, freezing Wiseman into place, sticky ice clamoring up - two of the swords miss, but their climbing ice packs one of the holes torn into the ship by attacks, making for one less area of vacuum.

The light of dimension travel reflects off the light beautifully, and Wiseman's bleached bones sparkle. His voice echoes in their minds.

<<I have more time than you children could ever hope to possess. Whether you suffocate in the vacuum once your power runs out or you give way to despair, I will take your crystals, your baubles, and I will bring death to all.>>

Minako Aino has posed:
Sailor Venus glances back quickly to Zoisite and Kunzite. Tuxedo Mask had gotten Sailor Chibimoon which meant there was one person left that needed attention. "Hey," she calls out with a quickly flashed grin. "I'm sorry but..."

Blue eyes flit to Kunzite with a nod. "I have to." He would understand even if Zoisite might not.

While the others remain safely behind the shadowy shield, and others yet begin to attack Wiseman more, she leaps out once more. Running flat out she wasn't nearly as fast as Uranus, but she *was* fast. Fast enough that she leaps head-first in the direction that Sailor Moon was sucked away to, vanishing herself without a sound.

Vee OUT.

Chibiusa Tsukino has posed:
Sailor Chibimoon is rescued by Tuxedo Mask, and she literally could not be more grateful right now. As they get zapped again, she cries out and clings to him for safety, and only after getting behind Kunzite's shield does she have a moment to catch her breath.

She watches with a flat, unimpressed expression as her personal idol gets sucked out of the room. Really, mom?

Death Phantom goes down. Chibimoon has seen this before, which is why she was ready to keep zapping him after Homura took him out. Of course, her own attacks don't keep him down either.

"This is the same problem my future-mom had. He just wont stay down!" she shouts. Small red eyes watch as Venus goes after Moon, taking a weight off of Chibiusa's mind. If anyone can be trusted to look after Sailor Moon, it's the leader of the Sailor Senshi. Which means that the future princess can focus on Wiseman.

She's just... a bit beat up. Small Lady needs a small break.

Takashi Agera has posed:
Riventon, watching Wiseman, is annoyed on so very many levels. He doesn't even know where to begin. For one thing, it looks like there's going to be more vaccuum for Mercury to seal. For another thing Wiseman isn't staying down and Riventon really worked so hard to have that trick and how he's gonna look derivative.

"Something must animate you." Riventon says, looking over him. "The body is just the body, but there's something we can snap. A connection we can break, an energy we can cut off..." he says. He also hopes that this doesn't come back to bite him later in a similar circumstance, but whatever, he's smarter than everyone here, he'll figure it out. Step one is not getting lost in mid-dimensional space before he can enact his own plans. Gotta keep the game going to amke sure he wins it.

"Don't worry about Moon and the others, I've sent my best Search and Rescue specialist after them. Also the only Search and Rescue specialist I have but that's not the point." he says even as Venus is leaving. "Not gonna matter if we don't deal with THIS guy." Riventon notes. "I don't want to accidentally make him stronger by blasting him, but I can cover you from his attacks quite well. Between Jadeite, Kunzite, and myself we should be well protected, right?" He asks, looking at his former comrades in arms. "Let's find his power cable and cut it."

Zoisite has posed:
Zoisite recognized the expression on Kunzite's face, and even if there was nothing wrong with Venus, he worried something would happen soon to her as well with how many were outright attacking. Intaking enough air the began to hurt his lungs.

"Steady, love."

Tips of his gloved fingers turned a light green, and he presses them first against Kunzite's chest like he were planting a seed there--only for a small firey bloom to take it's place, roots of green magic burrowing and keeping some of Kunzite's health steady.

And when Sailor Venus had to go after Sailor Moon, he understood, but quickly did the same for her, placing a bloom on her wrist before she left.

Lastly, hands ball into a fist before throwing a green little seed towards Nephrite, it landing and blooming onto the Tennou's shoulder.

It would have to do for now, finally turning his attention back to Kunzite and Wiseman. "Have we considered cremating his skull?"

Rashmi Terios has posed:
'Power cable.'

Rashmi blinks, glancing at the lightning-emitting Black Crystal, then out one of the jagged rents in the bulkhead at the hallucinogenic panoply of Dimensional Space, then...

Deeeeeeep sigh.

<< ...How much you wanna bet the power source is the big crystal thingy? >> she broadcasts to all her friends. << Feels like a Choice of Despair; stop him and be trapped, or let him live to watch us die and have a chance at getting home. >>

Shifting herself such that a console is between her and the nearest hole in the ship on one side, and Riventon's shield on another, she leans in to peer at an access panel. If power feeds in *from* this thing, perhaps a surge can be engineered traveling in the opposite direction?

Kazuo Saitou has posed:
Kunzite blinks, and suddenly lifts his head, and he's talking at the same time as Riventon. "That's where Saphir learned it," he breathes. "How to use the Black Crystal to manipulate the bodies he built."

And he listens to Riventon, for a small miracle. He holds the shield, and now purified lightning lashes out against its black counterpart, blunting attacks, buying Nephrite a few moments to recover, perhaps, or Amy a little breath.

And at the same time, shadows trickle out, tasting not the dwindling physical atmosphere but the energy transfer, reaching to confirm or contest Rashmi's idea. Small tendrils. Designed so that if a burst of power is targeted to run up them, they'll burn out fast enough to protect their owner - who may very well need Zoisite's gift even with that.

Nephrite has posed:
Nephrite's bolstered by determination, at the very least, and despite the damage take, the sprout that takes root into his shoulder brings some relief.

He knows-- as Riventon speaks, and as Rashmi follows-- that the most likely answer is depriving themselves of a functional power source. <<Attacking the crystal itself is my best guess, too... It should drop us out of whatever dimensional stretch we're careening through, if we cut power to the ship as well. >>

That's his two sense, as he takes a knee, trying not to be struck by further lightning-- <<I mentioned that plush limousine... Uranus, I drove that using a wind spell. If we drop into space, there might be something we can do about catching some cosmic wind and steering this tub. We won't be totally out of options, even if we can't teleport somewhere safe.>>

Madoka Kaname has posed:
Homura's golf club manages to do what Neo Queen Serenity couldn't. Maybe he just has a low physical resistance stat this whole time?

Oh. No. No he just does not die apparently. "In strange eons even death may die." Riventon makes a comment, and Homura responds. "What. You think he's a Lich?" A pause as she looks at the hooded skeleton man. "Well... he looks the part. Also if anyone gets thrown into space, Hope Concept can catch them in her Labyrinth. The issue would be getting home after--"

Death Phantom comes back, and while Time Stop is a great powerset it doesn't always work if you've let your guard down. She gets tossed aside into the air, but Hope Concept's Familiar catches her out of the air and puts its shield in front of her. Chamuel takes the darkness and lighting for Homura's sake, bronze armor-skin getting shredded off of it, leaving a bare minimum frame in its stead. The Puella grits her teeth, enraged that anyone would ever dare deface something of Madoka's, let alone destroy it.

What was Madoka's favorite game series? Legend of Zelda. How did Link deal with reanimating skeletons? Bombs! Lucky for Homura, she happens to have bombs. The next time Death Phantom goes down, he has at least 3 pipe bombs scattered around his corpse, going off almost instantly.

Mamoru Chiba has posed:
"--I'm gonna kill anyone who throws up in here!" yells Tuxedo Kamen as all hell breaks loose and Sailor Moon vanishes out a door yelling she'll be back, and Jadeite says she'll be back, and you know Chibimoon is okay right now, but there is no gravity and there are colors spinning by in a nauseating rainbow, and they are careening wildly, and Mamoru absolutely cannot feel the Earth right now. It's not a great scene.

He wants to get off Death Phantom's wild ride.

"You know, we're going to win, but even if we weren't, I wouldn't mind going down killing you over and over and over again," Mamoru finally yells, and briefly puts a hand on the back of Kunzite's shoulder, then one on the back of Zoisite's, and there's no energy transfer to Kunzite, because he's already dealing with manipulating so much of it, but Zoi does get a little Mamoru buff--

--before the prince takes a page from Uranus' book and fills his fist full of burning bright white-gold energy until his hand hurts to look at, as he launches himself forward and yells almost gleefully, "Tuxedo la SMOKING GAUNTLET!"

There's telepathic stuff going on in the background; Mamoru answers while the tail end of his attack is still happening. << Yeah it's the crystal. But do you really want to leave this jackass in the timestream, undying, ready to pop out and menace whoever, while we still have the future's Silver Crystal on the ship? We need to get to the future anyway. Buckle up. >>

Amanda Faust has posed:
"Sailor Moon! Licorne!" Amy calls out, hand outstretched and horrified as friends vanish into the ship... but a teleporter is on the case, thank goodness. So she can focus on fighting the skeleton.

And after she's started jumping and pushing herself around and dodging lightning, she's adapting to the zero-G... uh... *HURK*

In that moment, being able to resummon a clean helmet and clean skin is the best power ever.

But once her stomach is safely emptied... there aren't the reflexes of someone who's done it before, but she figures out ways to move quickly, as if she's thought about this before, or played a game that required moving this way. Brief, controlled burns from her armor's thrusters quickly push her towards a surface she can push off of, or impart or cancel spin, and she stops showing any particular preference for which way should be up.

Unfortunately that doesn't extend to being prepared for how her own weapons function inside a spaceship. She takes some safety measures, like explosives airbursting, but her timing isn't always right at first, that doesn't help the anti-tank warheads which now punch at least a small hole through whatever was behind the target no matter how far away it is, and her expectation that the bulkhead can stand up to gyrojets and cannonballs proves unfounded. Dammit...

Wiseman threatens her with suffocation and she laughs madly, which comes out as more of a disconcerting cackle than one would expect to hear from a hero. If it comes to that, she won't have time to suffocate...

He crumbles to bones. No way is it that easy. She keeps shooting them with high-caliber gyrojet rounds just to check, and just as she's thinking about how to destroy bones with thermite -- wait will that work in space? But the oxygen is supplied by the rust, right? -- he reconstructs himself.

He keeps doing that and also it's becoming clear she can't use most of her attacks (man, the infinite-range shaped charge jet thing would be a nice buff if it wasn't putting holes in the ship...) so she puts her plan into action.

