Kazuo Saitou is, by the standards of Radiant Heart, trouble. He's been caught in enough fights to be on a List, and there's pretty much no doubt that the ones he's been caught in are a minority. There are parents (and teachers) who mutter about why that boy's still allowed to stay in the school. As usual, if the administration has an answer, they're not telling. Whether the administration knows that in a previous life he served Queen Beryl and the Dark Kingdom as Kunzite, foremost among her generals, and if steps weren't taken he would probably already be doing so again ... well, the administration isn't telling that either.