The good: They've tried blasting the bones to pieces, but what happens when bits of bone are burnt by molten iron, huh?

The bad: This leaves puddles of molten iron and slag where Wiseman is when she tries it. 'Puddles' which are now in the shape of floating blobs that can get knocked around or splashed apart. Amy can desummon them when she notices one becoming a danger, but she does have to notice, and she wants the bone to burn so she doesn't just immediately unsummon them...

Uh, yeah. Amy fighting here is kind of a mess it turns out >_<

Takashi Agera has posed:
Uranus mentally listens to Kunzite and concurs. <<Pretty sure between the two of us combined we could drive a tree through a tornado.>> she asserts. <<But we gotta deal with Mister Bones first.>>

Options, thinking, strategy - Sailor Uranus is a blunt-force instrument rather than good at any of those, but what she can do is keep him busy... except then he blows up. "Ah, it should have been me getting pushed back and not Neptune..." she whines. "I'm not great at puzzle-bosses." she admits. Maybe she's played a video-game or two herself. Still, she closes her eyes and she tries. "Cosmic wind is... chaotic... we're between worlds right now, I can't get a grip on any of it. Just howling, madness in the solar winds... we need to bring this thing to a stop SOMEWHERE." she says. "Should I crack the crystal?" She asks. "A little quake-shake for it?" Then she turns when Mamoru follows up and she throws a fist into the air. She can appreciate a good sequel.

Hotaru Tomoe has posed:
Sailor Saturn shuddered as the lightning hit her, brning and coursing through her and... bonk. "You... can hurt us..." Cut. "Attack us..." Bonk. "Burn us." Bonk. "And threaten us!" Bonk. "But we are stronger than you can ever imagine!" As again and again they cut him down. Even if the lightning coursed through her.

"Riventon is right... this? Is a trick." Cut. "And we'll cut you down... Over and over. We'll destroy you." Cut. "And we'll destroy you." Cut. "And you'll die a billion times." Cut. "And if you come back a billion times." Cut. "Then we'll destroy you a billion and one times." Cut. "Because I am Sailor Saturn! For our friends! Our families! Our planet! I have been given the right to fight! To protect! To stand besides them this time! For this battle! For my princess! I will SPAWN CAMP YOUR BONY BUTT!" Bonk.

"Everyone! I know we can find a way to defeat him! There has to be a way! We have smarter people than me here! Riventon's right! Find where his power comes from and destroy it! There's always a source! We'll figure it out from there!"

Ami Mizuno has posed:
"Thank you, Riventon." The Blue Senshi said it quickly, if quietly, to the mad genius.

Indeed, Sailor Mercury is otherwise continuing in her efforts to plug holes as they arise or she otherwise finds them. Jets of water, each one having its molecules compressed down before freezing over. And for a minute, she's busily working along with that. Eventually, though, she turns her attention on the Black Crystal, fixing its shape within the sights of the Visor.

"Maybe give it a solid tap first. If it spills out all of its energy in here, we might be in for a fairly unpleasant time."

Glimmer Brightmoon has posed:
Glimmer Brightmoon suddenly appeared on the deck, dropping Neptune off... "Her?" she asked, motioning to Uranus. With a quick nod from Neptune... "Okay, sorry about this," Glimmer said. "But need your help, Princess of Wind." Grabbing her arm and both of them would disappear in a shower of quick pink sparkles.

Jadeite has posed:
Oh icing himself to the floor was a GOOD IDEA. Jadeite is having a time of it discovering what it's like to be in a space shuttle, gravity reeling around him -

Oh hell oh fuck oh hell or fuck molton slag - any hot metal that Amy forgets to grab is getting iced out by Jadeite as it flies past so it doesn't burn a hole in any of the mahous, or worse, any of the ship that they are trying to prevent from depressurizing -

"If we had a concrete mixer and a bunch of barrels, this would be so much easier," he snarls.

Nephrite has posed:
<< This is just one facet of the bastard, anyway, if he's connected to all the crystal of this kind. >> Nephrite echoes back, and already, he's moving to draw his sword from his low position, << If we cut the power, we can deal with this and figure out the rest from there-- otherwise he'll just keep reforming anyway. He said that crap about wanting to live being the trap. >>

He's near enough, and he's been riddled with that alchemical power, that dark force enough. Rashmi's boost and the Aura of Hope are taken with starlight to line the edge of his blade. << Sorry. I'm calling bluff. >>

With a lunge, he thrusts the sword, forged in the Golden Kingdom long ago, into a precise strike towards the crystal. A burden of heat and power flow from its tip, a beam of white light against the dark like a star in the abyss of space.

Wiseman (298) has posed:
There are a couple of people spawn camping Wiseman, trying (and often succeeding) in killing him as soon as he resurrects, but he simply continues to speak at them -

<<Yes, do continue to waste your magic. You assume you can kill him for as many times as it takes for the end to come, but your power is a finite resource. Mine is not.>>

And he certainly does keep coming back - as Tuxedo Kamen uses his Tuxedo La Smoking Gauntlet, as Chibimoon uses her heart beam, as Amy creates molten metal and tries to melt his bones, he just keeps coming back.

The ship bucks, twists and contorts in space, the broken hull groaning as the ace craters against the swell of metal, replaced at times but reminding them that this ship is coming apart, even with all of Ami's efforts to hold it together with ice. The sheer amount of power being brought to bear against the interior is too much. Even if they can outlast Wiseman, can they outlast the vacuum of space?

Energy is careening around outside of them, color and light and energy spiraling around them as they tunnel through wild dimension space. This ship was not designed for extradimensional travel, but it's managed it before, and it would be managing it again, if not for the damage.

Those trying to test and understand the crystal, to see if there's a way to cut off the presumed connection between Wiseman and the Black Crystal will quickly confirm that the crystal is connected to Wiseman, that it's power is boosted at his will, that it powers the ship and seems to power the man, skeleton, skeleman himself -

And perhaps that's why Nephrite takes the risk, as the colors narrow in on a greyish blue, utilizing the boosted strength Rashmi provided and his own determination to strike through the crystal.

There's an eerie sound, the ringing of crystal struck by that ancient, near sacred sword, and then it shatters into countless tiny shards, each glittering with power but none so capable of holding the same immense charge. The ship lurches and the sky breaks and then the ship is rolling, careening in circles, sending them spinning about inside like fish in a rolling barrel.

The sky is there, around them, and the ground below, as the ship begins to careen, the sails unable to catch the wind, but ah, it's a good thing there's a Soldier of Wind out there, isn't it, to catch those sails, to fill them, as the great ship begins to soar towards a collision with the ground of Crystal Tokyo.

They see Crystal Tokyo outside, a massive, once brilliant and now decaying city, the ocean brackish with death and ash, the sky turned grey, buildings some in ruin and some holding strong, and directly beneath them, a great, enormous pillar of crystal, upon which rests the Crystal Palace. Near it, buried in a crater in the earth, an enormous spire of the same kind of Black Crystal they just destroyed. And -

Oh.

And in the distance, coming in at an angle, still above them, and darkening the sky - an object so large that even though it has not broken through their atmosphere it is visible -

The planet Nemesis itself, portions of its surface revealed by the much stronger light of the sun in this portion of the System, glittering with the same surface as the Malefic Black Crystal. It is the Malefic Black Crystal. Headed straight for the Earth.

<<Too late, children. Had you been brave enough to strand yourselves in space, perhaps you could have taken me with you in destroying my Malefic Black Crystal. But you cannot destroy its source.>>

It's source - the planet Nemesis. It's source, the planet that is bearing down on Earth. The crystals were always a part of Nemesis, and in 21st Century, they only had so much of the source of their power, but here and now - well.

<<And even if you could, the fragments of Nemesis would rain upon the Earth and kill it as surely as I planned to.>>

Chibiusa Tsukino has posed:
Elsewhere in the ship, Diana tries to be brave as everything shakes and lurches. She sees Sailor Moon fly past her and calls out, "Moon-sama!" Then she sees Venus go by too, and worries a little less.

This is what it means to be a senshi. No, to be a mahoujin. None of them are here alone, but they all have a role to play. When Diana peers through a hole in the ship's hull and sees Crystal Tokyo below and Nemesis floating up above, she knows immediately what she has to do.

Diana jumps from the ship. Her eyes are on the Crystal Palace. She transmits, << Small Lady... I still have it with me. I'm going to do just what we planned! >>

Back on the bridge, Chibimoon understands immediately. More than anything else, it's important that Death Phantom never notices the kitten's departure. She looks up at the planet nemesis, and holds her hands out in front of her as the Pink Moon Crystal appears between her palms. Bright, flashy, powerful and oh so close to being everything Death Phantom wanted. Hopefully close enough to draw his attention. Her red gaze goes up to the planet, seeing it through the ice covering the holes made in the bulkhead. << ... Do we even have enough firepower to destroy a planet? >>

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
Sailor Moon went sailing past, and she just knew that Chibiusa would not be impressed with her, but she's never been good at staying on her feet! She's going to make it back -

"Diana!"

She sees Diana looking towards one of the busted windows on the ship. She sees the Crystal Palace. She sees Diana launch herself -

"Sorry Venus!" And she twists in the air, using the space to kick off Venus' legs so that she soars through the distorted gravity in time to thrust the Spiral Heart Moon Rod out.

"Moon Spiral Heart Platform!"

The pink heart shell that appears beneath Diana is rapidly descending towards the Crystal Palace - but when it collides, it will take all of the impact and force, translating none to the small grey kitten.

"Whew," Sailor Moon breathes, and then glances back towards where Sailor Venus was still rapidly descending. "Ahaha... I'll make it up to her. I think everyone else needs me to get back as soon as I can!"

Rashmi Terios has posed:
"...You say that like we're gonna believe you," Rashmi says distractedly in answer to Wiseman's gloating triumph, as she gets to her feet. Her eyes are locked on Nemesis, and all feels so very, very lost; how are they supposed to stop an *entire planet?* Without even anything like the Arc-en-Ciel, that she stumbled across in Durandal's files -- even assuming they had the sheer magical mass to *power* such a superweapon -- what could they possibly bring to bear.

...Well, what chance did they have against Beryl? Against Walpurgisnacht? Against all the big and little threats they've had to face these last two, grinding years?

<< Honestly, >> she says in answer to Chibi-Moon, << It sounds like we really, really need a miracle. A double-size miracle, even. Backed up by as much hope as we can possibly muster. >>

Her mental voice takes on a bit of a grinning tone. << ...Anyone have an idea where we can find all that? >>

Takashi Agera has posed:
<<TIME-SPACE ANOMALY HAS STABLIZED. ANALSYSIS OF COSMIC BACKGROUND RADIATION INDICATES A YEAR OF ROUGHLY 2969.>> And then after a brief pause <<SUPPLIED DATE IS FOR ACCURACY, NOT FOR HUMOUR.>>

Riventon can't help but stop and look at the devastation that makes up Crystal Tokyo, visible through the ice-sealed hull patches, and there's a clear sort of sadness, of empathy for the situation on his face. "...you know, when I realized this place was a world without me... this is only slightly worse than what I imagined it would end up as." Okay, maybe empathy isn't the first feeling that comes to Riventon. But at the same time he tries, again, to help right Mercury, to keep her standing.

"And... there's no connection to the Dusk Zone here, either. Like Kirakirafantastica..." he muses aloud. "That's odd. The only sensation of Dark Energy I can feel calling out is... Nemesis." he says, turning and looking at the planet and calling it by name. And making clear that, perhaps via the ship's systems, Riventon knows fully what Nemesis is. Which is also... way too close.

"Death, killing, ending life. That's all you morons want..." he syas. "You and too many idiots back in Obsidian." Well, he's now very far from Obsidian and can speak out about it without fear. No Dusk Zone means no Obsidian. "You crave destruction and for what? For petty revenge and cruelty? You disgust me." he says, coldly. The venom drips from his voice. It's not an act. He despises that. "I'm going to ensure that it doesn't happen... just because I hate the idea of nihilistic dirtbags like you ever getting what you seek."

"I might actually have to uphenshin for this. Take it to the next level, up a notch..." he says, looking up at the planet as Chibimoon suggests destroying it. "I can certainly bring a lot more power to bear on it than I think you love-and-friendship types can, anyways..." he says, sounding quite sure of it, even if he might in truth be wrong. "But if he wants to see destruction I can give him some of that. More importantly, though... maybe I can teleport it *away* with enough support?" It's a plan, but only one that he's still formulating in time, not one he's aware of any possible success of, not yet. "We want to blow it up out there, if that thing goes here the only person walking on the surface here will be me. It'll be like the Dusk Zone overlaid."

Madoka Kaname has posed:
Homura's jaw clenches as she watches Nephrite destroy the crystal. She doesn't disagree with the move, and she has faith in both Hope Concept and herself when it comes to reassuring their safety. Death Phantom isn't completely wrong, they'd all likely be going straight to Paradise if this ship gives out, but Homura's relying upon ending up in Madoka's Heaven as opposed to anyone else's.

As for Hope Concept, she may be invisible, and she may be more concept than person in her current state, but her Presence and Will and Spirit are felt. Angelic, biblically accurate sets of wings appear as the damaged ship starts to descend as swarms of her benotafraid Familiars crowd around the ship in an attempt to both control and slow its descent. It's a big boat, but the divine magical girl is doing her best!

All Homura can do for now is brace herself against a wall and have faith.

Amanda Faust has posed:
Amy's eyes widen in an 'oh fuck' expression as the thermites spatter tiny droplets of molten iron around them when they go off. She did not account for that-- and thank goodness Jadeite is there with ice to stop people from getting burned! << Thank you, Jadeite! >>

He burns, and comes back, and burns, and comes back, and Amy's not sure what to do... and then Nephrite calls what they sure hope is a bluff and as the ship tumbles Amy is thrown about and dismisses the remaining molten metal before it can splash all over the place.

And when she's not being tossed around anymore, Amy realizes they're in atmosphere again, the subtle, silent wrongness of the past few minutes suddenly replaced by the familiarity of sounds carrying through air, of air resistance to abrupt movements, of wind whistling by outside and blowing through the ship, and then she's tossed again as Uranus fills the sails, and she sees the black crystal outside one of the holes of the ship. "Do you think--" she tries to ask but the wind is loud, << Do you think we could just ram that damn cryst-- >>

Again on hands and knees from her fall, Amy looks up and freezes, wide-eyed, at the sight of A PLANET IN THE SKY.

That isn't supposed to be. That's something you see in an anime, a scifi movie, and she doesn't have the SCALE, to make sense of how big and how close it is except that it is too big and too close and she's not sure which is worse:

If it's further away than the moon and STILL LOOKS THAT BIG

                                      or

If it's already closer than the moon.

And as Wisemen gloats, some part of her wonders, if the planets do crash together and kill everything... Would she be left as a Witch in a Labyrinth, outside of space, an existence of rage and pain and despair with no one left to end her? Forever?

It's hard to imagine what planets crashing together would even be like, and the human mind is disposed to focus on more personal scales, after all.

All of this is terrifying... but it hasn't happened yet. And she still has hope it can be stopped. Like yeah a planet is so much mass nothing should be able to stop it but...

<< Something moved it in the first place >> she answers Chibiusa. << Some kind of magic is the answer here. We're not doing enough damage with physics to blow it apart. That'd be... nothing has that much. >>

Oh, curse her brain, because it immediately realizes that's not true.

<< We have to contact Pluto, if anyone can do plan B it's-- no, there's no way she hasn't already noticed this... If she can, she's preparing and she'll call us for help if she needs it. I'm not sure Earth would survive anyway, so let's not rely on 'blow up Nemesis.' >>

And then she realizes Riventon is talking, and he said...

"You can WHAT?!" Amy stares at him, mouth agape.

    "HOW?!"

Hotaru Tomoe has posed:
Sailor Saturn stared at the planet. At the OTHER planet. And she... was in awe. This was... even for her, this was beyond her. She could end all life in the universe.

But how do you *kill* a *planet*? You don't. You can't.

That wasn't a thing you did. If you destroyed the planet... there was no death and rebirth. There was just... death. There was nowhere for the rebirth to HAPPEN.

This was beyond her. Even the OTHER her was at a loss. There was nothing for her to do. There was no failsafe. It was like trying to drop a nuke on a sun that was going supernova. What did you even do at that point?

The sheer scale of it was just...

... This wasn't something she could even hope to deal with if she was willing to sacrifice all life in this universe. In BOTH universes...

... Saturn stared. Eyes wide.

... She... she needed a hug. Both of them.

Ami Mizuno has posed:
It was almost pretty how the crystal broke apart beneath Nephrite's strike, glistening blackened petals fizzling out the last of their maleficent energies. It was about then that the chaos really started.

Try as she might, with the ship tumbling about around them, it was unlikely that even Riventon's glorious lab coat would even be sufficient to keep her steady anymore. It wouldn't keep her from making the attempt, however, and Sailor Mercury would be doing everything in her power to keep hold of him.

Despite not being terribly stabilised, she still had the presence of mind to take in the distinctly looming threat in the sky.

"I don't think I've got nearly enough water to stop that." The Blue Senshi muttered quietly.

Sailor Mercury settled the Visor on the incoming planet. She might as well make whatever analysis she could, maybe there'd be something to exploit or work around. Hope was still alive with them for now.

"You might need a little work on the nihilistic dirtbags bit, but that was a lovely justice speech, Riventon." She patted his shoulder.

Kazuo Saitou has posed:
<< We've had enough to save one. More than once. >> Kunzite's answer to Chibiusa's question is straightforward, certain. Some of them have been to Nemesis. Have known the kind of thing they were going to have to fight. That it's about to destroy another world just means they have less time to do it in. << And this one? This one is already dead. >>

He lays a hand just beneath the flower that Zoisite - gave him? Planted in him? Something like that. And he turns his head and smiles at Rashmi, just a little. Utterly certain.

<< Saphir broke free of this thing, even if only for a moment. We can do better than that. >>

Glimmer Brightmoon has posed:
"T-that... that all you g-got?" Glimmer asked, as she panted for exertion. Oh gosh she missed teleporting a lot but WHEW this was deeeeefinitely putting it through her paces. She did NOT expect it to be.... huh. There's a moon out tonight. Two moons. Wait, what? Oh. Wow. Dark moon. That didn't look good.

And there was Sailor Moon? One of another holes in the ship revealed that Sailor Moon was NOT with the front of the ship, and instead... saving a cat?

... Okay, you know what? Fair. However...

There was a pink flash. "Y-you done?" she asked, grabbing the other moon princess's arm. "Good, cause I think they need you on the bridge."

Teleported her ONTO the bridge!

Flashed Wiseman RIGHT in the eyes like a camera like a jerk. "I can do this ALL day Lame-ra!" Teleported back into the ship to work on repositioning people again. No. No she could not. Oh gosh she could taste *colors.

Haruka Tenoh has posed:
Uranus' happiness at Neptune returning safely and the pure elation on her face gives way to confusion and then nothingness as she's teleported off in a flare of pink, leaving Neptune to take the field in her place. She may not know exactly what's going on but she gets the idea quickly. And then the crystal is exploding, the dimensions are sort of stablizing, and the destruction... the destruction that rivals any seen in her visions. She pauses. She's seen it before, but even still...

But that's the point of the visions, the point of being here. To stop what seemed inevitable. She moves up behind Saturn and brings her in, hugging her closely. "Look. Right now your Papa is giving us the Solar Wind so we can soar a space ship with actual sails through a dimension that isn't ours. We have come here to change this fate. And that's what we do. That's what Sailor Senshi do, Saturn-chan. We see destruction, the end, the lack of hope... and we turn it around. And we're all here... to do that. Stand tall, Guardian of Saturn. Stand tall with the other guardians, and even with..." okay, she can't bring herself to say Riventon-sempai. "That fuckin' guy."

"Your power combined with everyone elses... we're going to stop him and we're going to help this world's Senshi bring hope and light back to it. And not only Sailor Senshi, but our friends and even some of our enemies on our side?Help that even this world's Senshi couldn't have access to? bone-robes here doesn't stand a chance."

The speech is said loudly, because it's not just for Sailor Saturn. Neptune's speech is for all of them, perhaps it will even reach her love and give Uranus the strength to continue keeping this not-ship aloft until it sets down.

Zoisite has posed:
There was nothing Zoisite could say to Death Phantom, even if the taunting was managing to sink beneath skin. And as the ship spun out of control, gravity working its horrible magic, he clung closely to Kunzite again as to not lose his footing.

Above them, the dark sphere of Nemesis loomed like a horrid nightmare, and around them, the landscape of rot returns. Sweet putrid smell wafting in.

<< . . . >> Then he looks back to his boyfriend, the assertion that one already broke free once, and they could do so much better. Yes, they could. Still, it rung bittersweet in his ears. Hand is placed over Kunzite's, smiling up to him. << We'll make it work. >> Somehow. Impossible things have already happened.

Mamoru Chiba has posed:
Tuxedo Kamen's eyes widen behind his mask, and he starts to reach out toward Nephrite, mouth opening, expression of disbelief on his face twisting into actual fear for a second before the strike hits and the crystal shatters and everything dips from the handbasket and lands straight into a hell of disorientation.

And this time there's gravity again, which sends Mamoru's stomach lurching not because of the inner ear shenanigans but because he doesn't know what Earth is beneath them-- but the Earth being beneath them means he at least doesn't feel inherently lost while all this is going on.

He takes a breath. "Of COURSE we can destroy its source," he says, and there's-- he's clutching his favorite bulkhead again, and now he can see the planet in the sky, getting larger. Under his breath he says, "The funny thing is, the closer it gets, the more it looks like a piano..."

He looks at Riventon and-- the affection is clear. "Nice justice speech, Riv-kun. But we need to purify it, not explode it, I'm pretty sure!" he calls. "But teleporting it out of here before doing that sounds reasonable. I mean if we could stand on the Moon before the dome was restored we should be fine in the cold vacuum of space-- but we're running out of time--"

He looks out the window again and is really sorry he did. Because now he can see Crystal Tokyo's earthly remains, and the ride is stable, and ah, it's because of Haruka, cool, and his heart is too tight. He has to put his feelings away until he can ground himself, and he won't be doing that until they land. << I guess we just do combo after combo once we land, >> his mental voice comes.

Nephrite has posed:
The ship had been teetering on coming apart, one way or the other. They needed to come to a stop, and he'd brought them to one.

Once, he was the sort of man who would never have taken such a risk without exceptional planning, without consulting the stars, without triangulating and carefully weighing out whatever he may do next. Perhaps it is the loss of those voices marking the next best move, left to follow his heart and gut. He didn't act totally blindly, he had plenty of information to draw from, smithereeens gathered from a long saga and aboard this ship...

But sometimes, one just had to roll the dice. Hopefully people would forgive him for that.

Nephrite is panting slightly, the cathartic shattering of dark crystal into shards replaced by the spin, the sky, and the sight of Nemesis. He pulls himself up on Riventon's coat, cursing under his breath. "I agree with... the nihilistic dirtbag bit..."

Jadeite has posed:
<<YOu're welcome, Amy,>> Jadeite shoots back through telepathy -

And then gravity reorients around them again, and the sky fills itself with smoke and crystals adn. Uh. They have to kill the moon. The moon in the fucking sky. He's very glad he iced himself to the floor so he can stay upright - uprightish -

Kunzite and Zoisite have each other, Nephrite's being a reckless idiot but it did seem to work, Mamoru's got a plan -

"I'm not sure if my shields are going to do much if we're fighting that. Should I go be a battery for purification? I'll even let the sixth-prettiest man here use it if Sailor Moon's busy," and he nods to Riventon politely.

Wiseman (298) has posed:
The Malefic Black Crystal which Nephrite so thoroughly shattered is no longer powering the ship. The ship is crashing - or, as a certain film, many years and centuries ago once said, it's falling with style.

The style comes from Sailor Uranus whipping the solar (and terrestrial) winds about, guiding them through the three enormous sails, filling them and twisting them about, guiding the ship so that it's eventual crash landing will come on the sea, instead of the land. The style comes from Hope Concept, unfolding countless biblically accurate wings as her familiars take to the sky, plastering their bodies against the ship, decreasing its momentum, increasing the drag, decreasing the likelihood that the ship will crash into the planet with all the killing force of an asteroid that once ended the reign of the dinosaurs -

But they're still going down. And Nemesis is closer than the Moon, is nearing the Earth's atmosphere, and if there were still orbital garbage it would be burning. The satellites are starting to take damage.

The true source of Death Phantom's power, his immortality, is coming to bear on them.

And the skeletal dirtbag demonstrates that fact by blasting the top right off the ship with an effortless flick of his hand, dark energy swelling up -

The forty foot long ceiling of the bridge is simply ripped away from the ship and goes sailing down, torn by the wind, likely to rip a gouge through the ground and topple a building or three. Black lightning strikes and strikes and strikes, again and again, striking heroes and ship alike, doing more damage - breaking pieces off that fly for the ground, that will do yet more damage, that will tear apart the city.

"You don't have a miracle," He declares coldly. "You have the weaker version of a woman who couldn't kill me, the scattered remnants of children who have yet to do any true damage. You consider yourselves to have won because you killed the lambs I reared for the slaughter. You have done as I wished at every step along the path to your final end."

Dark energy lashes from the floor of the ship, ripping at legs, even as black lightning crashes from the sky above, forks thick as tree trunks, striking with all the force of a flung cannon, jolting nerves and seizing muscles.

Rashmi Terios has posed:
So much lightning.

Rashmi was never much of a gamer, especially not a retro gamer. If she was, she'd have trauma-flashbacks to FFX's Thunder Plains, as lightning strikes and strikes and strikes and energy rips at the floorboards, and the feet, and if she doesn't *need* a floor to stand on -- most don't, thanks to her spell -- it's still corrosive magic that hurts and hurts and *hurts.*

Not that Rashmi isn't trying to defend herself, to defend others. Shield, flash-step next to Amy, Shield, flash-step next to Nephrite, etc etc etc. And for every hit she blocks, at least one more, if not a handful, break through.

But she's pouring all her effort into being as effective as possible, as rapidly as possible... Because Wiseman must be proven wrong. And the only way Rashmi can do that, is to bring her strongest card into play.

But, oh, she is *in pain* by the time she hears the cheery *ping* from a cracked indicator, and she dives behind Kunzite's bubble just to catch her breath, and slot a module into Nicomachea's cover. Then:

"Verbal Command: Accumulator Purge."

Takashi Agera has posed:
It's one thing for Mercury to grip at him, but when he ends up with Nephrite doing so as well, the much larger not-fake-shitennou adding onto it causes him to drop down a bit, having to level himself and try to shift Nephrite up before the Star Sage pulls him down.

And then Wiseman rips away the upper level, and the wind whips around, and the inevitability mixes with the incoming attck. Riventon intends to absorb it for Mercury and Nephrite and others behind him, but...

Here, close to Nemesis, in such proximity to the Maleific Black Crystal, away from the Dusk Zone, Wiseman's Dark Energy is just a little different than Riventon's. It's Salt Water versus Fresh Water, and Riventon is a fresh water fish being dunked in salt water. He's having it better than perhaps the people around him, but for the first time in a long time, Dark Energy hurts him - a mix of power and foreign energy trying to displace his own, and he's in pain. But he's also mad. And as he shouts out from the injury, as wounds make their presence known on his body, Riventon's expectation to absorn the attack making them much worse than if he'd shielded, and he goes down to one knee again, coughing from the pain... but steadily... a pure anger takes over. The shout of pain gives way to one of annoyance in indignation, of furious rage. This is his energy, and now it's hurting him?!

But then as the energy crackles around him, Riventon realizes something. If it's hurting him, then maybe his energy can do the same in reverse. If he's a freshwater fish, maybe that means Wiseman, and his power, are a saltwater fish, so to speak.

There's just one more thing he has to do to get ready to test this theory in a violent way. He turns to a smokey form, somewhat like water, somewhat like wisps of smoke, pulling away and flowing rapidly through the air. He needs to get *clear* of Nephrite, of Mercury, of Mamoru, of Chibiusa. He needs to get distance because... it's time to show this misfit the power that broke an Enforcer, the power that all but fell the Dark Witch. (Or at least, that's how HE sees those two fights.)

As Riventon flows to move far away enough from his temporary allies to take a flanking position, opposite Wiseman's form from theirs... Riventon's 'freshwater' Dark Enery becomes like a dam broken. And admixed into his form, in addition to the signature of his own energy, flows a signature that had never been in this timeline, that of Panthalassan magic... and a signature of energy that had been seen in this world in the distant past... over 700 years ago. The two energy signatures entwined around his own, like a caduceus staff of tripartate energy.

Hotaru Tomoe has posed:
Sailor Saturn relaxed slightly as Neptune joined their side. As Uranus headed off, to sail a ship. As Neptune reminded her why they fought. That they did fight. As their princess rejoined them.

Then she relaxed. That was right. They were all here. They didn't need a backup button. They didn't *need* her. That was why she was *here*.

She was allowed to fight and live because the great purge button wasn't necessary anymore.

"You're an idiot," she finally said.

"You say we don't have a miracle? You're standing *in front* of half a dozen miracles. You're *fighting* the results of those miracles. You're fighting the princess who brought that miracle. Your fighting the people who brought their own miracles. You say we don't have a miracle? If there wasn't a miracle here, none of us would even be here! If all you can see is the younger version of a woman who couldn't kill you, then you're as blind as you are brainless!" she snapped, before she offered her aid to Rashmi.

"Silence Wall!"

Covering half of the bridge in her barrier, shielding them from the lightning, holding her glaive overhead.

"We have geniuses and magic and miracles you couldn't fathom in your empty, blank, hollow heart! We have the boy who listened when nobody else would! We have the girl who offered dinner for victory! We have the child who ran across time and dimensions to ask for help from a world filled with heroes! We have the three who fell, and the fourth who remained, ever faithful to their king! We have the concept of HOPE ITSELF! We have a puella of ROCKET LAUNCHERS! We don't need a miracle! YOU need a miracle, you sad, pathetic, ignorant, old, and I'm sorry but just this once, MISERABLE OLD FUCK!"

Ami Mizuno has posed:
There is a brief moment of significant annoyance as the roof of the bridge got torn off and discarded like some unwanted candy-wrapper. After all, Sailor Mercury had just spent all of that effort doing her level best to keep the ship together. It really was rather frustrating. She might have said something had the lightning not come.

Even with a flash of her arm overhead and an attempt to cut the damage out with a barrier of ice. It wasn't particularly effective, lacking the time to finesse anything stronger, and the pitch of a pained scream broke the air. Her grip on Riventon's coat weakened, released, and Sailor Mercury was already driven down to her knees by the the time the darkish general made to flank Wiseman.

Despite pain and injury, however, water still fluttered about her hands.

Madoka Kaname has posed:
An endless sea of too-clean, too-cute multilayered wings spreads out from the falling ship. Hope Concept might be able to pull them out of danger, but that wouldn't actually solve the problem. The problem is the approaching planet and the skeletal madman tied to it.

Homura, still on the bridge, holds up her shield in front of her. The purple magical flare of her shield is strong, but her Soul Gem depletes with each lightning strike. Timestop doesn't help you when there's simply no room to move.

Yet Homura's not here alone. Among the many layers of bronze-and-pearl wings currently sprouting from the ship comes a pair of translucent wings that look less like an ancient benevolent nightmare and more like a thin veil or fabric laid over reality. The edge of her impossibly long pink hair fades into view, then her bright white dress forms over her silhouette, and then her glowing golden eyes open the rest of her manifests. Her arms are spread wide as minion after minion throws itself in the way of the lightning, each death of each Familiar being a constant drain on her energy, a reflection of her own self-sacrificing nature.

"Brute force and domination are not where true power lies," speaks the divine. "It's in Heart, in Love, and in Hope." Even as the dark lightning courses through her, she remains strong. "I'm going to show you... exactly what that means."

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
"Thanks Glimmer -"

A word she hasn't typically directed to Glimmer, given that they've been at odds, but this is different - things are different now, they're on the same side again, and she needs to be here.

Lightning crashes and dark energy lashes and Sailor Moon is driven down to one knee, but she grimaces and fights through it, refusing to despair, refusing to cry, not now!

SILENCE WALL!

And Sailor Saturn's wall is giving them something of a break, holding back some of that energy, just as Rashmi is bursting about putting up shields, and Sailor Moon grips her Spiral Heart Moon Rod as it shifts in shape, transforming to the Cutie Moon Rod, winged and holy and all the better for channeling the purifying power of the Halation.

She just needs a moment. In that space, she reaches out, and her hand catches on Sailor Mercury's shoulder, bracing her but bracing them both, truly, and sharing her warmth, even if she doesn't have Mamoru's magical empathy.

She's here. They're here.

"We can do this," she breathes, and lifts her voice, higher, louder, "We can do this! He's no better than any other monster we've fought!"

Amanda Faust has posed:
"Even if this works, then what? You'll be stuck here, undying, with nothing and no one." Amy chides the lich, and then screams as lightning strikes through her.

She turns off pain, but it's still a great help that others shield some of the hits so she's not just accumulating damage.

She keeps speaking. "Maybe I'll keep you in my Labyrinth if I Witch, and we'll torture eachother until I'm gone again, and then you'll be alone."

She frowns at him, and tries not to think about just how soon the planet will hit -- instead, she tries to think of every level she reached the end of seconds before the time limit, or with one life left, every unwinnable battle she and her friends have survived, have won...

That's right. There are things Wiseman doesn't know. She laughs, as if she can't feel the lightning that does hit her. "You don't know anything, Wiseman!" She stands up. "You don't know what we have! You don't know anything about us! You proved it when you asked for our magic!"

She spreads her arms to indicate the group. "She has us. And we've stopped everything you've thrown at us. All the people and all the tricks this Serenity couldn't... Why do you think this is any different?"

"And you don't understand... Sailor Moon's power is different... because our power is our friends! And friendship isn't somehthing you can just take for yourself!"

A big speech but she has no plan. She can only hope someone else does...

Haruka Tenoh has posed:
Neptune's hands are clapsed across her chest, holding the mirror in her hand. After that speech, now all she had to do was prove herself right. All she had to do was cash the check her mouth wrote. No problem, right?

Wiseman rips the roof off the entire ship. Her fingers grip the Deep Aqua Mirror more strongly. No problems. Saturn's able to fight. Usagi's back. This guy is toast.

Then comes the attack, mixed with threat. She puts up the Aqua Shield only for the lightning overhead to crack through and shatter her barrier - when she screams out, the smooth ride of the ship jostles a bit, because Uranus hears that yell of pain.

But it's maybe that reponse, knowing that her pain is hurting Uranus, preventing her to focus, that causes Neptune to yell out, in determined anguish. "NO. PROBLEMS." she hisses, wisps of smoke flowing off her damaged fuku. "NO. PROBLEMS. WE. GOT. THIS." the teal-haired woman says as her gloves hands claw at the floor of the ship in the room with the new sunroof and she staggers slowly to her feet. "WE'VE. GOT. THIS." She says even as she feels some sort of choking energy from behind Wiseman, not knowing that is on some level an ally currently. She hears Sailor Moon. "We ARE DOING THIS." she half-agrees, and half-corrects. "THE ONLY INEVITABILITY HERE... IS US."

Mamoru Chiba has posed:
Mamoru doesn't waste breath-- but they're aimed for out over the water, and he looks down and down and down, and then there's LIGHTNING AGAIN, and wind everywhere again, and now he wastes breath because he yells, "GODDDDDD you're SO ANNOYING!" with serious teenaged consternation in between gasping for breath, gasping in pain, and his cape is ALL THE WAY UP THERE flapping in the wind and he can't use it to shield himself, but Sailor Moon is back, and he bites his glove off and reaches for her, and it's the lightest and briefest of touches.

A mental image of a plan, with his Shitennou all here, OW, them on the ground-- eyes are off the kid fyi-- love you mrs. moon-mask--

<< I'm heading for the ground where I can stop being electrocuted. Shitennou please join me. Dottir I've got you. >>

And then, tattered and zap-burnt as he is, the prince scoops up Chibimoon and dives out the ceiling with her!

Zoisite has posed:
Pain, which he was sre the others were feeling. Having been given extra energy from Mamoru, fingers glow green again as he fling one more seed--this one for Mercury. It latched to her shoulder, taking root, like the others.

"We'll need to fly. I'll grab Jadeite, love." A smile and the shortest Shitennou comes up behind the blue eye'd blonde. "Brace, and don't wiggle too much! I'll get you on the ground safely!"

Zoisite flies out after Tuxedo Mask and the Chibimoon. << Following! >>

Nephrite has posed:
Riventon flowed away into smoke and wisp from between Ami and Nephrite, and though moments ago Riv gave something bordering a fine justice speech, the reminder of his own power-hoarding was quick to follow. That dark, ancient force, familiar in its foul taste and unsettling upon the air.

There was no time to dwell on that now. Somewhere in the back of his mind, Nephrite was aware that Mamoru was going to be upset after all this was over.

Rashmi's defence provided some cover, and Zoisite was trying to keep injuries mitigated, but again, the dark lightning lashed out at him. It cut through material and burnt across skin.

The Ship was breaking apart, the roof had been ripped off, everything was too concentrated-- he needed to get clear of it to gather more strength to attack. Silence Wall is the opening needed, along with Mamoru's voice. Sailor Moon has Ami, his fellows are secure, so is Chibiusa. Nephrite follows, pushing up to leap clear and away from the ship.

Amanda Faust has posed:
When everyone starts jumping out of the ship, Amy leaps too, answering the age-old question:

If all your friends jumped off a spaceship, would you? Well yeah, they probably had a good reason!

She'll conjure a rocket or slow her fall with thrusters when she's lower down, or something.

Jadeite has posed:
"Yap yap yap, we're baby children and you're the moon! Get a grip! The bigger they are, the harder they fall - what's a planet compared to the sun!" Jadeite snaps, then winces as a bolt of lightning hits - when Zoisite offers, he eagerly takes his arm and jumps with him.

"I'm braced! Let's find a way to blow this thing out of the sky1"

Kazuo Saitou has posed:
There is so much lightning. Kunzite holds the shield as long as he can, tightening it slowly as people move - but holding it for Jadeite, for Rashmi, for Zoisite, buying them a breath. Dark lightning strikes over and over, and some of it he can absorb, but there's too much - and letting it flood back out into the area around them isn't a great idea, either.

Just him and Rashmi, now.

And then another lightning bolt the size of an oak hits, and his shield shatters - and he lets the strike move him, keeping the impact off Rashmi still. Lets it toss him off the bridge, out into falling. Where no-one can see the damage that Zoisite's flower is striving against, or the unmarked void-black of his eyes.

Except, perhaps, Amy.

Well. Either Rashmi's spell to give them flight is still working, or he'll just have to get another shield up in time to slow them down before impact. He can manage that. He's pretty sure.

Chibiusa Tsukino has posed:
Sailor Chibimoon can do little right now but hide behind the defenses that others are setting up. She doesn't have any big defenses of her own. She lets her Pink Moon Crystal vanish and looks up through the ship's new sun roof with a mortified stare and a gulp. It's a big scary leap, but her dad has her back, and ss she's carried away she mutters, "Thanks."

Elsewhere Diana calls back telepathically, << Thank you, Sailor Moon! >> as she's given an express ride back to the Palace, like a message of moonlight sent on a giant heart. When she lands, she's in human form, running quickly. She knows the way through the door, she knows the way to the palace, and she knows the chamber where the Silver Crystal is supposed to rest. The very same Silver Crystal hanging from her neck, that Small Lady entrusted her with 'in case the opportunity presented itself'.

Neither Diana nor Small Lady had any knowledge that they would be visiting the future today, but they always knew that at least one of them would make it back here or die trying.

    Well, Diana's not dead.

She rushes past the King, shouting, "I have it! I have the Silver Crystal!" but not stopping for even one second. She has Orders and a Mission from her Princess.

As her tiny legs reach the Silver Crystal chamber, she rushes to the pedestal and reaches up to set the source of Neo Queen Serenity's power back in its rightful place.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
Throughout the horrors Crystal Tokyo has experienced, the city - the planet - the system - has been without its queen. She has been imprisoned in the protective embrace of the crystals that are her own power, comatose, her mind given not even to dreams.

But though she does not hear it, there is the pitter-patter of small feet, as Diana in her human form races through the Crystal Palace, running to the chamber where the Silver Crystal typically rests, deep within the palace, and though there are shouts of surprise as refugees and workers within the Crystal Palace see the missing Mau race through the Palace, past the entrance hall, past the room where the Queen lies in her sleep and the King bows his head in prayer, to the Silver Crystal's chamber.

The Silver Crystal is in its bud form, a simple closed up shape, with it's pointed end and faceted sides. It glows, but dimly, not reacting to Diana anymore than it had been able to react to Chibiusa properly, but once she rests it in its place, the crystal begins to glow.

All around the Crystal Palace, the crystals slowly, dimly, and then brightly, begin to glow.

The King is barely there, but there he is, in the room with the crystal-laden bier bearing his Queen in her slumber. He's on a knee before it, ghostly eyes on a level with her cloudily obscured face. He's praying she'll wake up, he's praying, even as he feels the end approaching his planet.

But he doesn't expect the end to have a jingle and a child's feet pounding down the hall. Swiftly he's on his feet, and he hears her, and his hand's over his heart. "Please," he whispers, "please let that be enough--"

In the crystal-laden bier, Neo Queen Serenity's frozen face shifts. Her eyelids flutter.

The crystal melts away as mist under the heat of the sun, and her eyes, bright, bright blue, as deep as endless space, open for the first time in weeks and months. Under the eyes of her beloved husband, her King, the Neo Queen sits up, and then stands, and tilts her head back, to the ceiling, to what lies beyond it.

"I'm sorry, Mamochan," she says softly, and her voice is ever so slightly deeper than Usagi's, mature and settled, rich with experience but filled with the same love. "Even after all these years I sleep in. Forgive me?"

She asks, but she knows he will. She knows he does. That's what being married for so long gives you - the knowledge of the answer to certain questions.

In the Crystal Palace, with the Silver Crystal within her reach once more, the Neo Queen brings her hands together, and the Moon sigil on her forehead glows, as the wing-like bow on her back billows in a current of air that picks up just around them, and she calls, as she did hundreds of years ago, in a world gone mad.

"Moon Space Crystalize!"

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
Many of those here have been in Sailor Moon's Barrierynth, experienced the ways it shifts and shapes the world, have seen the world take on watercolor effects, the toy-like, bouncy nature of the ground, of buildings.

What unfolds around them isn't quite like that at all - it's all that and something more, its almost like Hope Concept's aura of hope, only it's more like the world within Moon Space is simply - clean. Purified and fresh. It isn't a purifying aura, but a pure one, and it unfolds around the Crystal Palace, around the air above, around the city, around the ocean, around the planet, around the orbital space around the planet -

Until all the world and beyond is encased within Moon Space, within Neo Queen Serenity's power, and the sky above is pale blue with fluffy clouds of gold and pink and purple, and the sky itself is an impressionist painting of the sky, with all the visual texture one expects. The world beneath them is not a ruined utopia, but a sprawling green metropolis, buildings of crystal and great green parks and forests and waterways winding through the city, some going to great lakes, others winding back to the sea.

In the distance, there are mountains of teeming with ancient oaks and forests unnatural to this climb, and there is ice over some of the waterways, paths for ice-skating. There is a shrine, proud and tall, with a great staircase, and it stands behind the great spike of the Malefic Black Crystal that poisons the planet as though standing baleful guard.

There are volleyball nets, which unfurl into the sky and offer a sliding path for all those who flung themselves from the ship to the still soft, still forgiving ground, teeming with life, with loamy soil and young plants and possibility.

There is a voice that echoes, as King Endymion's had, when they first approached the Crystal Palace, and it is firm and kind and strong, filled with faith, and undeniably Usagi Tsukino's.

<<Within my Moon Space, nothing of his evil will break free. Believe in your hearts and unleash your power - there is no danger here. You do not have to hold back.>>

Wiseman (298) has posed:
Screams fill the air, anguish and pain as Wiseman brings them to their knees, but there is still defiance, there is still hope, and he shouts them down - or tries too.

"YOU CANNOT HOPE TO DEFEAT ME! True power lies in hatred and rage , in the power of the dark!"

As heroes bail out, he strikes lightning at them, or tries to, at least -

The world changes around them, is consumed with an aura of light and purity, and Wiseman's skeletal form contorts with rage.

"
NO! You failed to defeat me once, Serenity! You will not have better luck now!"

But for all that, and for all the justice speeches that have been made... he should know that the threat
isn't Serenity. The threat is every hero gathered here and now, to put an end to Wiseman, and to Nemesis."

Rashmi Terios has posed:
    << *BONG!* >> << COMMAND INPUT EXECUTE. >>

    << PURGE CHANNELS GREEN. >>

    << ALTERNATE GRIMOIRE LOADED. >>

    << AWAITING COMMAND. >>

Rashmi is *scuffed,* her Barrier Jacket down to shreds, her inner bodysuit rent and torn to show Dark Energy-scorched skin, and both her glasses and her Device sport lots of visible cracking. But they are here to do a job, and the best way she can support the effort, is to spread her magic around to multiply *everyone's* efforts. So it's with a ragged voice, that she first observes politeness -- "Thank you *so much,* Kun-kun..." -- and gives Nicomachea his order. "Burst Index."

    << BURST INDEX >>

"Solar Bless."

    << SOLAR BLESS >>

A basketball-sized ball of light emerges from above Nicomachea's pages, trailing wispy golden energy as it rises above her head. Then in a soundless flare it bursts, bathing the ravaged bridge in golden light. To all her friends, to all her fellow combatants, to Chibi-Moon whose world she promised to help save... She gives them her most powerful blessing.

Shoot harder, move faster, punch *bigger,* accept a touch of fire...

And as a special admixture, please to accept this bucketful of raw kinetic force, with which to *punch back* at Nemesis, however you will.

With no way for Wiseman or Nemesis to escape, Rashmi pours as much energy as she possibly can into simply *believing.* In her friends, in the future monarchs, in Chibi-usa... Believing that this will be enough, that *they* will be enough.

Even Riventon.

Glimmer Brightmoon has posed:
Glimmer Brightmoon was teleporting around, moving people about, getting them out to safety, placing them places, and not blasting anything, but she was... definitely... getting a shake after this...

Hotaru Tomoe has posed:
And the other princess was here. The ship was collapsing. Well. The other queen. All of the hope. All of.... everything. And, of course... the villain performed their last 'You'll never stop me, jerky!'

And her glaive lifted into the air.

And was illuminated in flame. Huh. That was new. She glanced towards Rashmi. That... that was new. The inner Sailor Saturn was a bit offended. How DARE.

The current Saturn was very 'eeeee! sooooo cooooooool!'

"Silence Glaive We TOLD YOU SO!"

The flaming, spinning, destroying discus of death surging out from the remains of the trashed ship, sailing through the air towards the object of their ire, growing with every inch it moved, amplified by the power of this sudden blessing...

Huh. That was new. Neat. She wondered if it WAS possible to kill a planet. Maybe not on her own... but with friends.

Hinoiri Kirara has posed:
Cure La Licorne came bursting out from the core of the ship! SHE TOLD YOU SHE'D BE BACK! AND SHE WAS ON FIRE! Just in time for a big omni boost, getting MORE on fire. Oddly fitting, for her. A big grin formed on her lips as she grabbed her Heart Rouge Rod and spun it in one hand, applying the lipstick... She then held it aloft, the sunrays coming from above.

"Scorching ray piercer!"

The sunrays turning into flaming swords the size of skyscrapers to rain down on the planet... a mix of the area they were in, her own level of peeved off from being bossed around by a teleporting gremlin, bounced around a ship, this jerkface hurting her friends and an adorable little pink squirt, and finally adding in the mix of that Rashmi boost.

Amanda Faust has posed:
The ground is far away. It's many-seconds-from-now Amy's problem. And... it changed? This is... Moon Space?

Amy turns to look up towards the ship easiy, having just learned movement in freefall. A rocket launcher appears on her shoulder and she fires back up at the ship -- it explodes to rain a shower of flashbangs and burning material around Wiseman.

    That's not her attack.

Solar Bless fills her with power and fire. The launcher disappears, is replaced by a bigger tube braced to her arm. "I couldn't fight unrestrained in space... so before you go, you should see this!"

    BLESSED AURA PILLAR!

The rocket flies into the sky, Rashmi's power turning it into a glowing pillar of light that shoots up into the sky, and then back down at Wiseman -- splitting in the air into a dozen anti-tank rockets, all glowing with Solar Bless, which surround Wiseman and EXPLODE, skewering him with lances of fire and light and physics from a dozen directions!

Takashi Agera has posed:
Riventon has been in Moon Space before, and on top of that, he has a very keen awareness of Barriers in general. And now, with the space around him, with Nemesis itself restrained by it, Riventon doesn't even need to listen to words... he knows what it means, what the incredible, palpable feeling of this barriers' protective power says all on its own. It says, simply... fire at will.

It's the same feeling he gets from being empowered by Rashmi.

Riventon erupts forward out of his smoky form to take on physical once more, as his Device announces the situation. <PROTOTYPE DRIVE. AKTIVIEREN. <OBEGRANSAT-LAGE.> Riventon appears, small crystals of his own dark energy winking into and out of existence around him, like a field of blinking purple crystal stars.

And when Wiseman speaks his ridiculous words (not the sort of thing Riventon would ever lower himself to saying, no way) Riventon scoffs at him, then laughs.

"She's not going to defeat you. We're going to defeat you. She has set the stage. Yet you face down so much more than her." Of course, what starts as a solid go team can only veer into one direction. "And most importantly, you face me. And it seems you are unaware that the only inevitability for you is to join the ranks of those who I surpass." Well. He's not good at justice speeches.

He is, however, good at collecting a tremendous amount of energy - some black flames in one hand that turn into a sunlike sphere, and black liquid like ink or water in the other, turning into a more aquatic orb. Riventon closes his eyes, because this attack... needs an Aria. Needs a sort of focusing chant. "From the inescapable darkness of black holes come the brightest energy in the universe..." he says as he brings the two orbs together and they flare into a swirling torrent of darkness, midnight black with liquid and fire swirling around. "Now, in your last moments, you may behold, the Brilliant Quasar's Ray!" <LYSANDE KVASARSTRALE.>

The rocking power of his attack splits into two beams, one for Wiseman and one for that damn planet; both spreading beams are pitch-black and their wake warps the world slightly, purple-black light being cast around them and in their wake as the concentrated surge of Dark Energy rips through the world like its own angry violence, but targeted at the other creature and planet of Darkness this time rather than being turned against the citizens of the world. And yet in their wake remains unease, discomfort; these are still Dark Energy attacks, regardless of what Riventon may claim.

Madoka Kaname has posed:
Moon Space Crystalizes around them, and Homura looks up at the water color sky. Her purple gaze shifts to Nemesis, the looming threat in the sky... to Wiseman, Death Phantom, the monster who started this all... and to Hope Concept, Madokami, Homura's reason for becoming a magical girl. No, more than that, her reason for continuing to persist in this cruel world at all. Madoka said that true power can be found in love, and for the moment the cynical Homura believes in something beautiful, because it was in fact her Love that has granted her endless resolve.

Homura's Soul Gem shines, and Hope Concept turns back to smile upon her. They need no telepathy to speak. Their adoring eyes say it all.

Shifting out of existence and manifesting next to Homura, Madoka spreads out her arms wide as her Hope Aura mixes with Rashmi's Omni-boost, each strengthening the other in turn. Between herself and the dread planet, a wall of runic circles and lines appears, and another wall behind that, and another, and another. Homura holds up her shield as a vast array of rocket launchers, mortars and RPGs drop around her. Madoka glows with golden light, as an army of translucent clones of her normal henshin, Hope Blossom, appears all around them. Each Madoka has her branch bow in hand, including the Concept herself, and all at once with the synchronicity of voices in a choir each Madoka draws back on her bow and fires.

Homura's shield turns and clicks, and in an instant later every rocket, mortar and RPG has also been fired.

As each bolt or rocket hits the first runic wall, they are coated in glowing pink and accelerated into the next wall, and the next, each wall adding more speed and power to each projectile, constantly accelerating like a magical rail gun aimed directly at the dark planet. Madokami pulls out the Humpty Lock and shouts, "Negative Heart: Lock on! OPEN HEART!" and sends a vast wave of purifying energy into the wall, only it's not one singular burst of pearlescent light but a constant stream, adding purifying energy to each projectile passing through her acceleration system and assaulting the planet directly.

Will even this be enough? It doesn't need to be, because they aren't alone. Someone, somewhere is always fighting for you, and right now several of those someones are all right here.

Ami Mizuno has posed:
There's something sprouting from her shoulder, a gift from Zoisite that soothes the aches and pains brought about by blackened lightning. It softens brusies and washes away injuries. Perhaps not entirely, but enough that she's more comfortable in pushing herself to stand again. Zoisite would receive well-earned gratitude later, deciding the form was a problem for Ami to solve when they weren't dealing with this final threat.

It wasn't so much the hand on her shoulder that galvanised her strength. Sailor Mercury had nothing but unyielding faith in her Princess, but she knew this wasn't a one-way thing. Sailor Moon had faith in her. It didn't need to be spoken, it was in the love and the warmth they shared, and all they'd overcome together already. Where that lay, hope would always remain unyielding.

"He's nothing special." Mercury echoed the Moon. "You're right. What is his hate in the face of our love?"

She lifted her hands, rivulets weaving between fingers until a small lyre lay within her palm and digits could strum out some small melody. There was to be no holding back in this moment--in the rejection of this darkness. Soft and forgiving ground below trembled a moment.

"Mercury Aqua Rhapsody!"

All of those lakes below, the waterways, rivers--all of it--drew upward into a great and ponderous blob. It turned once and then jolted up, torrentially for the planet-crystal. A single stone-crushing--mountain-reducing--hydrological assault.

Chrono Harlaown has posed:
Chrono Harlaown burst out from the ship, where he had been aiding and doing his best to support, helping as best he could and...

But, as everything shifted... As the world changed... And the final moments were at hand... An all too familiar voice could be heard.

And it wasn't a person's voice.

            <<Stinger Blade Execution Shift>>

As the sky was just... filled with hundreds, if not thousands, of little blue swords... that then, from the center out, began to radiate orange as Rashmi's boost began to manifest throughout them. Like watching a match go off, the field tinting from blue, to a beautiful, radiating swirl of red and blue...

And then they just descended.

Just. All of the swords. Forever. Magic flaming swords. All of them. Congratulations, Wiseman! Chrono deemed you a Precia level threat! Embedding into Wiseman and the planet, only to then shatter and be replaced by new swords that then shattered and rinse, repeat...

Though, as he came out from the back of the ship to land besides Rashmi... Riventon, if he looked, might be gratified to know that Chrono *was* smiling, at least. As he gave his girlfriend a hug. "Sorry for the delay. Did my best to try and keep things from falling apart back there where I could. Good job handling things on your end." He was proud to see she looked like she handled herself as well as he had come to expect of his secondary Enforcer.

Haruka Tenoh has posed:
Staggering to her feet, Sailor Neptune feels the calming, secure effect of the barrier - of the enhanced barrier set by a monarch from the future, and yet still the comfort of a known factor. Serenity is Serenity, and hope is hope, and soon things will be just fine.

Things being just fine is exemplified by the presence of Sailor Uranus, who drops down from the sky like she'd just been waiting for the right moment to do so. And by Sailor Saturn, smiles across both girls' faces as she adds her extra kick to the Silence Glaive attack.

"It is over." the two of them say in unison. Back to back, and the two of them generate their own energy each, before clasping their hands together. The orbs envelop them, and for a moment the two are enwrapped in a planet-like sphere; but sometimes ramming yourself into the enemy isn't ideal when everyone else is dumping high explosive attacks into them (quite literally, when Amy Faust is around.). So inspired by Uranus' work, there's a new twist, and the sphere returns to appear in the hands of the two girls, with one set of hands intertwined and the other hands palms outward, where a duo of ringed energy planetoids rest.

"OCEAN GALE DUET!" they call as the rushing mixture of tidal and wind forces rush forward from their hands, to collide into the planet. Without the planet Wiseman is nothing, but can False Nemesis stand against all of this? Unlikely.

Mamoru Chiba has posed:
Tuxedo Mask lands, lightly, with Chibimoon in his arms and his cape in tatters and one glove gone and his red-tipped hair a wild fluffy mess. He puts her down and smiles at her, then looks up at the ship, and up further at the planet, and then around this, this space, this other space that's making him want to cry, it has a feeling like home that-- he thinks he finally understands what Amy meant when she told him the thing she said about his healing.

He breathes.

He ducks his head and steps toward where the Shitennou are landing, and as he walks, his posture changes and oh, Prince Endymion does not have red tips in his hair, and his hair's just a bit curlier than usual, and he almost, almost looks exactly like he used to.

He says to them matter of factly, "I know you don't remember, but maybe your hearts will. We started with you, Kunzite--" and Endymion's eyes sparkle for a second, "--you're Ancient."

And he draws his sword and points it at the ground, glancing at his eldest guardian. "Like so. But I'm last." Which means he stands next to Kunzite. Uh far enough that swords will not intersect with bodies.

Chibiusa Tsukino has posed:
So... it really worked. Sailor Chibimoon wonders if that alone would have fixed everything from the start, but... she feels like others would tell her that it was never that simple. The moment the Black Moon Clan showed up, they were going to make it everyone's problem, and it's not like Death Phantom just sprouted out of the ground the moment she touched the Silver Crystal.

Part of this is still her fault. She didn't make the problem but she did make things worse, and she'll have to learn and grow from that. However, part of accountability means addressing the problem, and part of addressing the problem means...

... putting her faith in Sailor Moon.

Once she's set down in the Neo Queen's Moon Space she smiles up at her alternate father in whom she's always felt like she could rely, then she looks up at the younger teenage version of her mother with an almost apologetic expression which quickly gives way to determination. Once again, her Pink Moon Crystal materializes from her heart, held glowing in her hands as she lifts it up above her head. The love and trust in her heart pours out, adding to Sailor Moon's power, as Chibimoon calls out, "Double Moon Princess Halation!"

Kazuo Saitou has posed:
Volleyball nets? Kunzite does not understand. But he doesn't have to understand - he takes the time to collect himself as he slides. He's far from in perfect condition when he reaches the ground. But he has a grip on himself, can stand, can casually dust the ashes and char from what remains of his uniform's cuffs.

"We've already defeated you," Kunzite murmurs, not even bothering to lift his voice enough for Wiseman to hear. "Saphir. Rubeus." Demande, Esmeraude, the Spectre Sisters. All given a chance to find out who they might have been - if Wiseman had not stolen their families, warped their childhoods into living deaths.

And then there is Endymion, and when Kunzite lifts his head, his eyes are glowing white with purified lightning, with just the faintest hint of Rashmi's gold.

His right hand closes around the hilt of a sword that had not been there a moment before; he salutes Endymion with it (far enough that swords will not intersect with bodies) and turns to sweep the blade down, aimed toward precisely the same point.
"ANCIENT!"

Nephrite has posed:
Neo-Queen Serenity had awoken, and everything was at an end, at last. This Crystal Tokyo had been something of a spectre over him, forcing reflection once again upon the uglier chapters of their multiple lives. Giving mild glimpse to the potential future for Earth that had been stolen away, long ago. Destroyed again here, too.

It was not their future, it was not the new way that they were forging ahead in their own time-- the wings of new beginning spread from the Wedding upon the Moon. But there is legacy here, nonetheless. It was Earth, precious Earth, and indeed, the Shitennou's truest hearts will always rally to defend it.

There, in the face of Endymion, he does start to remember. A glance down at his sword, and the word Kunzite must say-- he has one as well. He takes up his place beside the Ancient white-haired man, lending his blade and power.

"PLANET!"

Zoisite has posed:
Once Jadeite's feet touched the ground, Zoisite released his knightly companion to join the others among the crisp new Moon Space disguise offered by the timeline's Queen. He could smell the nature and air, not filled with sweet rot.

And seeing Endymion among the others stirs something in the back of his soul. Memories? Blurs only. But inklings and actions memorized by his spirit, yes. Right hand glowing a warm firey gold as his rapier is summoned, the tip joining the other two before the next word comes like it was never forgotten.

"COLLISION!"

Jadeite has posed:
Despite having jumped off the ship, Jadeite's been holding on to all the buffs he's gotten from Rashmi, from Madoka, from everyone who's been fighting -

And as the world shimmers and changes around them with a warm glow from Queen Serenity - a feeling like warmth, like coming home, like settling down - Jadeite's been trying to stay calm enough to keep fighting through everything that comes hurtling at them but this is the first time he's FELT calm, knowing Serenity is back, knowing Sailor Moon is back, knowing that all of their friends have come to help, being here with the other Shitennou and Mamoru -

He draws his sword for the first time in a long time, joining in with the four that were closer than brothers to him. As the other mahou rain hell upon the source of the malice that's been attacking them for months - Something in him remembers what he needs to do next.

"GOLDEN!"

Mamoru Chiba has posed:
In one giddy, heart-filled moment, he can forget everything that made this day terrible in the last... however damn long it's been since they started fighting, he has no sense of time anymore.

Prince Endymion hears his knights calling out the words and drawing their swords, and he's grinning there's Kunzite's sword this is working; there's Nephrite's drawn his and remembered his part, and Zoisite's brought his sword out again and oh, oh, a memory for Zoisite; Jadeite draws his and Mamoru is grateful, and it's in his eyes.

And then he flourishes his sword before pointing it down at the same point as the others in order, and he yells:

"IMPACT!"

With that word, coruscating beam of light forms at the end of the swords, in the middle of the star of the five of them, and it brings their elements together, fuses their collected power into the undivided strength of the Earth and you know what, Earth is done with having planets collide with it.

We'll take this crater to go.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
The ship is falling apart and everyone is bailing out, Chibiusa carried away by Tuxedo Kamen, who has a plan, she can see it, the brightly colored spark of hope and danger in his heart, and Sailor Moon rises with Sailor Mercury at her side, the Moon Scepter in hand, expanded to it's staff form, and she scoops Sailor Mercury up in a Princess carry and leaps through the air.

Volleyball nets unfold to slide them to safety, and it makes her think of Minako, just as the sight of Hikawa Shrine in the distance and the iced over waterways and the towering oaks in the distance make her think of Rei, Makoto, and Ami, the girl she loves, here in her arms.

In this wide barrier, this protective shield her future self has cast over the planet, the essence of her friends is still here, still loved. The voice that echoes gently between her ears is her own, older and wiser and recognizable.

Something in her core unclenches. Neo Queen Serenity is still Usagi Tsukino. Moon Space is still Moon Space. And this...

Is a battle that she can win. Everything else goes away - the worryingly familiar tinge to Riventon's new power, the awe of the power everyone is bringing to bear, the confidence that swells as she knows they have this...

She sets Sailor Mercury down besides Sailor Chibimoon and her husband and his four guardians, and as her own guardian brings forth all the water Moon Space has to bear in a great barrage, Sailor Moon lifts her hands, and the Silver Crystal appears above them, blooming bright.

Her voice rings out in time with Sailor Chibimoon.

"Double Moon Princess Halation!"

Wiseman (298) has posed:
The attacks rain down on Wiseman, on Nemesis - the forces of all the water Moon Space has to bear brought up in a single devastating Rhapsody, the devastating love of Neptune and Uranus, Amy's arsenal brought to bear, great swords of fire the size of skyscrapers from Cure La Licorne, the flaming death spiral of Sailor Saturn, the calamitous power unleashed by the Earth's Prince and his Four Guardians, the purifying power of the Humpty Lock and the divinely accelerated force that Homura fires forth.

Hundreds of swords raining from the sky from Chrono, the fresh-water darkness of Riventon's unlocked power, flooded with so many sources all harnessed by a single wicked intellect.

The light of two Moon Princesses, shining unabated.

All of it, backed by Rashmi's Solar Bless, striking faster, harder, with that irresistibly fiery punch -

Wiseman dies without words, without speeches. There is nothing to say - his bones disintegrate, and the Planet of Nemesis is purified... is shining, pale pink spreading from a single surface until it covers the whole planet... and then it is gone, dissolved into nothing.

There was nothing left of either of them, after so much evil, so much darkness.

These gathered heroes stand in Moon Space, for a single moment the only ones left after the destruction of their enemies -

And then Moon Space collapses, like the popping of a soap bubble, and the first thing that becomes readily apparent is that this is not the city that they saw from the ship, that they barely survived an encounter with weeks ago.

This is everything that city was meant to be.

The first thing one becomes aware of is the cleanliness of the air, the fresh scent of salt from the sea and floral aroma from the blooming, healthy plants, the complete lack of pollutants and chemicals. Gone is the sickening scent of decay, and nowhere to be found are even the familiar stenches of modern Tokyo. Instead of smoke, gas, paint, smog, and the like, the air in Crystal Tokyo smells like nature, trees and the sea and loamy soil and blooming flower.

Everywhere the eye can see, the damage has been restored, and through the large amounts of green space spread through, they can see that the buildings, large and tall, modern and retro and futuristic, all of them intact and clean and nothing like the crumbling mess left in the wreckage of this world.

The sky is a bright, bright blue, filled with fluffy white clouds, the weather clear and beautiful, and there's a gentle breeze blowing about. They stand so near to the center of the city, and thus, impossible to miss, is the outcropping of gleaming crystals that reach into the sky, as tall - if not taller - than any competing skyscraper. The thickest of them all is the one they stand nearest, crowned by the Crystal Palace, home of the Crystal Millennium?s royal family. It sparkles, but somehow, no matter what angle the sun strikes, the crystal never blinds, never glares, never magnifies the heat. It only shines warmly.

All around, the city is clean and pleasant and alive, crowds of people joyously clinging to one another in the streets, propriety abandoned in the wake of miracle. The many waterways and lakes and parks are all alive and clean and the ocean has lost the bloom of decaying algae that marred it, anyone high enough to look out can see that everything is well again, that Crystal Tokyo is well again.

Rashmi Terios has posed:
It's done.

It's over.

And now Rashmi is *feeling* her many hurts, but more importantly? Chrono is there, and his arms are around her, and he's telling her she did a good job.

And she leans her head on his shoulder, letting her eyes close for a moment. The road to get there may have been sudden, and awful, and harrowing, and painful.

But, bouyed by her Flier Fin, with a restored, refreshed, *jubilant* Crystal Tokyo below her, she has to admit.

Right now, today is a *good day.*

Glimmer Brightmoon has posed:
Glimmer Brightmoon then... and only then... okay she'd appeared many times other than then, but then, for the last time... Glimmer appeared and dropped on Riventon's back. Panting. Covered in sweat. Dripping... Sparkles. How. Did she drip *sparkles*.

Lifting a fist to the air. "And... you best... stay down! You big.... skeletoning... jerk!" she snapped. "Don't... you mess with no moon princesses! Or their kingdoms! Or their mermaid coworkers you oversized advertisement for cheap halloween gimmicks!" And then?

Then her head just... boof. On his shoulder.

"I want ice cream cake. With extra sprinkles. And cookie topping." She had no more sparkle to give.

Chrono Harlaown has posed:
Chrono Harlaown held his girlfriend close, one arm around her, leaning into her, resting his head against hers... looking over the world before them, a small smile on his lips. A hand reached out to, very gently stroke her chin... And then... very gently... his device began to play, only for her, a soft, gentle tune...

<< I can show you the world... Shining, shimmering, splendid... >>

Madoka Kaname has posed:
Madoka and Homura watch as the Evil Planet Nemesis turns into nothing. They turn to smile at each other, as the six non-Kamiko Chara each pop out of their hiding places in Homura's shield or Hope Concept's Labyrinth, orbiting around the pair and celebrating each in their own way. Hope Concept and Love Lily look around at the destroyed city around them and... it's... not destroyed actually? Did they change the past or...

"Oh right," says Homura, flatly. "She can just do that."

Madoka giggles, then says, "Seems like a lot of people are taking this as a good time to celebrate with their loved ones."

Homura looks around, smiling at their friends, watching their shows of relief and celebration alike. "Yeah, it does..." Then her purple eyes meet up with Hope Concept's golden gaze, and as she interprets her girlfriend's actual meaning she blushes. "Should we... go and do likewise?"

"I think we should!" speaks the goddess. Then she floats closer, wraps around around Homura, and the two of them vanish from existence together. The minidokas giggle amongst each other, then scatter to go explore Crystal Tokyo, enjoying it as it was meant to be.

Hotaru Tomoe has posed:
Sailor Saturn landed, less than gracefully, on the ground... And since they were landing due to magic...

She did it extra-ly. She did it with one foot up. And did a dramatic pose... and then tackle hugged her moms. "We diiiiiiid it! We fixed a PLANET!" Now they just had to fix a man with a planet sized ego! How hard could it be?

Hinoiri Kirara has posed:
Cure La Licorne landed with a grunt, and no victory chant. But she did do a flaming hair flip and was, admittedly, very fired up. Oh, she couldn't WAIT to tell the sovereigns about this. She never launched ANYTHING that big. And this time when she blew up an orbital body, well. Helped destroy an orbital body, it was with help AND on purpose! It was great! Definitely a step in the right direction!

Amanda Faust has posed:
(Damn, Amy has to admit, Riventon sounded really cool there. '"From the inescapable darkness of black holes come the brightest energy in the universe' is in the same vein as how she'd colorfully describe shaped charge jets and hypersonic projectiles (and the nuke thrown in Beryl's mouth) if she were to verbally narrate such attacks.

She wonders if that's a bad thing and she should be thinking more about speeches about love and friendship...)

Also everyone was cool. The incredible magic released by her allies is very satisfying to watch -- they BLEW UP AN EVIL PLANET! -- and she takes pride in helping set Wiseman up for the incredible follow-ups.

She should probably work out how she's going to get back down to

    pop

    goes the world

and the world is back! And Amy is standing on the ground, looking around in wonder at the restored city. "This... is Crystal Tokyo?!"

It makes it a little easier to imagine staying here, if she ever becomes mortal again.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
They did it.

They did it.

Wiseman is gone. Nemesis is too. The Malefic Black Crystal and everything it wrought upon Crystal Tokyo, it's all gone. Instead, there's a city - a world - of peace and wonders, and the people are rejoicing, and atop the pillar of crystal she can see them, her and Mamoru's future selves, and she's sure that they're coming to them, because if she knows herself - and she does - they'll want nothing more than to see Chibiusa.

Maybe that's why she scoops her up first, hugging her future daughter tight; she knows that in a few moments, she'll have to happily share her with her mother and father, who can finally, finally, hug their daughter the way she's wanted them too.
